your product is interesting, but the bounty campaign should be overthought again....

tooo less money for toooo much work Oo"

I agree. The reward and work ratio should be equal for people to really have the steam to do it.

I was wondering. is there anything left to decentralize? And I see the answer now: Home rental!
What countries will this project focus on?

There are others, like for example Relest. The point is not centralized or decentralized the point is eliminate the middle man and store data on immutable blockchain

It seems a good idea, however I think that similar projects ico were not successful so far. What has this ico more interesting than others?

Well, real-estate projects like these need time. Something, where Rentberry is ahead of the competition, is that it has already a working business with 120k users and 220k properties.

Yes, it is not easy to compare a running business with start-ups.

Rentberry is far ahead of them.

This really is going to be a huge project. So investors for this project shouldn't be impatient and should be in for a long haul. But I think it will be all worth it in the end.

The blockchain technology will take place in the process of renting real estate and yes this is going to be the AirBNB of the blockchain.

Cool a Decentralized Home Rental Platform powered by blockchain technology and smart contract. Good Project. I'll Support.

This is going to be the AirBNB of the blockchain and crypto world. This is hard to pull off, and with a clear vision and solid team. Nothing is impossible. Good luck Rentberry!

Become Part of the Mining Family

I have been checking the website and I can't find anything in Europe. When are you going to implement it?

That would be my question as well.

As per their roadmap expansion to Europe and Asia is planned for Q3 2019, still a long time to go.

So Europe won't be among the first target areas? That's a shame. I believe European investors would have much more incentive to invest in Rentberry would also be operating in Europe.

Yes I checked the website and for now, Rentberry seems to be active only in the United States. I like the platform/website, very easy to use.

I've just seen that the ICO is still running until Feb 13. Very long ICO... any reasons for this?
Can it be seen somewhere how much money they raised so far?
I think soon will be announced how many raised - although with situation with the kittens at the moment this is not indicator!
as for long time ICO term - I think this is the right decision - more people can know about this great project.

Renteberry is a very interesting project with a nice target market. I think the project has a great argument to sucess, home rental is a huge business with major actor at the moment, but there is no compagnies with decentralized and blockchain application. Rentberry can take benefit from that, the project has a big potential.

So, ICO will run for more than 2 months. Is there any particular reason for running the ICO for this long?

Unfortunately no signature bounty campaign for this project. Would have loved to join, this is a great project.

Goodluck with the ICO!

but good for investors, so no bounty hunters can dump  Grin

It seems like a great project,
Bounty campaign made to engage the community to the project.
I don't get why there is nothing like this here.

This is a very viable project considering it has already a working platform at https://rentberry.com/ . I think it has a lot of potential for success.
that's a huge factor because they're usually projects that jus have a whitepaper to show what they want to do. But in this case you can see how their platform is going to be because it's already working.

Yes you're right. I tend to prefer projects that has an existing platform already, relying on their expertise on their respective fields.
