I have been checking the website and I can't find anything in Europe. When are you going to implement it?

That would be my question as well.

As per their roadmap expansion to Europe and Asia is planned for Q3 2019, still a long time to go.

So Europe won't be among the first target areas? That's a shame. I believe European investors would have much more incentive to invest in Rentberry would also be operating in Europe.

This is a very viable project considering it has already a working platform at https://rentberry.com/ . I think it has a lot of potential for success.
that's a huge factor because they're usually projects that jus have a whitepaper to show what they want to do. But in this case you can see how their platform is going to be because it's already working.

People seem to care a lot about existing products, but I think that is a fallacy. We dont know how the product will work on blockchain, so it doesnt prove anything..

Still, it'S nice to have something to use and play around with. It's easier for people to understand the product compared to only reading a paper.  Smiley

I was wondering. is there anything left to decentralize? And I see the answer now: Home rental!
What countries will this project focus on?

Yes, I thought I have seen somewhere who started a blockchain implementation for house rental but never got to know more about it. Would want to know which cities will be the first to have Rent Berry

The project seems to have prospects, but from whitepaper, I do not quite understand what the value of tokens is to me, for example, if I'm a small investor? And another question:
Since you do not have a separate bounty of threads, I'll ask you here: With Twitter participating in the bounty, do I need to provide weekly RT reports?

The Rentberry project is promoting community construction, and all kinds of bounty activities are in progress. Unfortunately, there are no signatures. The project roadmap has planned the development of the next 3 years, and it looks good. Roll Eyes

I checked out your website. there's plenty of offers in big citys in USA, but not so much in smaller towns, or foreign contries.

Will it be possible to rent apartments with your token?

If you mean to pay with berry tokens for rent, then yes, according to the whitepaper, they're planning to introduce this option. They're even planning to partner with utility companies to make it possible to pay utility bills with berry.

oh, thanks!

That would be handy for sure. I guess paying the utility bill could be done automatically then? AS long as there's enough balance.

An interesting project in the field of real estate rental. Recently there was a similar project Relest, but he could not raise money for the ICO. Although you already have an operating business in this area and collected $ 4 million. In general, the real estate sector is not very receptive to blockchain. You would still have a partnership with any company involved in VR technology to provide renters with 3D models of rented dwellings? This will increase demand.

Are those $4M raised from private investors part of this token sale? i mean, are they getting tokens for their investment or you have some other arrangement?

From their website: "high-profile investors and VC funds from 11 countries." But what are VC funds? Never heared of this before. I assume high-profile investors are something similar to private investors?

VC funds are venture capital funds. It's a type of financing that's very popular for startups or small emerging companies with potential. VC companies invest in such projects usually in exchange for a part of equity, they take on startup's risks hoping the company they're financing will become successful and bring them a lot of profit.

Ah right, should have thought about venture capital as VC lol thanks for clarifying this!

Nice going on ICO. 4 M already raised. I think smartphone application is more important in this space. If i am looking property and driving by then first search on phone to nearest rental. Is there any road map for mobile app? both android and IOS?

Came across this quite interesting and disruptive rental project. I found this short introductory video and will certainly dig a bit deeper into Rentberry project

Thanks for sharing the video, this project looks very professional. I think renting on the blockchain will bring a lot of advantages in urban areas.

i think this may take time, each country has his own legislation and taxation to follow. I'm going through the whitepaper however to know more
Thanks for your answer,  I have seen in the whitepaper in 2018 there is going to be available in some countries but I would want to now if it's going to be in early or in late 2018.
