I have seen the message yesterday. A user from the German local has informed me, so I write now, sorry. I wanted to write something about it, so it does not look like I do not care. The postings are 2 years old and sometimes I can not remember what I did a week ago :-) depends how intense/crazy the week was  Grin
If I did something wrong, then please handel just like any other user on the forum, I think this is fair. A ban would make me sad after so many years and maybe in the next months i no so active as now. But rules are rules and I will accept them as it should be. Excuse my wrong postings, I am ready for judgment.

But the username also includes the source! Is this a loophole into becomming a massive spam account? Or should he be banned to end it instantly?

Ban would be OK. And maybe we also need a new rule, simply to avoid confusion and keep up with the times: (chat) AI/bots are not allowed.

How about Newbie chatGPTsays? His username basically admits it's plagiarism:
If you have sent a Bitcoin transaction with low fees and it has not yet been confirmed, you have a few options to try and get it confirmed faster:

Use child-pays-for-parent (CPFP): This involves spending the unconfirmed transaction by sending a new transaction with higher fees that pays for both the new transaction and the unconfirmed one. This can incentivize miners to include both transactions in a block to earn the higher fees.

Replace by fee (RBF): If your wallet supports RBF, you can replace the unconfirmed transaction with a new transaction that has higher fees. This will make the original transaction invalid, and the new transaction will replace it.

Wait for the mempool to clear: If the mempool is congested, you may need to wait for some time for the transaction to be confirmed. Once the mempool clears, your transaction may be included in a block.

It's important to note that these options may not be available in all cases, and the success of each method can depend on various factors such as network congestion and miner behavior.
But the username also includes the source! Is this a loophole into becomming a massive spam account? Or should he be banned to end it instantly?

From my Research, last I refuse to sleep just to get some deep indebt understanding of blockchain, from the philosophical mindset of Satoshi and his team! The only thing I was able assimilate was the fact analogue of bitcoin as FAMILY TREE!

To understand what blockchain is, how it works and why it matters, you don’t necessarily need a degree in computer science. Instead, just think about your family tree.

Let’s say you want to learn about your ancestry. You could begin by asking your mom, dad or Aunt Jenny. But what if you want a more reliable source? What if you want a tamper-resistant record that lasts over time and doesn’t require you to guess if Aunt Jenny’s memory or your mom’s is more reliable? That record exists: It’s our DNA.

Blockchain, the underlying technology was first developed to support Bitcoin, creates a record analogous to the way DNA is recorded in our genetic code. Each new individual added to our ancestral chain is linked to the ones who came before through genes we inherit. And that, it turns out, is one of the key properties of a blockchain (bitcoin).

Today bitcoin has tremendously reduced the work load of banking institutions for a digital currency the philosophy of a family tree. I can sleep now guy's.

So, first member @Fuso.hp wrote a shitpost in a SBF-Ross Ulbricht topic, and then a week later Aliosky came to the very same topic and paraphrased and shortened his post, maybe hoping that he will also get some merit for his post like Fuso.hp did. It takes a real talent to use plagiarised post in the same topic...

I didn't know anything about it at first, but after reading everyone's comments, I actually got to know what the real story is. I think there are two persons equally guilty one is for buying and selling various illegal drugs and various products on his website for which the court found him guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment. Another FTX exchange embezzled all the wealth and here too the court found him guilty and sentenced him to 115 years in prison. But later, when his family filed a petition regarding the matter, the court ordered him to remain under house arrest. I think the law has made two judgments for two people here. Because one person is in jail for committing a crime but the other is under house arrest for committing such a big crime, it seems a little different to me. Many may have committed suicide after scamming this exchange. Because many people may have left all their accumulated wealth here. So I think the court has given two kinds of judgment to both of them here.

I had no prior knowledge of it, but after reading everyone's comments, I actually learned the full tale. I believe there are two people who are equally at fault. The first was found guilty by the court and given a life sentence for buying and selling various illegal drugs and other products on his website. Another FTX exchange stole all the money, and the court again found him guilty and gave him a 115-year prison sentence. Later, though, after his family submitted a petition, the court decided to keep him under home arrest. In my opinion, the law has rendered two decisions for two individuals.

While 0.01 Bitcoin (BTC) to buy doesn't cost much today, current trends in global wealth distribution and the inevitable realization of limited Bitcoin supplies could mean that 0.01 BTC will be worth $ 1 million in the future. Big speculation. According to Credit Suisse's Global Wealth Report 2020, there are 51.9 million people with net worth more than $ 1 million. The index takes into account a person's net worth, along with their financial and real estate assets, less their debts and liabilities. Although they make up only 1% of the world's population (excluding children), these millionaires own 43% of the world's wealth.

According to Credit Suisse's individual asset breakdown, 175,700 people weighed more than $ 50 million. Of these elite circles, 55,800 owned at least $ 100 million and 4,410 had assets in excess of $ 500 million.

Now ask yourself whether you can take it for so long and can afford to have this chance.

Polygon helps improve and simplify the experience of developing decentralized applications while allowing its users to fully benefit from Ethereum's network effects. The existing projects developed with Polygon will help ensure continued relevance, engagement, and utility.

As Polygon focuses on providing greater developer support for ETH compatible applications and resources, it's safe to state that the eventual proliferation of eth2.0 will likely help Polygon further its impact and engagement rate.

So, I think Polygon will be relevance.

Polygons expansion efforts couldnt have come at a more opportune time. Ethereum will be transitioning to a proof of stake mechanism, making its platform significantly more efficient than in the past. Once the transition is complete, it is estimated that the transactions per second will scale from 30 to 100,000 on the network. Therefore, Polygon needed to reduce its dependence on Ethereum and offer a more comprehensive service.

Goes without saying, everyone wants to invest in cryptocurrency and be rich overnight because it is the new wave, yes, it has made a lot of people rich, but you cannot be rich overnight as it is a process. The problem remains that a lot of people do not know the right questions to ask and also the right investment platform to invest.

Yes, it is. I was skeptical about it when my friend told me about it. To me, it sounded like another scam promotion. After conducting some online research and speaking with other cryptocurrency enthusiasts, I concluded that it was legitimate. I made an account on Earn.com and verified my identity using my email and LinkedIn. It took a day to get verified. When I connected to LinkedIn, my earnings profile was automatically updated. Since then, I've received tasks to complete, and for each one I've completed, I've received $1 worth of bitcoin that I can cash out to a wallet on an exchange like Binance or Koine x.

So far it's so good since I found it to be the easiest way to earn bitcoin. You can earn more if you are on any professional lists. You can also set a price for receiving emails; for example, if you set it to $5, you will receive $5 if someone emails you after viewing your earning profile.

However, if you lack industry experience and don't have a stellar LinkedIn profile, I would advise keeping your price at $1.

Happy Earning

Phishing scams

Phishing is a classic example of social engineering. It involves fraudsters impersonating legitimate businesses, organizations or individuals with the goal of obtaining sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, personal contact details, or in the case of cryptocurrency scams—private keys / recovery phrases. Often, phishing scams will create websites that almost perfectly resemble the website of the business or organization they’re impersonating.

I've been thinking about Russia and how relentless they've been after invading Ukraine and a promise of a world war they've been preparing for over a decade.
I was watching a local news of recent when I came across a news saying that Russia is running out of weapon and ammunition and that Russia is already begging North Korea for ammunition which caught my attention because I was wondering the possibility of great Russia running to North Korea which is known as one of the poorest country on the surface of the earth for ammunition and I think this is because of the bans imposed on Russia by the west.

What do you think of this news
And what do you think would make Russia go begging from North Korea.

Please pardon me if this isn't the right right board for this topic and it should be moved to the right board if not yeah or help let me know so I can move it there.
The topic is open for discussion.

For me I don't see Russia running out of resources to continue their aggression on Ukraine. Despite the support Ukraine is getting from the US and other NATO countries, Russia has continued to press their neck. The best solution is dialogue, dialogue, and peace making for the sake of the civilians.

My humble opinion.

There is a thing called self-plagiarism. I'm not sure how the forum moderators feel about it, though.
As long as they're not spamming the same content/post in various places [it's against rule #12], they should be fine:

Found another user [Goria77] that plagiarized @dkbit98's response to one of my posts [in the same thread]:

As much as I appreciate was Trezor has done for hardware wallets and overall Bitcoin industry, I wouldn't buy any of their devices now, even with big discounts.
I would still use them if I receive them for free, but I think there are better options on the market right now.

Bitcoin is the first popular crypto currency—or should I say the first publicly accepted digital currency?
Altcoins are tokens or coins that were formed after the introduction of Bitcoin. They are a general form to represent a particular project or company.
Altcoins are seen as all cryptocurrencies, which is totally different from Bitcoin and Ethereum, which is the second-largest blockchain. Most cryptocurrencies are forked from either Bitcoin or Etheruem blockchain.

Altcoins attempt to make themselves different from Bitcoin and Ethereum by providing new or additional capabilities or promising purposes, which sometimes are true but most times can't be achieved.

Blockchain is a decentralized and secure digital ledger that is used to record transactions across a network of computers. It operates through a distributed database, which means that data is stored on multiple computers rather than on a single central server.

In a blockchain, transactions are grouped into blocks, which are then added to the chain in a linear, chronological order. Each block contains a unique code called a "hash" that links it to the previous block in the chain. This creates an unalterable, tamper-proof record of all transactions, ensuring the integrity and transparency of the data.

The decentralized nature of blockchain makes it resistant to tampering or interference from a single entity, as there is no central point of control. Instead, the network of computers that make up the blockchain work together to validate transactions and maintain the ledger, making it highly secure and tamper-proof.

Blockchain technology has many potential applications, including the secure transfer of digital assets, the management of digital identities, and the creation of decentralized applications. One of the most well-known uses of blockchain technology is in cryptocurrencies, where it is used as the underlying infrastructure to support secure, decentralized transactions.

WHAT AFRIGO IS ABOUT

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has barred the payment of dollar charges on domestic transactions through its newly launched Nigerian National Domestic Card Scheme, AfriGo.

Domestic transaction fees on all cards would now be paid in naira, except for international transactions.

CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele said AfriGo would help reduce operating costs and charges while preserving foreign exchange.

“Your existing cards are fine. You can continue using them, but given that charges by foreign cards are in dollars, we will no longer pay dollars for the charges on those cards,” Emiefele said

According to him, AfriGo attempts to provide more options for domestic consumers and not discourage international investors from operating in the Nigerian payments space.

He also said it would be less expensive and increase financial inclusion.
