He is not a spammer to me, he is just a active poster, And don't think you can report someone optionally and get him or her banned just because you don't like him or her.

I had reported the posts of Sammal a couple of days back. He still seems to be very active.
His posts definitely look spammy to me.

I don't know if this is the valid thread for report a ban evasion, but I want to report this user : https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/superstar777-355868  (superSTAR777).
This is his alt account  https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/tempsuperstar777-486882  (temp_superstar777).

Maybe you have better chance to use the Report the Moderator link or to PM BabBear or Theymos.  Wink
You may also avoid the risk of an Off-topic post.

Isn't against the forum rules to post in that way?

No there is no rule against this posting style. There was something called a quote pyramid, but even that is not against the rules.

I would like to see all the users do as Muhammed Zakir and after read an opinion of a mod.
Another thing:is against the forum rules to post short reply (when it is necessary)? Is not this a forum ?

Spam is against the rules, short replies can be helpful and thus are not.

Would this be considered spam? https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mayax-193142 - Almost all one liners in the scam accusations section. Even quotes himself here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10827803 , probably forgot which account he logged into or is randomly quoting. Posts are usually made within a short period of time.

Looks like he's spamming the activity up to most likely sell the account. Only brining this up because that account is always bumping older scam accusations with one liners and I've seen others with sigs get banned for less.

He 'will not' be considered spammer because he is not wearing a sig ad (signature advertise).

That is not true. Users will get banned for spam with or without paid signature.

Like me and you, have you seen the user Muhammed Zakir and his style of 'posting' , He deframment the quoted post and replies to each sentence only for create an illusion of a long reply.

Sometimes its easier to reply to certain aspects of a post individually. From what I see MZ posting he is very helpful even if the posts sometimes are short. Im however biased and BadBear might see this differently.

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I didn't want to create a new thread only because of it - earlier today, I reported what to me is a double/spam post made by rockBTC in the Signature Campaign Overview thread, but it seems the report was refused. The post I reported was the following: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10826463; which seems to me to be a duplicate of a previous post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10808133.

Now, I understand the second post was made over a day and a half after the first, but considering there is only one post in-between them both (so, the first post isn't buried or in any way hidden), the post made by ndnhc hasn't been acknowledged or acted on by Mitchełł (so, the first post wasn't forgotten), and the second post doesn't really add anything new, I think this is clearly spam - am I being too harsh? It's look like a bot replying. How about making a new rule for prevent bot replies ...?
Example : filled the captcha before reply or posting

That wouldn't do much either. There are captcha solver which fetch captcha and give to a human to solve.

Too many people do spam on here for the sake of signature campaigns but a lot is being done to prevent this from happening and to be honest I have about 50+ users or more who have spammed their way up maybe submit it over the coming week or so or at the weekend as most posts within them are 1 liner posts or have maybe 10 to 15 words in max or even worse maybe 5 to 8 words tops over 50 to 100 or more posts like some of the ones that people have listed in here.

He's using cloudminr.io signature but they have close his signature campaign as I know

But yes, he's spamming within 1 minutes interval  Shocked

Yep, seems like a bot for signature campaign. Or it is simple someone very productive like as the main character from the movie "Lucie"  Cool
