Its not the account thats banned, but you as a person. Using another account is considered ban evasion and - yes you guessed it - will get you banned, even longer. I suggest you stop posting with all your accounts now and just wait until your ban is over.
ok i will follow this

This user is still active and posting.
A case of ban evasion.

I have reported the posts of this user - Arnab biswas
He has made 48 posts (excluding deleted ones) today - mostly one-liners.

I checked modlog.php and found that 7 of his posts have been deleted, but he has not yet been banned and still seems to be posting.  Sad
hey sorry dear but I don't know much english like u all.so i don't know what to say about the topics I really intrested...there are just 4-5topics which I am really intrested and I keep update on them every 3-4hour

You do not need to write in order to read. Click watch (top right, next to reply) and see posts you are interested in under watchlist (top left over home)

If you dont know what to say just read along.

-snip-
I know this transaction I sended some btc to coinsdouble site just to test it once just after I sended then they instently stole my coins.I emailed them but no replay...

You can also reply to multiple posts at once. It helps to keep things clean.

beacause a stupid person just banded me to send any message just because I posted under his post

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mayax-193142 - Spams the scam accusation section with useless posts... looks like he's boosting his activity to either sell the account or get in a sig campaign. Check the date and time of posts Wink Every 7 days and all posts are made minutes apart.

Please ban user minerpool-de. If you check his latest posts. All of them are referral spams and is off-topic. I think that account was sold, he/she is acting like a newbie.

He will also be handled shortly. If you keep reporting the posts they'll likely get handled and dealt with asap.

Yes, the ones that haven't been handled (yet). Sometimes they get lost in a flood of altcoin reports, or foreign language reports, or something else similar.

If posts are done for the sole purpose of getting to the ad post quota, should I report it?

This user https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/pierre11-177007
needs 50 posts by Dec 30th. He has been almost silent since he posted a lot before the last month deadline, and has started again with 22 posts today.

He has also started thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/where-should-i-spend-my-bitcoins-906942
I believe he knows the answer to the question posed there, since he is marcotheminer (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/whatever-happened-to-pierre11-883261)

This user (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/nor9865-59502) also belonging to him and has the ad deadline on 3rd Jan, so expect him to get activated soon too.

Question is, is this allowed? The posts are quite innocent and can't be considered spam directly.

Depends. While it looks okay on the surface, that sort of pattern can be indicative of either account farming, or someone using multiple accounts for sig ad purposes. Neither one of those is disallowed, but more often than not, as the number of accounts go up, the quality of posting drops, so it's something worth looking into. Report system isn't really ideal for that though, I don't check it that often, I leave it to the moderators generally so I can focus on things moderators can't do. You can pm me with those sorts of reports, I will look into it.

How can they be not marked as either good or bad (or are you just talking about ones that are 'ignored' by everyone and they then just stay in the que indefinitely (or until someone finally handles them?))?

Depends on the quality really. Doing 50 or 1000 posts in a day wouldn't be a problem if they were all constructive, but 50 rushed half-assed ones would be. What is or isn't spam is subjective and it depends on the mod who handles the report so you could get a bad one, but you could PM a staff member or BadBear if you're concerned and don't want to risk your accuracy. Up to you.

Is the accuracy statistic updated? I read somewhere it was frozen, but I'm not really sure.
If you have a lot of reports, each additional report is going to have a less of an impact on your accuracy rating.

For example if you have reported 10 reports and 9 of them were accurate your accuracy would be 90% and each one would count for 10%. However if you later reported an additional 90 posts, you would have then reported 100 posts and each post would count as 1% of your total accuracy rating

I understand that, the reason I wasn't quite sure is because I'm still at 100%. I would have thought I would have gotten at least one wrong by now, but I guess not.
Some of your reports are marked as neither good nor bad, for example if the report is handled via PM, or the user is given a warning these are not counted as part of your accuracy rating

In cases like this, the reports should, and usually are marked as handled and do count, though it isn't done automatically.

Its perfectly fine, its just that the percentage will only change if the report got handled so you might not see this immediately. The other thing that people tend to forget is that the higher your number of reports the less the percentage will change.
