Everyone is free to gamble. However it now depends on your level of responsibility and ability to manage time and finance properly. Of course many people will argue that the poor should not gamble at all which actually sounds logical. However , if we say gambling is an activity to express fun then why restrict a certain class from having fun.
The amount and frequency of a person's stake should depend on their financial status. If a person stakes above his means in subsequent gambling activities then he is considered an irresponsible gambler.

I think that it is all a matter of percentage and financial relativity. If a poor man gambles even only 1% of his income, he might not be able to pay his bills. If a rich man does it, then he will still be just as rich as before. The problems only start to arise when either of those men develop a gambling problem. Once that happens, it is not so far to full-blown gambling addiction as well as losing all their money. In the end they will be just as poor as the other, with absolutely nothing in their pockets.

If you are poor you shouldn't be gambling, you are to start saving some money first and try to learn a skill or start a business, something must be funding your gambling activities, with no jobs you will end up in frustration and if the the feeling gets out of hand you could commit a crime.

Don't be surprised, I have heard a lot of gamblers doing stupid things to pay up their debts, money they lost in gambling, having a income stream will keep you going on until you win some money.

Mind you, even with a job, you need to have some god damn respect for yourself, avoid taking higher risks that's way over your pay grade, you should be risking very few percentage of your income and save the rest for yourself or other things, like responsibility and investment.

One important thing I would like to consider here is responsible gambling. If it is for fun, there may not be a huge distinction between the two because as the rich gambles more in terms of frequency and number, the poor can do the same or even more if chosen to. The only difference here would be their wagering amount which is not so important since the needed fun is derived by both. So long as the same games could be played and enjoyed for the same duration of time, then they derived the same entertainment through gambling. But for the wagering size and the amount to be won, well, the rich have it, because they have more money and might even have extra to fall back on if they lose the bet. The poor will not dare to race in such with the rich which makes the rich better in that aspect. You can see that this is relative to either Fun or Money-making and there is no way the poor can win the rich when it comes to money. This makes the rich to be richer in every facet of life since they always have more money to invest. We should also admit that this cannot change in gambling no matter how skilful and managerial the poor are.

I think this is where the problem lies when poor people gamble. They think about changing their fate in gambling. They hope to win the jackpot and become rich like lottery winners. Finally they are willing to take risks and risk their money. This will be a big problem because we know we should bet with money that we can afford to lose. Some rich people gamble just for fun. That applies if they are really rich. This is not the same as some people with middle class incomes then trying to gamble. Those who gamble to change their fate will mostly lose. Because if gambling could change fate, of course we wouldn't see people who were addicted to gambling and ruined their lives and social lives. So gamble wisely friends.

Whether a wealthy person have more money  to spend on gambling, they also have more expenses and might not be happier than someone with a lower income. So regardless of how much money a person has, it's always important to gamble with an amount you can afford to lose. And it's also very important to first have the knowledge of the risks involved in gambling before getting involved, whether rich or poor

Let's just say that rich gamblers and poor gamblers bet the maximum amount they can afford to lose. a poor gambler with $100 and a rich gambler with $10,000. that means both of them take the highest risk from the capital they have. It's up to how gamblers manage their betting risks in the game. What is clear is that you should not exceed what is already limited. although often we in the game sometimes cross the limits that we have set ourselves. Yes because there is no way stremers would want to do such promotions if there is basically nothing lucrative for them and obviously the answer is that there is lucrative money behind the agreement they agreed to. On the other hand I honestly don't know about the amount they get from such agreements but as you said earlier that it seems to be true that stremers or influencers who have a lot of followers then they will have a larger amount of pay, and vice versa if there are few followers as you said here which is under a thousand then yes I seem to agree that there is no special offer from the casino for them other than earning income through affiliation only.

But for the risk problem I think it's the same whether you are a stremer who is already quite famous or who is still a beginner, because if it turns out that your country is one of the countries that prohibit gambling then obviously there is a possibility for you to eventually be caught and processed legally, because I have seen quite a lot of cases like this in my place where they are caught for trying to promote something that is prohibited. Are you sure that all these streamers are doing fake streams? I don't think so. There are some legit streamers as well who play with real money. I knew a Bangladeshi guy who used to record his gambling session and upload those videos on youtube. But, he is not continuing his channels anymore because of the strikes he received in his Youtube channel. I do not agree with you statement at all.

I think poor gambler or rich gambler both need to manage risks well, because no matter how rich you are, you can lose everything because of gambling if you play thoughtlessly and without any discipline. that's true, most of the streamers act only because it's part of their job, there are a few who just naturally enjoy what they do but the majority is just for their income and that's fine because we all have that side and all of us will do any way to earn money even if we don't like something because we don't have a choice.

The amount that would be considered little for me might be very big for other people and the amount that might be considered big might be little to other gamblers. Everyone have an amount they can risk because your risk tolerance might not be the same as mine. It doesn't mean if you are poor or rice as you said because what matters is the amount you can afford to risk, if you can not afford to risk big you don't have to gamble big, if you can't afford to risk small money you shouldn't risk any at all because as you can't risk little money that means you can't risk anything else.  Rich people have money and they also have what they are spending the money on, maybe business or other important things, so it's not considered risking big money because you have a lot of money.

Yes I agree with you and think that people who want to gamble must know the risk of gambling very well. It doesn't matter whether the person is poor or rich when he goes to gamble he must use the amount of gambling according to his ability. Even poor people doesn't have to gamble, no one can prohibit them because that is personal choice that every people knows. Playing gambling only give fun so they don't have to playing gambling excessively to reduce the losing money that can happen anytime. Besides that, gambling is not a way to make money and only for having fun so people needs to understand that they don't have to gambling too seriously. Poor people who doesn't much money needs to calculate his money and if he thinks that he really don't have money for playing gambling, he should stay away from gambling and better to search for the other ways to make money.

I agree that most people that are poor think that gambling can change their lives better as they can make much money from gambling with small money. Well, that's not wrong but they needs to consider that playing gambling can also make them lose their money. If you say most of the streamers, then it's a correct statement. I know some streamers who have only a few hundred to a thousand followers, they usually get affiliate commissions only. They do not get any special deals most of them are happy with that. Because they are getting affiliate commissions and the fund for gambling on the website. Sometimes they get some real money to send tips to their users and do giveaways during their stream. If you check Kick regularly, you will notice these things. If you know some streamers and they work with casinos, you may ask them. But, I don't think they will share this if they are not too close with you.
