Poor arent supposed to gamble? It should be considering with their financial status on which we know that it would really be that a bad idea on dealing up with it but if that poor one would really be
just having that kind of leisure seeking kind of intent then i would say that it is really just that that fine on dealing with gambling. Doesnt matter whether you are rich or poor on which it is really always important that you should really be only playing on the time that you would really be getting bored. Dont tend to make it as an income because this is where people do usually mess up their lives
because of bad decisions towards it. The main key on here is that you should be making yourself wary about the risks involve with then then you would really be just that fine.

To me it does not make sense to compare the amount of money wagered by a person who does not have much money from the perspective of a rich person or what the rich person wagers from the point of view of a person who does not have much money.
