This whole thing looks unprofessional to me.

They better try to correct mistakes but there are several complaints in the forum from people saying they can't withdraw, so that when they supposedly can because the house has solved the alleged technical issue, they have gambled and lost the money. This story is not something new that we hear from casinos, but the most reputable ones don't do it (neither on purpose or by negligence).

It seems that they rushed to announce on the forum something that was too big for them. But let's wait and see if they really manage to correct their mistakes. If they do things right, an online casino is a cash cow, or a crypto cow if you prefer.

Yes, of course they have to solve any problems and accusations against their casino because flagged accounts will be hard to trust again in this forum if all problems and complaints are not responded to properly, this forum is too strict so anything that is marked as a fraud will be difficult to get his good name will return unless he really responds and solves all problems.

Promise without showing work is just a mere word that could be said by anyone. In the process of trying to fix those aforementioned issues, have you been able to rectify the identified user problem by giving the user the option to withdraw their funds from your casino so that they can either play somewhere else or try using the funds for something else?

Even if some wannabe campaign manager agrees to run their signature campaign, I don't think forum users will promote such a casino,o which is new in this forum and already has an open scam accusation. Many negative things have been raised already, and I don't see any activity from them.

Do they care about those allegations? Of course not. Then, what is the benefit of running a signature campaign? After all, Bitcointalk is not for colossal casino traffic. Most casinos use it to build a solid reputation. There is no reason to run any campaign if they do not fix issues.

Just a waste of money on their side if they think running a sig campaign can really help them gather a tons of players here without fixing those concerns by people. If they wanna create a solid reputation just like what big casinos here then they need to satisfy all gamblers want so that they can be labeled as good casino.

Publishing a campaign here has nothing to do with resolving the issue at hand; you wanting to publish a campaign here means you are looking for means to increase your issues that are yet to be resolved, as there will be possibilities of many users coming into your casino and their funds getting stock in there.

The last login was 3 days ago it is irresponsible not to update the community on the development of the platform yes they are fixing it now but 3 days are just too long to update us of the development, people will suspect that they do not have a security admin and their platform just hire people to manage their platform in a case to case basis, in short, they are hiring freelancers because if they have one on their team they will announce it.

I read that they've got a license from Pagcor and getting a license there, is not cheap, they spent on a license but not on the developers who can manage their platform, which is not good and they have a lot of catching up to do in case they want to come back here.

It's not just the withdrawals, a lot of things don't work.

I have checked this platform and tried to sign up using their promo code. During the signup process, I used the BTT200FS promo code, which says promo code not found or something like that. But my sign-up was successful. So, I tried to use the 2nd promo code, but I cannot find where I should enter the promo code. The support button does not work, so I could not contact support. I tried to explore the platform further, and I don't know why, the tournament looks extremely fake, and some wagered to claim the top prize. Either it's their casino's insider or a bot setup that will wager automatically to beat real players.

And on top of that they want to launch a signature campaign. As noorman0 says:

Good catch I even praise this casino as having a license from my country but unfortunately they did not live up to expectations, OP should address concern here before launching a marketing campaign, their domain is all about luck but unfortunately they are facing tough luck now users complaining of bugs, all that they spent will go to waste if they cannot fix and resolve all these issues.

The issues of bug fixing is now a rampant issue now with casinos. I just believe most casinos uses it as an excuse to do away with some critical mistakes attached with their various casinos. This is the reason why it is advisable to do a review on your website if you are not sure of your developers so that the community can be of help to you in terms of discovery and recommendations for possible solutions.  As you have said advising OP to look into their casino is the best option they can take for the moment otherwise all their efforts would be in vain coupled with the resources spent in building the casino to finishing touch.

I just registered, made a couple of bets, and decided to withdraw funds. I needed to confirm my email, but the letter did not arrive. I wrote to them in the chat and here is their response: “Hello, unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical issues at the moment. Our specialists are doing their best to resolve it as fast as possible. It can take from several hours, we cannot specify the exact time frame at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I don’t know what to say if it takes them several hours, and possibly more, to solve such problems. I wouldn't recommend playing with them
