If you look at large stock exchanges whales deliberately underestimate the price (artificially) to buy coins at a lower price, so that's right you said now is the time))

Just be carefull on buying in dip. Sometimes it becomes dipper and dipper like a trap. Some wekhands are selling with this down market cause they don't know gow to get out of it.
you are making the most common mistake of thinking that because prices are lower than the day(s) before then it must mean they are good to buy. but the thing is going down doesn't mean reaching bottom. the "reaching bottom" which is the right time to buy is when dumping phase has completed and it is not yet complete for most of the altcoins.

I like seeing people with mindsets like this. This is more like making lemonades from the lemons that life has given you. A lot of people do not understand that what they see as a problem is a great opportunity for so many people to end up buying the dips, but they are always just so afraid to take the bold steps anyway until they miss a good chance. Yes, but keep in mind that some altcoins may just not survive this low market and then they will never return in price. For some reason, I believe only in Ethereum, because he will die in the last turn. 
I hope on September, 30 Bitcoin ETF will be approved and all crypto market will go to the moon. But we must HODL about 40 days because bear market will be until that approval.

Market conditions are still very unpredictable, rising and falling always occur openly. so this is still rather risky. I will wait a few more days before deciding whether I will invest now or just need to wait again.
