I think it is much better if you could somehow work it out one way or another. This means that contacting customer support is the best way to do it because they will be getting the ticket in their system that way and can't close it until it is solved, and that's what they will aim at doing, so you will get help.
The team can respond towards it but think he might be just putting false allegations against them judging from the trust ratings but yeah the last information and decisions depend on the team and I doubt they would do anything wrong unless some users abuse the terms.
I think their job should be to shoot down any type of fake allegations against them as well. If someone comes here and talks about them like they are doing something wrong, rollbit has to come up and say that they are not doing anything wrong and they are doing the right thing at the end.

Every online forum is like a battlefield for image, and when false accusations come up, companies should act quickly to protect themselves.  Even though I agree that accusations without proof are useless, the same can be said about businesses. If Rollbit or any other online gambling site says they're honest, where's THEIR proof? A lot can be gained by being open about processes, licenses, and audits. Not everyone who complains on a website has the means to back up what they say. What if it was up to the companies to show their legitimacy in a way that a skeptic could trust?

Rollbit as we know it is one of the most reputable casino on this forum, and going by that status, it is imminent to know that or rather have the assurance that the cant unjustly abuse a gambler for no reason, any user with any kind of issue can freely contact their customer care, they are always available to answer to every ticket, even though the time and frequency they answer to every ticket differs depending on the complexity of the issue or problem brought before them, and also depend on the number of tickets they already have open and responding to, so every customer reaching out to this customer care should always exercise patience just in case getting answers seems to be taking some time.

The issues posted by some legit players are been solve so there's no question for other why theirs cannot, since if they just go directly to the support then show a proof or anything to validate their case then provably their issue will get fix. But we can't expect to have immediate response since they also need to verify and we should exercise to extend some patience since for sure the issue will get solve since they have reputation to protect.

But that way they will direct it for example making tickets or someone from their team for example their technician who can solve problems in it, I never had a problem with this casino site I know they will probably be abandoned by many users and gamblers if they don't respond, but if they keep on being this casino getting big over time of course this casino is trusted and has a good reputation in this forum.

However, it appears that they are not entirely certain about the exact reasons behind these limitations. I suspect that his consistent winnings or possibly his impressive win-loss ratio in sports betting could be contributing factors.
The team will have to check again the reasons for it but they have clarified that sportsbook provider has put limitations to account which is why they are unable to help and moreover if there's more on the matter he should make clarifications on the same.


this is complete nonsense. the provider can only offer coefficients, the limits are determined by the site. if the regulator or the court fines the site for limiting the account, will the provider pay the fine. for example, in France, the regulator threatened bookmakers with 2 years in prison for setting an individual limit. the provider or the bookmaker will go to jail. You know that providers are doing business which is a common sense and if they do find out that if someone do make out some good wins over a course of 2 days on having that 4k + .9 profits with that time then safe to assume that provider would already be putting up some mark that this bettor should be limit out. In my case is have been resolve, i have withdraw all my balance (not more than 5k). Im only using rollbit for their sportsbooks and their sportsbook provider just limit my account so i cant bet more than 1 usd Sad so i cant use it anymore.

Lol.  You must be one of the sharpest guys in the site for them to limit you below 1 USD.  I recommended one of my close friends who makes 500 - 1k per bet to use Rollbit and he has been raking it in for a nice clip in MMA and there's no shenanigans like what you experienced going on.  

Aaanyway...  You guys have any idea when Rollbit is gonna have another NFT collection up?  I think the next collection could be a big one if what I'm thinking is gonna happen.  Grin

That seems to me to be a low balance and the truth is that I would not be able to do something like that because whenever I can I make bets but with very little balance, but if you put 4000 dollars and take it to 4900 dollars, it is something that I sincerely It seems very good to me, but I am not capable of assuming such a high risk, I think that if I have that 4000 dollars I am not capable of betting a balance as high as 50-100 dollars, I think my maximum bet would be 10 dollars because I don't I'm so risky, I'm softer with bets, because if I only bet 10 dollars and I lose it, I think that affects me because I would think about having it again with another bet, and betting 20 dollars on a martingale is not the idea.
