I dont understand why they will treat their customers like crap.. All ive done is bet on sports, and won a few thousand. Now i dont have access to my money, and they dont seem interested at all in giving me an explanation.. Imagine your bank doing that to you. Now my weekend is ruined, not knowing why my money is held hostage. I have also done verification lvl 1-3 wich they asked for a few weeks ago.

You can wait for their update because Rollbit has their reputation and business to protect. They told you to wait means they will give you answer later. This answer is general from their customer support staff who will have to wait for investigation on your account from a responsible team like Compliance team.

You can also make a scam accusation anytime you want but a scam accusation can be valid or invalid. If it is invalid, the time you make it is not matter.

I tried to withdraw yesterday. I just get the error: This feature is temporarily disabled for your account... Support tells me to wait, with no other information.. I dont understand why casinos will do this kind of stuff.. How long before i can post a scam accusation?

If you look at accusations in [LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum thread, you will see Rollbit had many accusations threads in Bitcointalk but those cases were resolved. Some accusations are invalid and only few cases are on-going.

A trusted casino do care about their customers and by taking customer accusations into account, investigated carefully and resolved those cases or answered that cases are invalid, it's show they do care about their business.

That's right. Whether an accusation is valid or invalid can be proven by including strong evidence. If the accusations are leveled at Rollbit and other gambling sites, I think Rollbit and other casino sites will resolve them because building public trust and maintaining a good reputation is not an easy job. Rollbit has been running for more than a few years as a casino and several other large casinos that are still active would not want the foundation that has been built to be damaged because of a small problem.
