yes, that's quite big
maybe they're holding the announcement a little bit due to all the craziness of last week

I wonder if Roobet will end up picking other famous people as embassadors in the future
In brazilian football we're starting to see lots of betting platforms advertising
I think it's quite late for Roobet if they want to hire a brand ambassador for the world cup promotion since it's already 3 days before the first match will happen. Maybe Roobet only looking for UFC and boxing first since their mascot is kangaroo which is usually linked to martial art or boxing. It wouldn't be easy too for casino to hire a football player to become brand ambassador, I've remember there's a problem to the player when he promote gambling site, but I can't find the thread.
What casinos often do in football is to become a club sponsor, not a player sponsor, some bookmakers have done this either as a sponsor for a club or a national team, but will their bookmakers logo appear on the team's national costume at this World Cup? is still a question because of the considering of the host country

Host country is for sure been considered since some countries have strong laws against gambling that's why sometimes its hard for a casino to do sponsorship deals towards big events. But I guess if Roobet will really like to have sponsorship on world cup for sure they can since the only thing they do is to make money work for them and for sure everything will be settled in good place.

I believe that we will not see anything about gambling in this world cup there in Qatar, they are a country that prohibits gambling, so it will not make sense for a team to have the logo of a casino or sports betting site on its shirt. I think that casinos need to see if it would be worth it to sponsor a team that goes to the world cup, since the world cup will be held in a country where the laws are strict against gambling, for me, honestly, it doesn't make any sense to spend money in sponsoring a team that goes to the world cup, the casino will not gain anything from it, it will not gain exposure by doing that

That's why if you're going to participate in this promotion you have to think deeply on what country could dominate the world cup to have a chances to get more $5 for each winning. Yes it's a bit hard but if you happen to bet on the right country, that's satisfying. Anyway, probably some of us can't afford to risk $30 (specially the average gamblers) but if you're open for a challenge and a fan of FIFA then it's worth to try, who knows right? Just have less expectation.
I think we all know which team is going to dominate this competition. But many don't won't to say it so that something else happen, no one would blame them. We all know that all the odds are in favor of Brazil.
After all, this is just a promotion. It doesn't matter how much you will get. It's a promotion and not a lottery, the reward doesn't really matter.

if you look at the players that the brazil coach chose to play in the world cup, you will see that brazil does not come strong for this world cup, i even doubt that they will be able to go far in this world cup, but argentina is coming strong for this world cup, even france comes strong for this world cup, so brazil is not the strongest team in this world cup. they are among one of the strongest. but with these players that the coach has chosen I have a lot of doubts that they will be able to go very far in this world cup

Not late for the fact that its still a world cup which many people around the world watch the league even though its quite late but this is still good addition if we talk about increasing awareness about their casino existence. If they really plan to do this then maybe they should execute this plan because for sure they can succeed with that especially if their logo will be attached on some teams jersey or even promoted by famous individual for sure their fans will look at it or even speculators who watch the game.

in qatar they have tough gambling laws so i doubt they will allow any team to wear a shirt that has a gambling site logo on it, teams know this or at least are supposed to have been informed about this issue, in qatar They even block gambling sites, so you can see that the guys take their persecution of gambling very seriously.

I am sure many people could afford $30, that is not a lot of money even in the poorest nations to be fair, not small change neither, depending on where you live that could be as high as a weekly grocery store, or an electricity bill paid, but it is still not "a lot" in the sense that it is not rent money in almost any nation, maybe 1-3% of the world would have that as rent.

However, it is still not a smart decision to put that into world cup if you don't have it. I will certainly try it, England and France and Brazil, these three look like they could actually do something and it really feels like we could end up with a good return if we wager on these three nations.
I would say $30 is not a lot, but if you do that per team then it is going to get ugly very quickly. You and I could end up gambling 10-20-30 even maybe 100 bucks on every single game, and it would still be a lot but I assume we wouldn't lose them all, so it would be like maybe 1-2k loss at very worst case, and could maybe afford it.

However, $30 for the whole tournament is not going to cut it for anyone, people who are poor enough that they wouldn't feel bad for losing 30 but can't lose more, will not earn a lot from that neither. Normally people do like 100+ odds so that they could put in 5-10 bucks and earn a lot, but world cup won't have that possibility.
As said there can be a restriction on number of bet placed but $30 is also not a small amount if you are considerably in that small gambler bracket but if you spread your bet over say 4 teams then you already have to bet $120 which is certainly big for regular gamblers as well but you will also have to see if you can manage to get back free bets so you would eventually reduce your wagers to limited number.

It hasnt been announced here yet, but Alex Pereira, new UFC middle weight champion, since November 13 is new Roobet ambassador. I wonder why Roobet keep silent about that Cheesy There is only a tweet about that on Twitter, but not a single line on Roobet.com. I've searched in the news, but there was nothing about. I have only found some mentioned on promotions.roobet.com (https://promotions.roobet.com/search?query=pereira), but the only available page is just a plain text (not very presentable for gamblers and fans imho).
It's your great finding.

Maybe Roobet will announce it more noisy soon. The market is just super panic and bearish since the drama and collapse of FTX. So maybe Roobet team are waiting for things to be cooled down, the market is less panic to get better effects from their announcement.

I think Roobet will do promotions with Alex too. They just need a good time to run their promotions as best as possible with a same budget.

Well, in my personal opinion, I would recommend that you use the 2FA verification, it is a greater security layer, it is beneficial for you and so that you can protect your funds well

Thanks for the advice but I really don't think it's necessary, casinos are not like exchanges where there is a tendency to leave more funds in the exchange than at the casino and I think the average player with limited funds like me will only put money in the casino when playing and if can make a profit will immediately withdraw it

Ah, well, if that's the case, well, I appreciate it very well, of course there are many people who withdraw it when they win at once, sometimes those funds there become a great temptation and maybe one can bet on them, it's something common and well in some players has happened and sometimes they end up losing it, so the way you see them it seems perfect to me, although I have always opted for having my maximum security, and thus not having bad times or avoiding bad times, because things have really happened to me , that one learns and teaches that everything must be carried out calmly and safely, I have also seen some cases where they have some security, sometimes they lose it.

I think there is not much to say or not to say either, each person has a special basis for who they think will win or not, this is logical, however Brazil, like Argentina and Portugal are the teams that I have heard the most that are the favorites ´to win, and as even a robot has done simulations where they give Argentina as the winner, and it is not something that is wrong, it can happen, the pressure on Messi is very great, and on Portugal everything falls on CR7, then this The World Cup will bring many emotions, it will be the last World Cup for many, and this is something that I like, we will have the unique opportunity to see these greats fight for the World Cup.

Yeah that's what I intended on that it's kind of promotion where you can have assurance of getting free bets worth $5 also if your choosen team win the match and that's also good after all.The odds might be in favour of Brazil but the outcomes can be different also so will go with the flow if I bet upon this way.

Nope, I'm not sure when the exact date Alex Pereira become a brand ambassador on Roobet, but according to this tweet [1] there's a video where Pereira wear Roobet clothes on November 10. Roobet is very active to announce their new brand ambassador, huge win, promotion, giveaway on their Twitter. I think Roobet is very lucky to sign Pereira before he's now become a champion, because it would be costly.

Pretty sure that it is limited to only one, otherwise people would be abusing this by betting all those potentially top 4 teams but still though getting a team to win 6 games to get $30 back in free bet is hard so just treat it as an extra promotions though. You might potentially win your outright bet alongside with all those free bets from the promotions
Don't know if it's limited to one only but yes we need to treat it as promotional bet event where you have more chance of winning back the amount while in normal games you don't have idea at all you can win or not but with these sports bet you can place them according to the best team in your mind if you have the knowledge about teams and their playing.

The another thing this is just one bet only, it's not like slots where we keep click the spin button over and over, of course if you bet $30 for one spin it's really a lot. But world cup is just happen every 4 years and the match will end at December 18, it's just $30 for a month or $1 per day.

Yes. It is a risky business to bet on the winner of competitions like the World Cup. After all, anything can happen in a knockout tournament. But with great risk comes great reward. A $5 free bet is just a bonus- basically, if your chosen team reaches the final, you have a good chance to receive your initial deposit in the form of a free bonus.
Yeah it's need 6 win streak in order to receive the initial deposit, it's already good even though the country we're bet lose in the final. But if the country become a champion, we will get both the winnings amount and $35 of free bet.

That's the case but see the thing is if you are wagering over three or say more teams in order to improve your chances of winning you would have to bet $30 for each of them which is little bit more according to me compared to your free bets for each match.

The upcoming world cup is event for lot of bets and we will see huge wagering around at that time and this new promotion is cool but I would say that you would have to win atleast 6 matches but this will work better if you place multiple bets as it's hard for particular team to win 6 matches. But will see my favourite team to bet upon on this event and spare $30 for it.
Exactly but if you put your money on the group favourites which most of the times will win all the group stage games then that would have been 3 games won already so another 3 along the way to the final. Aside from that, if we think of this promotions as an extra then its a pretty good deal because everyone loves betting outright on World Cup winner
That's the case but see the thing is if you are wagering over three or say more teams in order to improve your chances of winning you would have to bet $30 for each of them which is little bit more according to me compared to your free bets for each match. But if you think in different way like you are wagering for fun then it's good promotional event to bet upon.
I do not think that it would be smart decision to just wager on all 3 games of the group favourites in all groups. Some groups may look like that but in reality, it may have some tough games here and there too. Like for example I understand why Netherlands is the group favourites, and they can win, but what if they lose to Senegal? It is a possibility and people do not imagine that.

This is why I believe that we shouldn't be really focusing on the group favourites alone, and just focus on game by game. I am going to wager $10 on ALL games this world cup, that’s my aim, and if I can know them right, that means I am going to gamble on a ton of games and if I am right then I am going to win a lot, if I am wrong then I am losing a lot but world cup only happens every 4 years, so it doesn't really matter.
