Host country is for sure been considered since some countries have strong laws against gambling that's why sometimes its hard for a casino to do sponsorship deals towards big events. But I guess if Roobet will really like to have sponsorship on world cup for sure they can since the only thing they do is to make money work for them and for sure everything will be settled in good place.

I believe that we will not see anything about gambling in this world cup there in Qatar, they are a country that prohibits gambling, so it will not make sense for a team to have the logo of a casino or sports betting site on its shirt. I think that casinos need to see if it would be worth it to sponsor a team that goes to the world cup, since the world cup will be held in a country where the laws are strict against gambling, for me, honestly, it doesn't make any sense to spend money in sponsoring a team that goes to the world cup, the casino will not gain anything from it, it will not gain exposure by doing that


if you look at the players that the brazil coach chose to play in the world cup, you will see that brazil does not come strong for this world cup, i even doubt that they will be able to go far in this world cup, but argentina is coming strong for this world cup, even france comes strong for this world cup, so brazil is not the strongest team in this world cup. they are among one of the strongest. but with these players that the coach has chosen I have a lot of doubts that they will be able to go very far in this world cup

As said there can be a restriction on number of bet placed but $30 is also not a small amount if you are considerably in that small gambler bracket but if you spread your bet over say 4 teams then you already have to bet $120 which is certainly big for regular gamblers as well but you will also have to see if you can manage to get back free bets so you would eventually reduce your wagers to limited number.
