maybe this kind of gambler should be banned from continuing his gambling on roobet because he is very likely to spread his anger again when things don't go as his expected.
They won't ban him since they would lose a customer. Instead, he should take advantage of self-exclusion protocols in order to control his gambling addiction.

Now how does KYC appear? Answer: when the customer wins at the casino, they ask for KYC which usually takes days to approve and then it takes even more hours to release the withdrawal. but when depositing everything is fast and when the customer loses everything they don't remember to ask for KYC

and that's what makes people frustrated and sad
Agreed. This is a major issue with many crypto casinos. Some of them use this tactic in order to stall expecting the gambler to utilise and lose some of his/her winnings which is a cheap tactic, but it does work now and then.

That's what almost casinos in this forum did, of course why the team need to ask the KYC of an account who lose? they wouldn't withdraw their money. The reason why the team ask the KYC is to prove if the account is controlled by a different person, who knows there's a limitation for gamblers who very lucky, after that he will create alt account in order to avoid this limitation.

But the fact that he talked about suicide and that he urgently needed the money to pay his bills so this is a sign that if he keeps playing and he loses he will commit suicide. i hope he urgently stop playing
He should use money from the casino to pay his bills is a sign if he have a poor money management, maybe he use 50% of his income to gamble.

From his accusation thread, he already revised the subject to (Resolved) ROobet so it's high likely the problem has been resolved.

It's just funny how he make this thread and the signature campaign mess due to his problem, after it's already resolved, he didn't confirm and thankfully to Roobet since they're hear his demand to complete it before the next 4 hours, if not he will committing suicide.

The drama already ended and everyone are correct saying Roobet wouldn't scam their gamblers.
They just make account whenever there is such issues and when it's resolved only few of them update and thanks the team and community for the support and resolving the issue while others maintain the silent bars.I already knew they would never do such things because if they can give away so much in promotion, giveaway and contest would they be blocking his small amount of funds? But it's good if it's resolved.

He probably feels embarassed and has no idea what to say after whining like crazy from the last couple of days instead of staying patient which is why he marked the complaint as resolved and ran away.

I believe that what hurts people is the following:

1 - the customer creates an account at the casino, the customer makes a deposit at the casino and the deposit arrives instantly in the customer's account, they do not ask for KYC, see this part: customer creates an account - customer makes a deposit that arrives instantly - customer is not asked KYC.

2 - after the customer has already made a deposit, the customer plays and when he loses all his money, the customer is not asked for KYC. see this part: customer made a deposit - customer played - customer lost and no KYC request

Now how does KYC appear? Answer: when the customer wins at the casino, they ask for KYC which usually takes days to approve and then it takes even more hours to release the withdrawal. but when depositing everything is fast and when the customer loses everything they don't remember to ask for KYC

This gambler most likely won't survive for a long time if you ask me since he possesses a weak mentality since he was actually willing to throw away his life for 2 grand.

I agree with you because he talked about committing suicide, in this part I considered it a great exaggeration on his part, but we have to understand his side, anyone would be frustrated. But the fact that he talked about suicide and that he urgently needed the money to pay his bills so this is a sign that if he keeps playing and he loses he will commit suicide. i hope he urgently stop playing

When did he updated the thread as "Resolved"? Was it only today? Was it yesterday or few days ago already?
I am assuming that it was only updated today, first of September 2022 since his last post referring the company that he is being scammed was August 31.
It will be nice if he will make another post to that of his thread that the case has already been resolved, but we can't make him do it if he do not want.

An inappropriate attitude, should be he dare to say sorry for his attitude that previously kept saying roobet scam, maybe this kind of gambler should be banned from continuing his gambling on roobet because he is very likely to spread his anger again when things don't go as his expected.

Atleast he marked the title as resolved, probably he is so busy and can't able to thank anyone. Tongue

I told him be patient until the team reaches you but he just keep using the red bold words so I just ignored him and let him to be calm on his own, this is another story to prove that ignorance of casino users are most of the reason why they lose money but the end up calling the platform as scammers in the end.
Unfortunately casinos attract the worst kind of people at times, not all the time because there are a lot of people like you and me, who just want to have some fun and entertain themselves. But at the end of the day, there will be a lot of people who think "if I wager my last 100 dollar and turn that into 1000 dollar then I will be very comfortable this month" and then lose their last money, so that means instead of having an easy month, they turn into even worse and then come here (or whichever casino) and talk about how unfair the casino is etc etc.

It is really a terrible thing and I hope that people would stop that but unfortunately it is a lesson many people will learn overtime, and new people are learning every day.

well, I saw the thread created and realized that the OP is a very impatient person (happy to see the drama ended).

I've never played on roobet for KYC reasons and I don't like it but what I'm sure of is that roobet is a responsible gambling site, they won't let their users down.

How did it get resolved; he didn't tell us anything and only locked the thread. He doesn't even bother to say thank you to Roobet team.

Another thing i thought he could have done is to edit his previous posts here and on the signature campaign thread where he is writing in bold that the casino is a scam. He should clean those threads as his issue has been resolved, but he is an ungrateful gambler.

There's no need to be upset
take it easy @RoobetScam
if you're thinking about giving up on life the best way to go is to seek professional help
it's not worth to make a permanent decision for a temporary problem
specially for something like money in an online casino

I wish you find peace.

I am not a fan of CEX and usually they have less time limit like 24-48 hours of verification but don't know which CEX you are exactly talking about as 2 weeks is such a long period of time and they can loose customer with such delays.
Same I also not fan of centralized exchanges, well few of many top exchanges and local exchanges are taking 2 weeks to complete the KYC because they said the images isn't completely clear. I have read this on many accusations and my friends also have this problem too.

Anyway let's ignore an angry user who can't be patient to wait for few days as stated on the TOS.

It's already around a month previous art contest were ended, I'm curious do they will launch a new art contest on September (tomorrow) ? I would love to participate again if they're conducting a new art contest with different theme.

I don't give a fuck about what you think

Roobet is a Scam, Stay aware from it
Until they pay my 2k , Stay the hell away from Roobet

There's no need to be upset
So I just got scammed by Roobet
For over $2,000 and my account got locked

Full information in my Scam accusation thread

They're forcing me to verify, and I did that too, and after verification they still didn't let me withdraw my funds

Please, don't play on Roobet until they solve the issue, they can do this with whoever they want

By the way, I was pushed to verify for Level 2, I even verified for level 3, and they still don't let me withdraw my money
See if the support team has asked to wait for 2-3 days then you need to wait for some time as they need to look into the technical as well wagering slips so don't just blame them bluntly.

There are many players who are wagering over Roobet and it's legit casino and they have thousands of dollars giveaways so do you think they will block your $2k only? The issue will be solved and if you are at wrong then it will be your mistake.

yes, it's weird to think such a big website would lock an account for 2,000 and keep it locked even after the user comply

on the long run they can make much more money if they run the business in an ethical way.

Its not weird for a big casino to lock the funds of a user if they find something strange on his account. Maybe for user who got this issue he should comply what roobet team ask because for this it will make the issue solve. And there's no really needed to mock up here if Roobet ask something for verification because those are important so that they can see if there's a problem with the users end.

oh maybe I didn't express myself so clearly
I agree that locking the account to verify is not weird
what I meant is that the casino would risk losing a huge user base and all their reputation because of a 2,000 USD account, since they make much more money on the long run by their good reputation alone attracting new costumers.

I'm just surprised to see he's like kind of a new guy who entering crypto space, did he never KYC a centralized exchanges? I doubt it. Many centralized exchange even need to take around 1-2 weeks to complete the KYC and you can't use the exchanges until they verify your KYC.

Based on his accusation thread, he said he already got an answer, I expect either tomorrow or 2 days again the case will get solved.
I think he has lost his money due to his own fault and now can't handle the loss but still if he has opened a scam accusation thread the team will solve the issue and in most circumstances it's clear to me.

Lost? are you out of your mind?
The money is in the account

There's nothing wrong been done, they even agreed to send my balance via address, and not replying for 3 days straight

^ I can understand your frustrations but yelling again and again in no time on different threads about Roobet is not going to make any difference, 3 days may look too longer for you but in general isn't too early to say they scammed you? Let's take look at the most reputed cryptocurrency exchanges which usually takes few weeks to resolve the support tickets and some went for months but it doesn't mean they are scamming.

You know the only crime I did? for the first time, I made some profits, that's what the problem of Roobet is

Until I was losing they didn't even care about verification
First time, I won in sports there and made profits

So, immediately they locked
Then asked verification so that I can withdraw

I verified, and instantly they said they will figure out why I can't still withdraw

then from 3 days, Im still awaiting their answer

They thought I wouldn't verify and they will scam the money, but Im afraid of nothing I verified right away and verification isn't pending, it's PROCESSWD Vefieid already 3 days ago

Roobet, SCAM , $2000 stuck

So this is the first ever withdrawal you're going to make here if I am not wrong, so you are registered here in the recent time only based on the story. You can call them scam if they cancelled the bet you won and announce it as some kind of technical glitches and you know if they do then you have to accept and take the bet amount only.

And about $2000 a site like Roobet is going to lose their reputation because I guess they are making in millions so I maybe convinced if we are talking about few hundred bitcoins but this is just a small amount and please wait, you will be contacted by the support team about what is actually happening in your case.

Please avoid red, big fonts.

No, it's not the first, but its the first with a better amount
otherwise I've withdrawn before too

Roobet is a Scam, they look for weak people who can shut their mouth after their scam but they messed with the wrong guy
