Im not level 2 verified but still able to withdraw. Did you ask the support for the reason?
To my surprise, I don't know why the withdrawal is disabled when using my laptop, but the withdrawal works when I tried logging my account using my desktop. Perhaps, it has something to do with my hardened firefox browser causing the website to break.

But then again, it's too bad I have surrendered the level 2 verification without verifying the community first   Undecided
I have not tried withdrawing my funds and also not logged in from past two days but were you able to withdraw funds with level one only during past withdrawal? Or do you have encountered the problem very first time? I am also at level 1 and need to check if I am able to withdraw from my system.

So no one can ensure that level 2 is needed to ask for withdrawal? actually I just contacted support to ask about this problem
But I was surprised when the robot said the team would respond in the next few hours https://imgur.com/7RuhPkI  now we are wondering, what happened?
Now it's not a weekend that there must be staff waiting to respond.

Do you guys able to withdraw without your level 2 verification? Hoping someone would clarify. Thank you.
Yes and the withdrawal is instant. Just recently, I withdraw the prize from the art contest. But before that, I take time playing few of my favorite games.

Edit: I have no choice but to do the KYC, but why is it that the withdrawal is still disabled? LOL

That's right, people do make mistakes themselves and then hope for the place to fix it. I have seen this in exchanges a lot, people end up sending stuff on the wrong chain, and hope that they could get it back. Technically speaking if the exchange (or casinos) check it, they could find the money, but it's not their job to hop on network to network to find your money and credit you, check to see if it's spent and 99% of the time it's not even touched.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible so if you make mistake, you lose your coins. Sometimes, you can get support if make mistake in deposit but usually you don't get that support. Some platforms can support you, but very rarely and even they provide support, they charge you support fee. The support fee is expensive so if you make mistake with a small money, just forget it and move forward. Learn your lesson and avoid it in future.

You should always double check while making deposit/withdrawal as have seen many problems arising of people's carelessness and this crypto transactions is not reversible once it's confirmed on the network. It hardly takes few minutes to double check all the credentials we have entered and never be in haste as wrongly sent coins are near to impossible to recover.

Hey guys! It's just odd that Roobet now restricts me from withdrawing my funds even though I was able to withdraw without doing the level 2 verification in the past few months.

What makes quasiaquam's case a bit complicated and makes Roobet decision not to help understandable is that the chain to which the coins were sent is not supported by their payment system. Attempting to recover the coins will result in exposing their wallets private keys which is too risky.
In any case, only one of the admins (or whoever has access to the wallets private keys) can help here.
I agree, only Roobet can resolve this problem since the address is correct but sent in wrong chain. There's a way but it depends on the team because it is risky on their part. Sending using different chain can happen if you're not careful.

Anyway its an interesting case and probably an awareness for us to always double check our transation if all the details are correct given that it is irreversible.
As far as I know Roobet can easily decline the transaction since they check first the withdrawal before approving, this is a costly mistake honestly and there's no assurance for the refund especially if the transaction pushed through. Roobet is the only one can solve this problem, they have the control but I agree about the risk and the job they have to do just to solve this problem, to avoid this kind of inconvenience and error, better to triple check your transaction before you proceed.

What do you think - if RooBet ever adds BEP-20 network to its system, will it be possible to solve this problem?
Without adding a BEP-20 network is also possible because they own the private key, but it's not about the network or something, the problem is the system. This takes time and is very complicated, Roobet employees must contact the owner, and The owner must access cold wallet on the deposit box. We don't know if they have multi-signature also which needs 2 or 3 people who were maybe not in the same place to sign wallet.

Sorry SJG,  but this is completely irrelevant. He didn't lose his coins because he sent to the wrong address, he lost his coins because he sent on the wrong chain (address is correct).
Am sure Roobet are aware of this and will do something about it (for free). So let's just wait and see what will happen.

How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V

I usually double check for my crypto transactions from my wallet or from exchanges or casinos. Sometimes, I check it three times if there is confirmation email for my withdrawal too.

If the mean for transaction is altcoin and transaction fee is cheap, I will make a very minor transaction as a test first. And if it comes to a correct address I want, I will make a second transaction, with the amount I want to complete for that deal.

It is not popular on casinos but on exchanges, you can white list addresses, add it to your address book for later use.

The fact that he sent over wrong network is really bugging. I would always check all the details ten times before sending the money because I have taught my brain cells that it's crypto and it's irreversible stuff. You get only one click to do and there is no going back. Reminds me the discussion regarding how one can reverse any transaction that is already confirmed with the help of 51% attack capacity.

Though it's not written on Roobet's ToS, it's always users responsibility to ensure they are inputting correct data and select correct network. That's always return at the time of sending your coins.

However, I am sure, if it is in the hands of Roobet team they will help you out. No doubts against Roobet!

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope

What do you think - if RooBet ever adds BEP-20 network to its system, will it be possible to solve this problem?

Not sure. Because usually the balance is credited (as such) by the smart contract order after reaching the minimum confirmation amount, maybe at that time your address was missed because the trigger confirmation was exceeded. Teams have to add manually (if they can).
Or if the BEP20 and ERC20 networks will generate different deposit addresses, then that won't change your situation.

I think your chances of getting your funds back are very small or I could say impossible, it's not that Roobet has no intention of returning your funds but the security system they have to maintain and this is a lesson for anyone to be very careful when sending funds, even if that happens. in exchange they will do the same, maybe you can try again to apply for a refund but if they keep saying no then you won't get it

I wrote to them several times, but they just copy-paste the same text - When the BEP-20 network is touched, they cannot help because the entire system is automated.

That's why I'm writing here because maybe someone from here works at RooBet from the technical side and can help..

Roobet representatives have not been active on this forum for a long time and the only one who can contact them is the Roobet Signature campaign manager but I have to be honest to say even if you go this way it is unlikely that roobet will send your money back not because they don't care but they have to keep it up the security of their wallets containing large funds from their users.

If someone helps to solve this problem, I will transfer 50% of the total amount for the help.

because in this case Roobet or any in their part cannot Help you recover your missed handled amount .

and the receiving wallet is what you need to contact for at least small chance or returns.
Nope, Roobet is the only one who could retrieve out those coins since they are possessing the keys or seed of a certain wallet and its impossible that they would be providing or giving out those keys or seeds
considering that it is enclosing lots of addresses and for security purposes then it cant really just be possible that they would really be letting these things to happen.
As just been said by other users above that if Roobet do refuse on helping you out or do say the same thing all over again and again then  there's nothing you can
do but to accept that those funds are gone forever or lost and you just need to move on.
Yeah right mate , sorry for the innocence but that is correct , roobet is the only one that can help him but sad to say since this is His own mistake and this will compromised their wallet keys so they will choose not to help him  in anyway and this will also help others to understand what they are doing and yes never  send funds mistakenly lol.

@quasiaquam, keep an eye on the address to which you sent the coins. If they ever move then the above excuse does not stand anymore and hence there is no reason not to send the coins back to you.

I wrote to their support to connect to the wallet and send the money back. But they replied that the entire system is automated and they can't help.
They would, but at the moment, they probably can't risk the whole wallets of the casino to try to recover your funds. Attempting to recover the funds means they are exposing all private keys of their hot wallets. The major reason is just about security.

Quote
Is there really no way out in this case? if these wallets are assigned to some exchange, then the exchange could send the money back?
Even exchanges rarely recover wrongly sent money. I have seen a ton of cases where users lost lots of funds with no help.
