If you cannot provide proof of your claims your statement will remain invalid. But if you can show those proof and we can validate your claim for sure that lots of people criticize them and will ask to solve your issue. As far as I know Roobet is reputable or one of trusted casino in bitcointalk. Its rare to see a scam accusation against them. That's why its interesting that you post something negative against them but everything is invalid unless you provide what people want to see.

If op cannot give a clear proof of his claim then I see no reason to talk much about him. It might just be another false accusations just to bring bad name on Roobet. I've been playing on Roobet for long now and I find their casino quite Interesting as well. I haven't really had any unusual activity that would require help from the moderators though. But if op has some maybe it would have some explanation why. Probably he violated some basic rules and got nuked now he's angry but has no prove to show.
And this feeling of needing to take revenge on such a casino that somehow acted incorrectly towards the offended player, of course, from his point of view, it is natural and quite expected. Here the question is how violently the psyche of the offended person reacts and how much this revenge drives his actions. Often, many offended players do nothing, but there are those who make truly titanic efforts to expose the casino, its administrators, support service, legal service and so on. But only stubborn people who usually have a lot of free time do this.

I do not condemn them, I simply state that such people exist and we all live next to them and should treat them with understanding and without strong hostility.

I just had to visit the home thread just now, hoping to read on something from the OP and some ground introduction but, all that is to be noted now is, the absence of an OP due to some image upload error. Perhaps it’s not of great significance but, it’s something that should be reinstated given the new developments to posting pictures on the forum. Am sure it was there and should be updated once more, it would make the thread more appreciated.

Just to clarify, I don't have any proof whatsoever. I think the admin who shared the link was named RoobetArya. Another Admin named Faqq34 confirmed it was a hack(obviously not, just a phishing link). lolcrazy123xd or something like that was a user which wrote in chat that his friend got scammed for like 5k. This is all from memory so excuse me if the numbers or names are wrong. I have no reason to lie about this.

I understand being a new account makes things like this seem like a unsuccessful try of hurting the reputation of Roobet but just ask some users in chat if yesterday a scam happened and they will confirm it.

If they deny it then better run boys cause that's suspicious as fuck. I can't support my claims with evidence but I'm pretty sure Support will be open about this when asked. So feel free to believe me or not. I didn't get scammed luckily but much people did and I don't know if that money will ever get back to the scammed users. IMHO it should cause the link was posted from a mod account and that's just crazy.
You would be excused on this one, given that its all from memory and your memory is not one that you would find people trusting as, you obviously are a new account. Editions like this haven’t got many favors on the forum but, it would make a lot of sense when some known users or those presumably to have been done wrong by your claims comes up with something to show.

Otherwise, Roobet remains as reputable as it has been, they aren’t the type that messes around with its customers as, it wouldn’t do them no good.

Time to leave this Casino. Some Moderator just posted a scam link and lured 100's of accounts into being scammed. They won't give the money back in anyway and hope Roobet learns from this and pays their user's a fair price for a security concern.
I hate accusations without proof, if you come only to pollute people's business with empty accusations like this it's not good brother, so far Roobet has been going quite well and they pay.
I don't know how your situation and the case you face, therefore it is important for us to be able to judge further about this problem. But it seems that this person hasn't returned and clarified his words.

No one will believe you without any sort of proof to backup your claims whatsoever as some posters above already mentioned. Hypothetically, if what you are saying is actually true, they will fire the moderator and replace him with someone else.

Their reputation will be fine, but they would need to do a better job selecting their moderators going forward obviously.

Casino doesn't have any right to take anyone's money especially if they didn't do anything that can violate their rules. So if there's something happen on you then provably that they flagged your account maybe for some suspicious activities happening.

All casinos maintain chatlogs and if this was true I am sure they would take care of it.

In the meantime why dont you produce some screenshots to validate your claim? It is the internet we are talking about and we get very serious about "Pics or It did not happen" concept.

Either way, if someone has been at fault they would be punished. The images and the chat log can be matched to see the reality.

It can be impersonators, not actual moderators of Roobet company.

Moderator in chat? do you perhaps have any screenshot? I would like to see how it was posted. This serves as supporting evidence as well since we are not updated nor saw it in live action.
Screenshot can help us to understand the situation more, but screenshot can be photoshopped and faked too.

Yet another scenario why no one should blindly trust anything as even official handles or staffs could get hacked or something. We should've learned something from all the twitter account hacks lol.

But it is curious how much AI has apparently seriously simplified the work of artists and how judges, in whose competence, as I think, no one doubts, especially considering how many art competitions in Roobet are already behind.
So how do judges evaluate the influence of methods of involving AI in the creativity of artists and how is the balance of ideas that a person himself came up with and various beautiful plots or ornaments created only with the help of AI evaluated.
How do you think, are such nuances taken into account in the works of contestants?
AI generated images mostly have a same style and sometime there are some mistakes in detailed objects.

I think it's fine to use AI for creativity, there are many AI created project can improve my creativity, sometime I use it for reference. As long as we draw it by yourself, we're not cheating, except you took the AI art and then paste it to your work. Cheesy

AI generated images are also have low quality and blur though.
This probably means that the judge's competence easily allows him to understand how much of the artist's work was used by the AI-generated image. And it is clear that the less such a component in the work of fine art presented for the competition, the higher the score the artist's work can be assessed with. I believe that, taking into account the experience of previous competitions, the panel of judges perfectly understands the creative potential of the personality of the creator-artist and evaluates pieces of the work generated by AI significantly lower. Especially if you say that the distinctive feature is some blurriness of the images from AI.
Now I roughly and slightly understand the approach to assessing such works.

And you possibly forgot to mention that the forum and the judges as well considers the time each entry was posted, so just incase other participants of the contest decide to copy your work, they have to copy it after you have posted it right?
There are many art contests in different types hosted by the manager of Roobet and they all went well with good effects to the company. There are fraud cases in contests which were detected by the manager or by contest participants or by general member in the forum community.

I read some reported cases and as I remember, there was no fraud cases awarded with prize from past hosted contests. I of courses can miss some cases because I did not join all those contests but generally big cases would be reported and I almost did not miss them.

Choosing a time to submit your art work is important. First, it is to avoid other people to get some ideas from your draft art. Second to avoid fraud cases and I see the first reason is more important.

yes, some say that our work will fit until the last day of deadline
when joining this kind of contest I like to program for the work to be ready a couple days before to count for last minute changes and things we have to add
specially with art where the world is never over, having a good project management counts a lot
Of course, it is difficult for me to calculate how to act correctly so that potential competitors, also participating in the competition, would not have time to steal ideas and manage to copy them and supplement or slightly change them so that later the jury would accept their work as an original. But somehow intuitively I think that it is precisely submitting your work 1 or 2 days before the deadline for submitting works to the competition that almost guarantees that the idea of the work will not be stoleln. However, if competitors are now able to use AI to copy ideas, then even during this period they will probably already be able to make copies of the ideas of original works. Here, the countdown is probably already in hours until the deadline.

Everything is unpredictable since for longest time this competitions run for sure those people consistently joined know what to do. Also its great if you get an idea on what they have done then create more better artwork than them since provably that it will give you a higher chance to get selected to be on list of winners. Copying will not result to anything good and the person do that will just replicate those idea which doesn't have any assurance to win on that contest.

Also I guess much better for people to look at the previous art contest result so they could able to get an idea on what type of art or style the judge like since maybe from that they can get on idea what art to create.

Although everything is random but for sure it will make their experience became more exciting since with that they might get a lot of ideas to draw to submit more quality art piece for contest.

Approaching the contest deadline is a great time to post your work. I will usually post the day before the time ends.
This allows each participant's original idea not to be imitated and will certainly be more unique.
That's a good decision in my opinion, but you may need to consider several things including obstacles that you may experience before the deadline. It might be a good idea to submit entries early instead of waiting for the deadline (the day before the deadline) to minimize such things, but that's just advice.

Even though it is possible that other participants can copy the ideas from your work, it is impossible for them to copy its uniqueness. The manager or jury will decide everything and if your work is one of the best, then you will definitely win.
And you possibly forgot to mention that the forum and the judges as well considers the time each entry was posted, so just incase other participants of the contest decide to copy your work, they have to copy it after you have posted it right? And the judges seeing the different specific and exact time each entry was posted, will be able to tell the participants who copied the entry of other participants, and as such, such participants who copied won't be getting a marker that is higher than yours.

But then still, waiting till a day before the end of the contest to post your work also gives you an edge over those who posted earlier, and the edge or advantage is that, you get to see the entry of other users and make possible adjustments to your own entry to make yours look or appear better.

However, if competitors are now able to use AI to copy ideas, then even during this period they will probably already be able to make copies of the ideas of original works. Here, the countdown is probably already in hours until the deadline.
After all, why should we copy other users' original work ideas if we can think of broader work ideas.
If you only stick to someone else's design, then forever there will be no victory that can be achieved.

The concept of making a work based on the originality of one's own thoughts is better, I am sure it will not be the same as others even with the same concept.

Seeing that some participants use the same model such as SnoopDog, Mr.roo etc., but of course the concept will be different.
If they only want to copy other participants, they will only be recycled on the concepts that have been made.

Seeing many participants in the digital category, each of them has the characteristics of digital works and other categories such as craft art that I participate in, I also always make a concept that is "Out Of The Box" so that it does not seem like an ordinary work, but also has other functions.
