Thanks for the answers but the problem is Roobet team doesn't respond to emails for 2 days. An old email account is not on popular providers, I prefer to use a secure one but no proper way to change it quickly. Looks like no option except to wait for a reply from the support team. I will find an alternative to create a second account if no other option to solve the problem. Looking forward to hearing back from support as soon as possible.

Hopefully you get a reply soon but I wouldn't open a second account as this is asking for trouble. Most probably, when you try to withdraw you will get flagged because you have 2 accounts and loose your winnings. The only way it would be allowed if you have confirmation from the Roobet team that it is allowed.

@seleme don’t do it opening a second account is not a solution, but an invitation for future hassles because even if you’ll be able to deposit you won’t be able to withdraw your winnings and deposits so don’t do it. I would strongly recommend wait patiently for the support to reply, but doing what you suggested is madness and if you do it then you’ll regret your actions in the future.

2 days waiting isnt really that too long but it would really be much more better if they had responded within 24 hours but well its their service performance though
and there might be something that they are doing.We dont have any choice but to wait up.

Did you lost access to your old email? We can log in using username right? Have you tried it?

I hope they will reply on your emails.

Because they can't do anymore (the rules), when I look at live support search for help already mentioned email cannot be changed. Maybe when you linked more than 1 service account like Google and Steam that might be available for recovering using that way, IMO. Have you KYC level 2?

the other way is to back your old email account and solving that.

I will find an alternative to create a second account if no other option to solve the problem. Looking forward to hearing back from support as soon as possible.
I'm not sure it's allowed. when looking at tos, they have a rule for users to do not create more than one user account.

Most probably they don't allow to change the email connected with the account but sometimes when one gets locked out of account and have all the account details the support team can help you in that case and you should do as suggested by them and you can change it through that process.
You could change it, you could 2fa disable as well, you could change password as well. I am saying this because I had to do it recently. It was KYC helpful because I used my KYC and sent again and changed my mail as well.

I had another mail and I got into a newer mail, I had to do that for many stuff and it was horrible, the exchanges were the hardest because they are working overtime to make sure that you do not get hacked and that wasn't easy. Casinos were easy, sometimes even quite easier to anything, I just changed and confirmed from the both sides and then it was fine and nobody really cared about it. This place asked my KYC again but that was it, it worked well in the end.

That actually sounds quite simple, doesn't it? As I understand it, you would only need to write an email to the support from the new email address and prove with the email that the account actually belongs to you by sending account details?
I do not know how Roobet has structured the accounts internally, but the email certainly plays an important role (resetting the password, ...). That you can not just change it is therefore understandable and should ultimately protect the customer.

Isn't it possible that if you still have access to your email then can login by entering your email instead of your username? and after you log in to your account you can see your username, moreover when you want to recover/forgot password roobet only ask the email not username.
Sorry for your lose because losing access to your account, Casino have a rule and these rules are their reference when responding to any problems their users have so it's not about they not listen about users case.

Most probably they don't allow to change the email connected with the account but sometimes when one gets locked out of account and have all the account details the support team can help you in that case and you should do as suggested by them and you can change it through that process.

Tried to dig into it to see if other users have tried this before but unfortunately just saw one of there terms of service which don't permit this change.... check link https://help.roobet.com/en/articles/4726724-can-i-change-the-email-on-my-account and btw this seems to have got the update to this issue recently.



Possibly if email Addy isn't verified yet, there is a possibility to have this changed....

You can use your email to login right?
This is too complicated though the support must tell what to do and as long as you have your details of your email, correct password and other security, you should still access that, especially now that KYC is mandatory in Roobet so there should be no excuse for them not to give your new access, again be patience dealing with the support.
Yes you can log in using either username or email to access your account. Im also confuse on @Ryker1's case, because even you changed your username as long as you still have an access to the email you used to register then you can still recover it. Or am I missing something?

Deal with it if they do have this kind of set-up whenever in change of email which is a bit hassle which is comparable to other sites which changing email is a breeze but well its their site then its their rules to make.

Wont really be that a problem if you do know all the account details but its a bit hassle but if you do need to change email then you would really be going on this path.  Wink

P.S: I got an answer but the answer was negative. Looks like the terms&conditons don't let us change the old email address on the account. I checked the FAQ section and this information was there too.
Hopefully, I will be able to recover old email address before anything bad happens to my accounts.

While I also like poker, I agree with what arallmuus has said; I don't think it will be so popular on Roobet and the number of players that will be online to play it will be very limited.
Poker might not be popular on Roobet at the starting point and number of online player might be lower than reputed sites but it will be reputed as well as number of online participant will be increased time to time. For this we should give time. Every project takes times for being reputed.
I believe besides Roobet has already a stable userbase. If they made a decision to add up poker games, I'm sure in no time they will be able to gather around the poker gambler onto their site. I believe with such a decision, they will also have the marketing plan to introduce it to people. Just take an example like the recent sportsbook release.
Of course Roobet has a stable user base in its gambling and has now become a big site since starting from scratch, which only started out normal, and every time there is a launch there must be marketing that Roobet will do that is also included in the competition with a large amount of funds, usually like that.
Poker players will try to switch to roobet because they want to find something new if then they are comfortable with roobet then it will become a regular user for poker lovers.

But this is still a debate, whether this plan will be granted in the future?
