Being inactive should not be a reason to get deleted if you ask me.
I never thought that there is a deletion of the account once you are inactive and that is right, lack of inactivity is not the right way to delete your account because I guess someday you will be a comeback to that casino and gamble again.
Of course, deleting an account due to inactivity is unpleasant. However, I think it's normal because many other websites have the same conditions for inactive users. As arallmuus mentioned above, two years period should be more than enough to stay active on the roobet site.
There’s should be restrictions and timeline about the deletion like 2 years of being active will more likely your account will be banned and subject for deletion. Does deletion also happening in Roobet? Didn’t see this one in ToS or I just missed reading it. Anyway, you can still create a new one if you want to play again, though if you still have balance on your account I don’t think deletion is a good idea.
It is better to ask Roobet support before creating a second account, they will have an "excuse" to not let the user cash out in case of something big transaction he wanna send from Roobet account. Just send an email to support and ask for recovery of account or get permission for multi-account. In case of something goes wrong, you will have a decent excuse for not sending anything extra as an already verified account. At the end of day, it is up to you, you can keep ignoring terms&conditions until you get caught.

Well perhaps this was what exactly happened to my account and the reason I did not recover my reward in Roobet, they perhaps deleted it since it was inactive for how many months but I still use it upon claiming the reward. Unfortunately, --I did not recover it because it was no longer linked to my email address account and perhaps it will automatically be deleted. I have a little amount reward there and until now I did not get it and there is no chance at all. However, on the other hand, Roobet has a lot of improvement as of now, they are a very lucky gambling casino so far.
It is better if you will ask Roobet about what happened to your account rather than guessing the reason out of it. But I agree to those who said that it might probably been deleted. But I guess it is not automatically done, manually perhaps as they should just delete account without reviewing it first.
Well, I already reach them out regarding this matter but their customer service said, I need to log in to my account with the email where the account was associated with --but the problem is it is deleted by them and now when I log in through my email it asks a new username again which is your old username is permanent lost and my reward was there were stuck.
Two years is too far, perhaps it is just a couple of months and that is how they run their business --as a gambler there is nothing we can do is respect their rules and follow the terms of use.

lack of inactivity is not the right way to delete your account because I guess someday you will be a comeback to that casino and gamble again

If you read my previous post, there is a 2-years interval of inactivity before the site could delete your account and all you need to prevent that is to login atleast once to reset the timer.

Since KYC was implemented I never visit my account because it requires first basic information before you can process so I guess my account now was a part of deletion.

If you have no leftover balance in your account then it doesnt really matter either way. After it is deleted then you can always choose to create a new account and put in some fake identity for your KYC lol

because you agreed TOS it means you know this already.

I doubt that, ToS is basically just wall of text that people never read but we need to agree on it otherwise we cant create account.

If I want to give a break than when I comeback they are telling me to start over? What happens if you have money in there? I mean how hard is it to actually keep an account? I would understand a long period, but if it is anything like a year or less than I do not get it, it should definitely be a lot longer than that.

All you gotta do is to login into your account atleast once in two years period if you want to avoid your account being deleted by Roobet. Its not hard to login atleast once even if you are on your vacation

You acknowledge the company may close your account if you did not log into it for 2 years (two years). All remaining Roobidos in a closed account will be lost. The company will inform you 1 (one) month before permanently closing your account in written form via E-Mail.

This is taken straight from their ToS acknowledgment section if you want to confirm this. Im not sure about what they actually mean with Roobidos but it probably refers to your balance so you dont really need to worry about your leftover balance

Being inactive should not be a reason to get deleted if you ask me. I have never been too inactive, maybe a month or two which happens to anyone I suppose. However, if I want to take a break for a year and then comeback, I should be able to do that, I should not be forced to do a few bets once a month or few months just to keep the account alive. Even not getting any promotions or rewards or anything would be perfect because you are inactive and you should not be getting them but it still doesn't make sense to delete it as a whole.

There has some "TOS", If the accounts don't have any activity then they will delete the account. I'm not log in to my account for over 8 months and already not receive any kind of promotional email from them, I guess that's the reason as well some inactive accounts can't get the free balance.

Regular depositors or players would always have the advantage and it isn't really just not shocking that they would really be prioritizing to those people who do make out deposits compared to those free players or just earning on free rollovers or bets but I do agree in terms of their promotions which is somewhat decent and are really good.
-snip-
In principle, I agree with you, but one must not forget that such actions also have a very high advertising value. This can now lead to a player who just quickly created an account at Roobet but never played suddenly gets a free bonus, gambles it away and notices how much he/she actually likes Roobet -> this leads to further deposits and possibly even further members if the person tells his/her friends about it.

I therefore find the way Roobet has distributed the bonus very good, so everyone could benefit from it.
Every promotional activity has connection with generation of profits out of it and same goes with the Roobet bonus distribution this time. The players who got free and random rewards might get interested in playing on the casino out of which casino will get profits and this is how they make money.

This is why it isn't surprising that they are really still getting lots of players and able to retain them into their site.
Definitely a true statement that people who constantly gamble always gets the cream of the crop and they also do deserve it as well. However, no place should ignore people who do not gamble a lot here neither, in any casino as well.

The reason for that is two categories; one of them is the fact that there could be someone who is a whale and doesn't play here either at all or maybe a small amount but a lot somewhere else, if you offer people who do not gamble a lot something to come here and start gambling then they could maybe start gambling more here, the second reason is the fact that small gamblers increase the number of people gambling, they may not be too profitable but I would rather have 10 whales and 10000 small gamblers then just 10 whales and 100 small gamblers. So, even if it is nothing big, there should be some marketing towards getting more people involved.

There’s consequences if you’re in active, and they might start to flag your account and if you continue to be inactive they’ll do the necessary actions based on their TOS. Just like the bank accounts who closes your account if its zero balance and inactive, same thing with Roobet for sure. I’m also not active in Roobet over the past months, I still get emails though.

is this always late or is it a bit of a technical error with roobet?

It could be intentional to force player to switch to 2FA instead. Using 2FA is way safer because your email could be compromised as well if somehow someone gotten their hands on your Roobet's account password. Im not sure why people still stick with the email code instead of 2FA, its way faster and safer though

I'm really late to use 2FA but what you say is true with 2FA it's much faster than having to wait for the code to enter the email, because usually using the code from the email before it was really fast but lately I just have to wait for it longer and I have now activated 2FA for even more extra security and faster entry without having to wait for an email to arrive.

To ensure I have not missed out on any recent reward promotions, I am still checking my Roobet account and associated email address. To date, I have found nothing but FREE money that I am always happy to have. Roobet team chooses users randomly and grants generous rewards based on which criteria is unknown. Anyhow, there is still hope that those who are missing out the rewards will receive them in the near future, or has the promotion concluded already.

I believe it is random, not based on how active you are or how much is your current balance.
I think I can confirm that. One of my buddies just created an account but never deposited on Roobet and therefore never played a single game - and still got the bonus. He is of course insanely happy about it, I, on the other hand, am a bit disappointed Wink My mailbox is unfortunately empty, so I didn't receive the bonus.

Nevertheless, I think this is a very nice campaign from Roobet!
Those who were lucky got their rewards in form of bonus from the Roobet and it's completely random as confirmed by you.So now it's no point in saying that how i was not able to get the bonus despite being active for so long. The newbie account also get randomly bonus as again this was some luck based distribution so whosoever was lucky got it.
When luck hits you, the money comes to you without any effort and this is a proof for that. Grin

Congratulations to whoever got lucky amd received the random bonus.

Remaining players don't worry, God is working on your luck at the moment.
