Does Roobet have a Telegram or Twitter account? I know that LNOclub has a twitter for support and MixerCasino uses the 0xMonero Telegram and MixerCasino Twitter for support. Support channels are very important for a casino, you shouldn't deposit funds in a casino that doesn't have responsive support.
Same with other statements, I also recommend using Live Support on the website because it responds fast if you have concerns about the platform. Social media platforms aren't the ones to seek help because customer support doesn't handle those social media accounts but if yes, for sure it will take a lot of time.

You can also browse different information aboutRoobet especially those frequently asked questions on the live support and it just only takes 5 minutes before they respond.

If you want to contact their support, just chat with them through your Roobet account.
At the upper part of the site, where does your username is,  that's a dropdown button, and there is a menu there for their live support. Just click that.
Not sure if they're replying on private messages on other social media platforms.

Roobet have both telegram and twitter accounts but as far I know they didn't use them to addressing people's queries
They already had live support on-site and in my opinion its quite responsive, so people no need to looking for assistance through social media

Roobet's Twitter account is this one:

https://twitter.com/Roobet

They are also very active there and post on a regular basis, promoting new features every now and then and responding to comments. So you can definitely follow them. However, I don't know how well the support runs via Twitter, I have never needed it.

The best is to contact them over the email as twitter is mostly for giveaways and promotional tweets and they don't respond quickly over there as past complaints suggest. But the support team will try to resolve the query ASAP if the player has contacted them with valid proofs.

Their Twitter is purely for advertising and there's not a trace of any two-way communication (excluding the freebies giveaway). You can even see the account manager doesn't bother to follow anyone.

For a mega casino, they should also provide support over social media as well because not everyone is able to be/ play on-site.
Mostly the issue arises of the on site players who are already playing on the casino and that's why support team response with email only. For those who want to inquire about Roobet can search for it and read rules about it.The team will respond to the withdrawal like issues and it's better to have communication over the email and they will look into the matter.

No, no! I do not think so.
When it comes to money, I do not trust any social networks and their security and privacy protocols. Email is a perfectly good way to communicate with any support staff. If you would prefer faster, real-time communication, then, I believe, Live Chat or Telegram is more than enough. Both are excellent tools for getting answers to simple questions and getting help with simple problems. Why complicate things by introducing additional communication channels into the mix?
For general/ non-technical questions, having someone to cover other than the Support ticket balances the load. Yes, security protocols on socmeds are frowned upon but even if someone needs to clarify some account-related things, the account manager could always escalate it to the Support.

One of the main factors of brand loyalty is customer service.
Actually, for general questions, the Roobet live chat system already provides that. They already set up a basic automatic reply to answer those questions. The live chat feature also shows the QA lists from their help center page. So it is way more efficient than opening a new help center channel.

Don't get me wrong though, having various customer service channels is indeed beneficial, But I think we can safely assume that currently, Roobet has not yet find any urgency to opening a new support channel for their userbase.

I guess they read our suggestions here and work hard to grow their site but they prefer to stay hidden behind their table.
And if there is a problem, they will directly forward the case to the related team to handle and solve it.
As long as they can apply and give the best services and always care about our suggestions, their site will have a chance to grow and become bigger.
But yes, maybe the team needs one or more members from their team to respond to what we suggest.
There are few places like that and I have seen them make those kind of changes. Casinos that do not write to bitcointalk and discuss stuff with people on how to improve the website, however they read what people want, not just here but on twitter and in any other place as well and then they go out and do something about it. Which is how you should be working and not how you do marketing.

Normally if they talked about how they are planning on getting better, how they agree with one idea and disagree with another and so forth that would create a persona for the whole casino. That could be considered as talking on behalf of the casino and we could actually understand how they think which could be great marketing, you would want a talking casino, wouldn't you?

Well, as far as I know [most cases] once a company will be getting a large number of population, they had a problem of the customer support. The more users it is hard for them to reach and the worst part is it takes days before your tickets will be responded to.
A large casino like this should hire someone to provide customer support, what I mean is those who can easily reach out with your issue. In email support, I think only a bot will respond to you there [I tried it]. Well, let them be, find another one if you did not like their services or stick to them if you like them, simple as that.

This could be the problem if there’s no team handling the support, you might get your answer to your queries longer than expected. They are good in marketing, its time now to provide good customer service as well since they grow a lot, hiring new members for the team could be a lot easier for them to continue handling the traffic on every area of their company.

Who ever said there is no support team? Of course, there is one, and Roobet support is available 24/7. I always received an answer within a short period of time when I contacted them.

Most exchanges charge flat fees. Besides, on exchanges there is always the possibility to exchange bitcoin for another coin which has a cheaper withdrawal fee such as ltc or usdt.
Unfortunately, you can't do that on Roobet since they don't have an internal exchange and it's unlikely that they will add one. They are completely against this idea

Maus0728's suggestion regarding implementing the lightning network is a great idea and will solve the fee estimation issue once for all.
Well said. No internal exchanger is a deal-breaker for so many gamblers due to the convenience factor involved despite a small reduction in the actual amount due to the exchange fee.

Some popular crypto gambling sites provide internal exchanges making them more appealing overall. I don't understand why Roobet is strongly against adding an internal exchange service.

LN idea by @Maus0728 is a good idea, but it's difficult to execute due to several reasons like adoption rates etc.
Internal exchange feature will become issue for the casino side because the allegations will rise against them for money laundering so why they have to take such risks. The fees are higher than the actual transaction fee but this is not only happening in Roobet is my statement. In future the fee structure may be redesign if the casino feel its necessary but so far so good so I don't expect them to do.

Thats true, I recently ask their live support for my questions about some of my concern and they're fast to reply. Their support are often active so if you have concern (like withdrawal fees) I think its best to ask via their live support. They are the ones who can give explanation for this since the team are not active here.

Even if everyone talks about this, the fees are fees and there is not much that roobet can do. I could understand if the problem was the fact that they charge a lot more than what the regular fee should be, but they are really not charging that much more, they are always charging around the same number as the other places as well.
...//...:

Hey, we have to be objective, so such things that you mention, it is not like that, roobet may be one of the best casinos, but its fees are high TODAY, period. Saying what you say is not speaking the truth.

The point is not even that they implement LN for having low rates, No, that they implement it for additional features, for wanting to serve the users who want it.

Roobet has implemented several things at least it has not stood still, it went from having only BTC to incorporating another currency, it went from having a single fee rate to having 3.

you can see other casinos so you can compare:

If many people talk about this matter which I think not an issue at all Roobet team will think about lowering the fees since for sure they follow on what their players want to happen since actually fees are not expensive these days compare before. For sure many low ballers would love to see this lowering the fees implemented since they can save fees and play more games that they like.
Just curious, do they even read our suggestions here? Never seen the official response by team members, maybe they forward these cases to the responsible team but never seed announcement on the thread. Anyways, for low ballers, it will be nice to adjust their bet size and process transactions with lower fees.

I also hope so, many alternative casinos are around us and it is their duty to keep customers satisfied with service quality. Last time, I got an email reply after 1 week, maybe they should hire more team members for both promotions-marketing and support.

Only thing they could ever do would be letting people withdraw for free if they wagered over a certain amount in a single month, and even in that case it would be just paying out of pocket for them and it wouldn't affect too many people that are gambling, all of us that gamble a lot less than what whales do would have to still pay.
