Being lazy or not having the time to read a service ToS isn't an excuse and won't help you if your account get locked or your balance get seized.
ToS is there to protect both you and the service provider so it's in your interest to read it.
Besides, most casinos have almost the same terms and conditions and you really need to read few parts of it such as the part regarding restricted countries, kyc...
It's like a written agreement under on which casino lays off all the responsibility on the player and they need to take it as first thing to do (Read TOS) when you register yourself on any casino. Many times if withdrawal is not processed by casino due to the negligence of the players so it's better give some of your time rather than your funds.
The underrated set of text and the most ignored one by players thinking it doesn't give some importance when you sign up. I think there are alternatives on that like sending a ticket/request to the casino itself if they haven't any then that's a red flag for a casino having none but if the case was breaking the terms then that's it for an account.
Because they always ignore what is written under the casino even though if we think about reading the terms and conditions it is very important because the user will know what the terms are there and have been written in full, usually the casino provides details that are easy to understand.

Sometimes even choosing an alternative route by sending a request takes a long time except for "live chat" which is faster, but this usually has problems with certain things, but if it's a withdrawal or a deposit, it may be understood from these requirements.

This is also exactly what always amazes me about scam accusations. Many of the points could have been clarified with a simple email to support or a quick skim of the casino's T&Cs. Instead, here in the forum bad mood is made against the casino, although the blame very often lies directly with the thread creator.
Most gamblers don't bother checking a casino's T&C due to reasons like laziness, aren't aware of it, unable to understand etc. Initially, I was the same when I was a amateur gambler and improved my knowledge regarding them over time.

Most of the people didn't read the terms and conditions, faqs and more related about the platform itself which is not a good habit they are just being agreed on all of the check box and button without reading and then if they meet a problem regarding with their transactions to the platform they are now urgently contact the support and arguing with them might some cases. Well, we cannot blame those who really wants to read a lot of text just for a condition they just seek on it if they get in trouble so it better always check all the things before being involved in it.
actually with all the issues arise in the past, people now are more concerned in checking the  TOS first before engaging in gambling specially in depositing because for years this has been the problem they are facing because of inconvenience when withdrawal comes,
actually i am also guilty on this part in the past but now ? this is  my first thing to do when  having a interest at some newly open gambling sites.

You're right that gamblers should read at least parts of ToS to know any restrictions of the platform and terms for deposit/withdrawal of funds. By the way, many crypto casinos also block access to their sites if a user uses an IP address from a restricted country. Such users won't even be able to read the ToS page.
Based up on experience i havent encountered here on cryptospace on where crypto gambling sites does have some ip restriction even though you are included on the prohibited countries which its understandable that you shouldnt really access the site or would continue to play just because you do like to do so or you dont mind at all but on the time you do make out some problems then this is where regrets do happen.
It isnt really that time consuming on checking things out, it is just that people are way too lazy on checking out things.
If you come from prohibited countries and still want to play on that site or test the site, you can contact the support system about using VPN to open access to visit their site.
If they do not allow using VPN, we should not try to play on that site and start moving to the other gambling site.
Sometimes, that thing is not written on their TOS, so we need to check and ensure that we will not try to break the TOS.
Reading the TOS will always be recommended before we register so we know their rule and not trying to break it.

I see it the same way you do. There are some of us who deposit and play with thousands of dollars worth of coins. Reading the ToS takes a maximum of 15-30 minutes and is written in a way that is understandable even for a layman. But it saves a lot of trouble, especially when larger sums are involved.

As I have already said, you can see here in the forum from time to time scam accusations that are clearly due to the fact that the user violates the ToS. If the user had taken the time to read them more carefully, he/she would have been spared a lot of trouble.

Most gamblers don't bother checking a casino's T&C due to reasons like laziness, aren't aware of it, unable to understand etc. Initially, I was the same when I was a amateur gambler and improved my knowledge regarding them over time.

Most multi-account scammers are usually aware of these T&C, but still take risks for quick profits and end up whining later on despite being perfectly aware that they are in the wrong.
Those lazy gamblers are the one who face some serious issues later on when they commit some kind of mistakes and funds are lost as account gets locked so it's better to give 5-10 minutes reading before hand to avoid such misconceptions later on.
But that 5-10 minutes isn't something that gamblers could waste off with their time that's why majority of them would really be ending up on neglecting those things and ending up on mistakes
which would cause for those kind of lock ups and whining later on.

Its always important on reading up TOS if you don't like to have some problems later on.Dont mind or rush up on playing because the casino games is always there.

You could play all you want without minding about possible problems ahead.

Sometimes they just ignore the TOS of the gambling site but they keep violating it since they think that they can escape those consequences that casino possibly imposed to them but once they caught they cry and accused them that they are been mistreat by the management then tell them scammers.

But if they could just follow what's written on the TOS for sure they can avoid getting ban or being subject on investigation.

Because casinos have rules in ToS that they can verify accounts before processing withdrawal requests if they detect suspicious things.

Many cheaters on casinos ignore warnings, and created scam accusations against casinos. Their accusations fail because they are wrong at start. Very few casinos allow to have multiple accounts and if you don't have suspicious intention, you can create support ticket and ask them to find your past accounts that are unused now, to require them closing those accounts.

It is better to move ahead and close your unused accounts. Wait till your withdrawal request is suspended, it's too late.
^ That is why we should always look at TOS before doing it or consulting them about your plan and tell them the truth if you are still open to them. No one in a gambling casino will refuse a potential customer or client if they are willing to gamble, if your old account is not active and you use a new account as an active one I think you are not breaking any rules not unless if you will use them at the same time with the same owner, that is not really good. Sometimes having a second account is case to case basis that could probably have a valid reason, always reach them and tell the truth.
This is why there are so many "scam accusations" for casinos that turn out to be true. There are casinos who actually scammed their customers that is true but how many are there? Usually that number is very low and which is why we are talking about something that is truly fault of the gambler who did not studied the casino rules. I have even saw people who came in here to request help for losing their money.

I am not even joking, I am talking about people who gambled money that they shouldn't that ended up with absolutely nothing at all. I know a guy who worked as an accountant in a firm, used all the salaries he was given so he would distribute, end up gambling it all away, his idea was to double it, so he would have as much as everyone's salary just to himself and still pay people their salaries, but instead he was both fired and sued. Never trust one gambler, always look for group of gamblers who complain.

Maybe we often see people complain about why they can not withdraw their win money and ask a support system about the problem, but they did not realize they were making a mistake.
Regarding whether we do not remember the password, maybe the solution is asking the support system about our account so we can get a clear answer and we can also ask about how if we create a new account.
If they really delete our account and create a new account, I guess that will not have a problem.
But that depends on each casino because they have their own rules.

I am pretty sure a casino where there are millions of dollars gambled every day and sometimes minute will be as careless and cheater one as those gamblers are stating!

I mean seriously guys? Why would you accuse casinos like Roobet or any other popular casino whose payroll is thousands times that of yours. Lolz. There is no reason for Roobet to take your pennies and dollars for no reason and ban the account.

They are the diva’s of Casino, they do it when they notice it’s not right. Period man!

I am pretty sure this is act of negative publicity by rivalries. Let’s just ignore and Dam I just missed a 100x roll on Roobet while explaining this stuff.  Wink

Casinos which is having promotional contest strictly prohibit the multiple accounts and we can read them in the terms as 1 account per IP address so users cannot abuse the contests with multiple accounts however on certain cases if a player lost access to their account can contact the support and ask for the help in recovery and if its not really possible then its better to go for new account only when the official confirms that.
exactly because this is the way mostly used as abusing the Promo/events . and also this is what cheater really looking forward so they can manage to have more chances of gaining freebies and winning without even spending some funds.
and i agreed in this company's attitude in banning all of those abusers.
and so the legit players are also affected because they are also being questioned when creating multiple account even if their reason is valid.
best to contact the team first and then proceed in your activities in new account.

IF they are lazy to read ToS, they can take the easier option, the FAQ is shorter and provides common questions: Deposit, withdrawal, multi accounts, ... Some casinos have a special section for KYC/ AML.

They are aware of rules but think they will be fine when they try to cheat. They are happy when they get profit from cheating but they don't know that trouble will occur if they request withdrawal. Suspicious cheating activities will cause withdrawal suspension or rejection and worse account restrictions.

I would say that 99% of gamblers doesnt really read up terms and conditions most of the time and just simply skip or check the box and then proceed and im not denying this since ive been doing this ever since when
dealing up with a gambling site.As long you do know that you arent doing something fishy then i dont see the point on why you should really be that too scared on something.
Of course to those people who are doing something illegal or shady acts will really be that too paranoid from time to time.
