This is uncalled for and I think every players contributed their portions in achieving the 2 billion bet milestone

Agree. Highrollers do help contribute to Roobet with their massive continous bets. After all, quality > quantity.

There's nothing wrong with the Twitter promotion, but $20,000 for the 10 winners is only for the whales. Small-budget players have almost no chance of winning that.

That promotion was not limited to twitter though, It is an on site promotion for every player. Its kinda fair at some point because I have seen few players that managed to win some prizes with less than 50 tickets in the past. Your chances are slim but atleast you have a shot to get one of the prizes provided if you play regularly on this site

But it was these small-budget players who brought Roobet to this milestone.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
I congratulate Roobet on 2 billion bets, which is a great accomplishment.
I'm surprised they haven't put up any promotions here on the forum to mark the occasion. There's nothing wrong with the Twitter promotion, but $20,000 for the 10 winners is only for the whales. The problem here is quite simply the advertising effect. It simply sounds much more enticing to players if you distribute a large amount among a few players than a small amount among many players. 2k is not so much in the "western" world that it attracts many players, but 10k is definitely the case.

But as you can see here ... there are pros and cons for all types and implementation variants of the lotteries Smiley

I mean it's a no brainer to win a larger amount but knowing that the player base is so huge, it dilutes the chances.

After all, even if it's 1 winner for 250 grand, you'd see hundreds of thousands of entries but by involving more players, Roobet get to "buy back" more if you know what I'm saying. Just like spending that amount to get back 1,10 or 20 customers.

Lemme tell you a true story. I won a smart phone worth around USD 300 from a gambling site a few months back from a contest I wasn't even aware of. Definitely lesser than $2,000 but because of that incident, I started playing on that site daily ever since.

Agree, I'd rather they give lesser amounts to more users than the other way round. I mean $2,000 is still a life changer for many

An absolutely insane achievement, with an equally insane celebration. Congratulations to Mr. Roo and the Roobet Team for this important milestone! The $250,000 giveaway sounds great, but how about $2000 giving away to 100 of your members instead of only 20?

The $250,000 $200,000 giveaway sounds great, but how about $2000 giving away to 100 of your members instead of only 20?
Good idea, but IMO Roobet want to satisfied their users with higher amount money for few people rather than give more chance with lesser amount. Often Roobet giving away $500 for 5 users every week on their twitter.

Congratulations for Roobet reaching 2 Billion wager, that's really show how their promotion and contest really work. Can we expect another art contest with 2 Billion wager theme after the current one ended? Grin

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I wont deny that when it comes to perks and bonuses specially with these special events they are really pretty generous and imagine giving out $200k for 10 users with 10k each? This isnt something that you
can really see on an online casino.

Thanks for sharing up buddy!
It's a bigger celebration after reaching a new milestone 2B wagered while the prize is 200k for 20 winners so of course there will be a lot of enthusiasm in this because they will be hunting for tickets to enter this fortune, but indeed roobet is very generous in celebrating his achievements.

Luck comes from anywhere so we need to take part in this big event contest with a duration of only 10 days of course a short time to continue to collect tickets.

I disagree, they had able to reach out 1B pretty fast compared on reaching out 2B milestone but it doesnt matter as long they do reach out that milestone then it do already signifies that they are pretty doing well on this market.

It took maybe a bit longer to get  to the 2B bets milestone, but competition is fierce. While it is a big raffle, other sites have already given out even bigger prizes (1 M$ race, raffle to win a lambo)...
Will try to earn some tickets and you can get double tickets while playing on crash. Good luck all!

If they do not allow using VPN, we should not try to play on that site and start moving to the other gambling site.
Sometimes, that thing is not written on their TOS, so we need to check and ensure that we will not try to break the TOS.
Reading the TOS will always be recommended before we register so we know their rule and not trying to break it.
Yep, we can use VPN as long as Roobet-related personels are informed about it, and you can keep using it as long as you are not using VPN to abuse the system. I've been using VPN for a long time since the time I participated on the contests that was held before on Games and Rounds.
Reading the TOS is necessary, it would also be a waste of time and money if you broke their terms even being unaware of it.
^ As always, reading TOS is the most important because it is hard to accept that you break rules unaware and it could be the reason for wasting your money and time after knowing that your account has been freeze by them. Have you tried contacting them about this? If you are using VPN then it is alright for them as long as in a better purpose? Because for me either if you will use it in bad or not, as long as you are using VPN that is still committing mistakes and break the rules.
I already sent an email to them today.
Let see when they will reply to my email.
I asked about using a private VPN, which I used only and not shared the IP with others.
I hope that does not break their TOS to see if that will be good for me.
I will share this later so we can use VPN.

I would avoid this because using a VPN is a risky thing and can violate the existing TOS rules without realizing it too, therefore avoiding it is better this is important to me, but if you use a VPN there is no problem with longer time spent means you doesn't violate any system rules, maybe you're also likely to be allowed sometimes these rules aren't written in the TOS, but the risk will still be there.

But it seems like roobet is fine if any user is using a VPN, but for myself I would avoid it.
Most gambling sites doesnt really prohibit VPN based up on experience but not all would really be that fine on this one thats why whenever you do consider on using VPN then you should be aware or ready on the probabilities

or the risk on facing up some problems but its true that if you've been doing for this long and havent able to experience any problems then it do proves out that they do really allow  such thing.
I always consider this even before I've used a VPN but haven't found any problems related to it but I'm always worried when there's a large balance in the account while using a VPN, now I'm worried that there will be so I better choose the best way not to use a VPN though some sites allow it.

Because I've had a lot of advice from other users about how risky it is to use a VPN, I concluded that it would indeed be risky so I avoided it.

Most gamblers don't bother checking a casino's T&C due to reasons like laziness, aren't aware of it, unable to understand etc. Initially, I was the same when I was a amateur gambler and improved my knowledge regarding them over time.

Most multi-account scammers are usually aware of these T&C, but still take risks for quick profits and end up whining later on despite being perfectly aware that they are in the wrong.
Those lazy gamblers are the one who face some serious issues later on when they commit some kind of mistakes and funds are lost as account gets locked so it's better to give 5-10 minutes reading before hand to avoid such misconceptions later on.
But that 5-10 minutes isn't something that gamblers could waste off with their time that's why majority of them would really be ending up on neglecting those things and ending up on mistakes
which would cause for those kind of lock ups and whining later on.

Its always important on reading up TOS if you don't like to have some problems later on.Dont mind or rush up on playing because the casino games is always there.

You could play all you want without minding about possible problems ahead.
If you can't spend that extra 5-10 minutes on reading the Tos then I am sorry but you do deserve to get something wrong in the end as well. I am not registering to a new place just to play for 5 minutes, if I am starting a new account somewhere then I am going to gamble there for a while. Which means that if I am going to be here for months, then I might as well spend another 5-10 minutes, even 1 hour if required to be, just to know what I am getting into.

After spending that time, I am going to benefit from that for months. If there is something I do not agree with, I contact support and ask for clarification and if it is actually something I dislike, then I just do not register there at all. Sometimes rules change (like how roobet didn't ask KYC automatically but now they do) then I have to make my decision to either quit or continue. All in all, if you do not spend time to get to know the place you gamble, you have no right to cry afterwards about it neither.
