I just see the update and yes, its not good to use wrong details, not unless you're planning to withdraw your funds and not to gamble using Roobet anymore. I'm fine filling up the KYC which requires basic information, and hopefully I don't get any tagged and required later on to provide documents, Roobet is still one of the best gambling site despite of this update, they run so many promotions and its worth the risk.
I see this issue differently. If you don't care about privacy and many people don't care about that. Let's finish KYC before using your account for trading or gambling. It is ridiculous that you don't care about privacy but reject to finish KYC and by doing this you also don't care about future risks.

If platform requires you to do KYC later and you fail with the process, your fund will be stucked.

It is different if you care more about your privacy, this way you will never allocate big fund on any centralized platform especially if you have yet finished KYC.
I understand the frustration with KYC but you have the option to fill-up or not, beside Roobet didn't force anyone here to gamble that's your choice either to continue or not, KYC is not just required on Roobet, there are so many centralized project that ask for KYC, everything has its own level of risk you just have to choose on what risk you'll take.

In my opinion, you are actually "forced" to fill up their level 1 KYC since it is required to undergo into that for you to be able to process a withdrawal. Even so, you're not forced to put your real identity to that form, but I believve it would be better if you're just put there your identity if you really wanted to play on Roobet, it is possible that higher level of KYC will also be implemented.

Entering incorrect details in order to bypass this issue is silly since it will definitely cause problems later on during verification etc.

I care about my privacy but seriously, I don't think banks also protect our personal details same thing with your social media accounts those institutions are selling our personal details, that's more alarming compare to Roobet level 1 KYC.
I guess you are talking about Facebook which is true, but this doesn't apply to all social media sites. As long as hackers don't hack and share your details, your details stay private on most popular social media sites excluding Facebook etc.

Also, the issue here is that Roobet is part of a minority that made KYC mandatory. The majority like Stake, Crypto-Games, Primedice, FJ etc don't require any form of KYC whatsoever(Unless your account is under suspicion).

It’s hard to accept this seriously and I’m still thinking to fill-up for weeks now this is indeed a big deal. Even if you input the wrong details, another KYC might be asked later on and you might not be able to pass the KYC if you input wrong details at the level 1, KYC will still be a big topic as long as the gamblers didn’t want to fill up the form.
Its not advisable to fill with wrong details because they will certainly ask for further verification later on. Its part of their regulatory requirement that we need to embrace if you still want to use their site, thus its up to us if we're going to comply.

Anyway its already been discussed here for few days already so I think we really need to move on with this issue.

Instead of worrying about KYC which hasn't been ended until now, it would better for you to focus on roobet raffle competition, https://roobet.com/roo-raffle
There is $50,000 total prize will be split to 20 lucky user who won it, and it will be drawn on 12 days later

Quote
How to Enter

1. For every $10 wagered on any game site-wide, you earn 1 ticket.
2. Playing Pragmatic games earns you 2x as many tickets.

Once the raffle begins, your ticket count will automatically increase with every $10 in qualified wagers until the raffle has ended. At the end of the countdown, all tickets are entered into a pool and 20 winners are drawn at random, to split the $50,000 prize. Earn as many tickets as possible to improve your chances to win! If you win, your funds will automatically be added to your Roobet balance and you'll be notified by email.

I just do not get the need, I know many people say that we should stop with the KYC talk because it has been days and we are still talking about it, and some people are bored about it. However it is a big deal, it is make or break for many of us, with KYC forced it also means that some of us will not be able to play here, and that is a big deal. You can't expect a topic about "either give us your KYC or leave" to be ending so soon.
I agree. It shouldn't be mandatory for any gambler to provide any sort of KYC details in a crypto gambling site apart from the essential stuff like Email, Password, Username etc. Personally, I have never provided any additional details to a y crypto gambling site so far.

This whole KYC debate will probably continue here for a long time for obvious reasons. Sad to see Roobet following this path.

Well, just move on for this bro, and embrace the reality that from time to time you will never hear the word decentralized in crypto because everything is implementing KYC verifications. Even though exchange that using crypto has KYC and now gambling businesses, they enforce to have a KYC, and perhaps this is a part of legality now to avoid such money laundering and other illegal activities that using gambling. Because as I heard, many people using gambling as a mixer service, they deposit their money and make a less wager and then withdraw.

I'm planning to give it a shot since I've seen the word "bonanza" and has a bonus feature. I really love playing slots that has bonus buy features.
@Eureka_07, apart from the Roobet 'bonanza' slot in recent weeks, there have been many new games to be played, no problem you want to try it.

Actually the RTP game on the Roobet site besides the bonanza, there is something even more great about bonuses for bettors, I often play in the 'Micro Knights' slot. You can try it, The game Micro Knights is very fun, I'm sure you will like it.

A glimpse of the bet I bet today.

Impressive.

I tried the game some time ago when there was a raffle and this game gave double entry/point.
Basically it is the same as Sweet Bonanza, the min bet and min buy feature is also the same IIRC, the differences are about the RTP and some symbols.
Roo Bonanza has higher RTP than Sweet Bonanza, so basically it should be something worth to try if you are a Sweet Bonanza lover.

I'm planning to give it a shot since I've seen the word "bonanza" and has a bonus feature. I really love playing slots that has bonus buy features. And since it has better RTP than sweet bonanza, why not 😎

Umm, Roo Bonanza is impressive slot considering that it belongs to Mr. Roo himself. The buy bonus is very effective on this slot and may be it is the chance to overcome any losses that we had earlier. For me it worked couple of times and gave me double free spins. The other reel was found in between the game. So yeah it was pretty awesome and had some bucks back to me. Let's not forget that we are also getting Rakeback every day, week and monthly basis. The more the level is the more is the buy back.

This is the reason I am forgetting that Roo's asking for KYC's!! Lolz. Already done it and so far I don't think I got any issues with it.

Attended the friday's live party, had a beer simultaneously.

Long story short, I am loving the Roobet anyways.  Tongue
This is the first time I've read something about Roo Bonanza, might check and try to play it later if I will be having some balance on my Roobet wallet. How much is the minimum bet for normal spins, and how much is the lowest bonus buy available for us?

Good to know that you're having a great experience in Roobet Wink

Anyway, if you still believe there is nothing wrong with providing personal information to various websites and dubious casinos, I would suggest that you read this first: Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless

Hey, you need to send them some email.

There is no way you can contact with live support chat if the pops up KYC still show up because you can't really closed it until you filled up and finish the KYC information. So the best way to get some answer is by email, due the @OP is not online at bitcointalk with such a long time.

Seem like they are creating a request to "Pragmatic" created a version of Sweet Bonanza using their own symbol, A bit curious about the volatility and RTP due they add more symbol into the slot + how much the cost they make such this request.
Yeah actually i was looking for answer in chatroom but looks like Flood always goes to all chatters time after time.
