This has been talked before, bitcointalk is not the biggest place in crypto to get or find customers. In fact telegram is growing to be the bigger one and I imagine there are way too many telegram community managers than bitcointalk signature or bounty managers, because everyone can grow bigger there with some hard work, whereas it is limited here.
I disagree. Bitcointalk is definitely one of the best places to find the crypto gambling crowd in hordes. So many gambling sites rose in popularity over the years thanks to advertising their site in different ways here in this forum.

On the other hand, Telegram is also helpful in finding customers, but there are far more scammers in Telegram when compared to Bitcointalk. This is why I feel that this forum is a better when compared to Telegram in this aspect.
When it comes to crypto traffic then theres no doubt that this place is the most important one for a company to focus on when it comes to marketing since they are accepting or building out a
business focuses on crypto then its just right for them to consider on having some exposure on this place rather than on focusing into other mediums.

If they do have some more budget then targetting other platform isnt a bad thing as long it does expose projects existence or relevance then that would really count.

The beauty of this forum is on when you do ask out some query on where you do get real-time responses based up on real experience.

It's almost 1 years I have been using this casino site(Roobet.com) and until now firmly OK with their service. I can guess, Most of the user obviously express same story. I can understand this ANN Thread missing any responsible representative but heavily active on various promotions. It's their strategies how they management however Bitcointalk community has right to get solution over any concern through this forum. I could be wrong however this is the means by which I can describe.

This is why roobet may have moved the resources from here to there, or somewhere else. I mean sure it is just one person who already has a ton of work, adding bitcointalk messages here and there, instead of just announcements once in a while, they could come in here and talk about something once a day, even one message per day would be a big deal, not like that would take time, maybe 5 minutes at tops.

However even with that idea, places like roobet prefer to keep it professional and that is why they focus on other places and not just give half-interest here which would be bad looking.

What are the bashes that you had read up against roobet? Its just a matter of observation in terms of technical support and the rest were just fine.

My experiences with Roobet is superb, I don't have any complaints when it comes to user experience plus those decent prized promotions and contest which could really poke up someones
interest for them to gamble.

Don't know on why they do really putting some attention about on how they handle out the community.



For sure he means those people who accused something bad on roobet but just ignore those people since we know cheating is really existing as well insane gamblers are revanging by posting nonsense when they lose their money playing.

So far Roobet is good casino to play on and for seeing they are doing more promotions here no doubt that they will be one of the top casino in future.

Maybe it's just like this like I did when I lost my phone so I lost access to my account because my 2FA was enabled. So if there is a complaint or concern in your account, even if your query is not given an answer or solution here in their ANN thread, you can find a way to reach them. This is what I did, we know what their Twitter account is, just in case I message them and request to disable 2FA in my account, after an hour I received their reply that I should contact the support team ([email protected]) for assist. That is, I just complied and after a few minutes, my request was granted.

In my part i might say that I started using Roobet.com site since i Joined their advertising(signature campaign) and i spend my campaign payment at first but now i increased my playing habit and make it more than Doubled in expenses to play.

The Whole Bitcointalk is not playing in their site so I think they only needs to answer the players thru their tickets send in Support , and also they have active Chatroom that will answer every concerns as i also have some issues in the past and answered instantly .

I think it's been quite clear from the start that Roobet would not use bitcointalk for support related matters, they are here for promotion and awareness which is fine. If they give back to this community rather than buying ads on CMC or whatever I much prefer that it goes to members of our community which by default means that they care about us. For this particular matter they might comment on it - they might not. We hear one side of the story and to instantly only believe all that user is saying is pretty.. Meh to be honest. But time will tell and show us the outcome of it.
Enough Answer , because Roobet team does not required to reason out for this Forum Instead they need to answer Each of the complaints directly to the concern .
Bitcointalk has enough reason to trust Roobet so I guess that's clear to understand.

And also There is a Support that answering each issue( Issue that is Legit and not those BS cases Here in BTT) so i believe that they are good in resolving cases.

And also as an active Player of the said site(Roobet) i Have no Complain at all for all my activities on the site.

Being a Regular  Roobet and Duelbits Player/gambler, I vouch for the two companies that they are doing everything to Sustain their Good name and community here in Bitcointalk and outside.
I do agree that they are actually caring for the bitcointalk community, I do think that they have a bigger population coming from other places but the reality is that you can't always communicate with them with ease. For example, let's say you put on a google ad (not sure if crypto casinos can) and then you get a lot of people, these people found you from the google higher ranked number one ads, how do you think that it will be easy for you to actually come up with a way that you could talk to them?

There is really not that many chances that you could do that, which is why I think it is obvious bitcointalk is a community that would get a lot of attention because you are at least getting yourself heard here as a casino. Sure twitter could be another one, hell do a facebook group if you want to, but bitcointalk is the niche king when it comes to crypto casinos.

People can have some life problems to be solved and the access to Roobet account on this forum can not be given to everyone in the Roobet team. Only the owner has access right perhaps.

I see some gambling site accounts have little activities on the forum. They don't log in account every day.
I am pretty sure they give that right to someone in the staff and tell that person to take care of it, owners usually do not have time to take care of bitcointalk that much, at least that is how it should be, I know there are plenty of other casinos that hire people to do the community management because they can't handle all the work stuff.

I am part of an exchange group for example for community management and I can easily say that we are 6 people trying to reach every place, that is why I think it is obvious that we should not be focusing on the owner there. However if they do just let the owner come here and talk, I can say that it is very much possible that they may not come in here that frequently, which is why they should hire someone to take care of the community and that way there will be one person whose sole job is to go to groups and forums to talk to the people.
