I guess the x35 wagering requirement is fine, at least it is better than x40 or x50, but these winning limitations are ridiculous. We can play with a "Maximum betting limit of 4€ (or an amount equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin", but if we get lucky and hit something really nice we will get just part of it.

The deposit bonus never get my attention as I know I will not be able to meet the wagering requirements.
Even with x35 wagering requirement, it is hard to complete this requirement successfully and withdraw the bonus. I wonder how many people are ever able to benefit from the deposit bonus.

Yes the ANN thread was inactive but as they have launched their campaign again then the thread would be active again because people would made comments.
And to answer you. No, I have not participated in the casino before and as I said it was because of the campaign requirements. But if I was successfully registered, probably I would have tested it.

I was wondering why this thread was bumped recently and the reason as you told is that RoyalStarsCasino have started their campaign. Can I have the link to that campaign because for some reason I was not able to find it or at least it wasn't seen on the first page of the Services section.

The website is malfunctioning in the login process. The captcha is disturbing that one can't login. Within 1 second your season has expired when I am still solving the captcha. Therefore you have to remove the captcha for smooth login. But registration was successful. suzanne5223 should inform the technical support team.

Were you playing at this casino before ? If yes, for how long ?
As i see this casino ANN thread wasn't been active for an year and today you have complained about it. It will be interesting to know if this casino is operational in all that time and if those who were playing there, could tell this exactly.
So the casino should not accept new players because I was not an old players. Well I was registering because the campaign application requirements needed the RoyalStarsCasino.com username. And that was the reason so I don't know that it is only the old users can made a complain. Yes the ANN thread was inactive but as they have launched their campaign again then the thread would be active again because people would made comments.

1.3 Unless otherwise stated in a particular bonus offer, the maximum cashout is ten (10) times the deposited amount. Bonuses that don’t require a deposit have a maximum cashout limit of 50 EUR/AUD/CAD/USD, 85 NZD, 500 NOK, 900 ZAR or 250 PLN.

I'm not quite sure if all casinos also apply simialr rule (max cashout from deposit bonus) because deposit bonus is not my thing.
But I think it is reasonable if casinos apply such rule because casinos must have calculated it in order to avoid something big losses due to the promotion they offer to players.
I remember I got a free bonus on other casino few months ago with 10x wagering requirement and I managed to make 5x of the bonus but after completing the wagering requirement, the max amount I can withdraw is exactly the same amount as the bonus I got.

I was attracted by the title "Crypto Fastest Growing Casino," so I wanted to take a look at the site and see what it offers. The site looks nice, and I like the dark themes, but there are only third-party games and virtual sports. There are some promotions & bonuses, I checked the ToS this time and was a bit disappointed:

This is what i sensed, being a gambling site which is having the intention of getting more traffic to their platform, there is no need to lay restriction on some countries, since all they could do is to approach the site and login for their gambling experience not taking into account on what had been previously done by some evil ones such as scam, i would rather prefer restriction base on the kyc protocols and not by regional locations.

This is not about their preference on who can play or not. It’s about the scope of their current license since it requires paperwork to acquire license that has larger scope coverage.

I think this casino avail the minimum license package that’s why it has a small country scope while restrictions is too many. Maybe they just still having a survey on what country they will add based on the demand which is a good strategy too.

Imo, Country like Nigeria, Indonesia and Philippines are good country to accept in the casino. I didn’t check the list but it will be a nice addition if ever they still don’t accept these countries.

By the way, I dont understand why the OP is still not coming back to be active here while they have started a signature campaign 3 weeks ago but on hold currently.
Maybe the OP is not an employee of the casino anymore. The OP is inactive for a long while though.

They should hire another person then, to handle and manage their ANN thread unless they gave up already to continue their advertisement and promotion in this forum.
Their country restrictions list need to be reviewed as well because there are just too many restricted countries, this can be the reason why they get less interest from this community.
When most other crypto casinos here are much friendlier, unfortunately this casino which can be considered as new one come with such a wider restriction.

I do think they just block people from certain jurisdictions out of the blue. They could probably be following a certain international sanctions list or even blocking users based on the rules in the local Jurisdictions regarding gambling.
I don't blame them. My country is also blocked.

Agree. If we want to have more people involved in our gambling site, we should consider to allow more countries. I know we possibly can't avoid to restrict some countries due to any reasons but when we have too many restricted countries, it won't be good for the site traffic. It also becomes the obstacle to attract more gamblers. However, I believe RoyalStarsCasino team will consider any necessary suggestion from us. Let them to think about it firstly.

i would rather prefer restriction base on the kyc protocols and not by regional locations.
Both have the same impact. If your country is restricted, you can't do KYC procedure. It means you have no chance to be the member of the Casino site. I think RoyalStarsCasino team doesn't target people to visit the site only. But it is expected to join the gambling games and be regular members as well.

For the royalstarscasino team, it would be better if you create an alternative link so that fans in blocked countries can also play.
If it’s the ISP which is blocking you from accessing the website then having mirror sites is not a bad idea as long as gambling is not prohibited in your country. You can always change your dns settings to bypass the ISP restrictons.

But if the user can’t access the website because he is from a restricted jurisdiction according tothe casino's ToS, then he shouldn’t be allowed to access the casino's services even from its mirror websites.

That contest was a mess. I checked the thread and yes only one person joined, but organizer said only the 1st place prize would be given, which isn't $90. If I'm correct 1st place got 50$. I also checked the transaction for the prize distribution and saw that it was sent to three people. I'm not sure if those were also contestants or if it was just sent back to the contest organizer.
Looks like the prize for the 1st rank was $50 and the remaining $40 was for a few more winners. But the first winner has received $50 from the prizepool as there were no other entries. I think the two other outputs of $25 were also reward distribution, and it could be for the off-forum contest winners.

By the way, I dont understand why the OP is still not coming back to be active here while they have started a signature campaign 3 weeks ago but on hold currently.

I wanted to join their tournament here on bitcointalk (games and round )with $90 prizepool, but I can't play because my location is restricted. Is there anyone here from the Philippines who is using VPN playing RoyalStarsCasino.com? Is it okay to use VPN and is there no problem?
Philippines is in the restricted countries list of this casino. Which is an uncommon thing. You shouldn't access the website by using a VPN while your country is in restricted list.

By the way, how will the $90 prizepool distribution? How many winners will there be? I'm referring to this tournament:
Most probably the prizepool would have been shared among the participants. But only one user has joined in the contest. So, he is going to get the full amount.

Lesson learned for them if they are going to have another contest in the future, clear information about prize distribution is needed.
Congrats for the only winner, it was an easy money for him without hard effort to be the winner as he was the only one participant  Grin
One more thing, if they want to get more participants then they need to review their countries restriction because of the reason I've mentioned before.

Anyways, about the VPN concern, I tried to scan the thread about it but I can't find any good answers about it if they allow VPN for restricted countries or not.
You should always refer to official sources ToS, customer support..) to get the right answers for such serious questions. The information from unofficial sources (such as the comments in this thread) might be inaccurate.
Here is what the say in their ToS regarding this matter:
Any player that is physically present in any of these countries, at the moment when an acceptance of the contract is concluded, is strictly prohibited from using the online gaming services. If a player is found in breach of this and provides misleading details on their location, all deposits and withdrawals will be null and void

So, the answer is clearly "no". If you use a VPN to access the casino from a restricted country, your account will be banned.

Waaat? I didn't know we have a multiplier tournament lmao. In a way, thanks for the heads up! I'm also interested and would like to know the answers as well.

If I may add another question along. I've read KYC is mandatory if you request a payout in this thread. Does the casino have a tiered verification system? e.g. level one for filling out a simple form and/or phone number verification, level two for selfie+ID, etc.

There will surely be some weighing down for me depending on the answers lol.
Yeah, because usually what we have here are only about predictions, right? Anyways, about the VPN concern, I tried to scan the thread about it but I can't find any good answers about it if they allow VPN for restricted countries or not.

There is only one user which said that KYC is mandatory when we are about to withdraw and he said that we might get screwed with it, guess because our original country from our ID is different from the country that is seen on our IP only because we used a VPN, therefore we can get in trouble with this, so much better if we shouldn't risk our money here or ourselves even though the site is tempting not only because of their forum contest but also because of their no wagering bonus.

Same here, my country is also restricted so I cant join the tournament.
Coming up to VPN, I dont think they will let us to use becasue it is simply that if we are from the restricted countries and bypassing it by using VPN means that we are breaking their terms.
No entries so far, maybe it is also because too many countries are restricted and as long as I know most users in this forum who like to join slot contests are from the restricted countries Smiley
About the reward, yes it is a bit confusing as it is being said as prizepool only, so I guess the prize pool will be shared equally to all participants.
If it is not like that, there should be information about the prize distribution already in the thread.
