In the Japanese market, people who are looking for a high-end card are reportedly going for the 4070 Ti with the more ultra-high-end users investing in the RTX 4090. The problem is the price difference between the 4080 and 4090 is too close while the performance difference is quite big.
If I were the Japanese, I would invest in used PTX 3090, which are much cheaper.

I think it's a bad idea to use small fans for cooling. I know that in a computer such fans quickly become clogged with dust and break down and often have to be changed. After a year, many of these fans begin to make noise. This is an advertisement for a video card with 5 fans, but not the best technical solution. I think buying a 2-socket M.2-2280 SSD motherboard would be cheaper than buying a graphics card. On an M.2-2280 motherboard, SSDs will run cooler.
