Nothing is accepted. They will discuss it 100 more times and will consider. I am sure that this will not be better for those people who live in Russia. They can adopt such a law that the tax will be levied on transactions with crypto-currencies, and miners will be officially registered as private entrepreneurs.

The guys that are in charge of certain laws or bills don't want to get remove Bitcoin from their area. Russia is actually a nice Country for Bitcoin.

This is a welcome development from the Russian government. I do hope all other countries would accept crypto as a means of payment and other transactions. We really need to move from fiat currency to crypto currency.
