I think it may affect the market in part. Since many countries are bracing for crypto legalization, but its effects have not been on the market the way we have thought. This is a welcome development in crypto world. If Russian government legalizes crypto as a means of payment, it will go a long way to pump market again
Putin set the deadline, after which they had to pass bills to determine the status and conditions for circulation of the crypto currency in Russia. This is the deadline until the first of July, which has already passed. However, we still do not hear about any adopted laws on crypto currency. Let's wait a little longer, but it seems to me that even if such laws are adopted, we are very disappointed in them.
In my opinion, if Russia will accept crypto then I hope the price of crypto will be strengthened. Likewise trading in the exchanges will be crowded again. Hopefully this news will be a positive sign that will revive the cyrpto currency until the future.
