We shouldn't wait for any positive news from the Russian government. The news may seem positive, but it's opposite, as a matter of fact. Russia is not going to allow the development of new technology in any manifestations!

I would say that this Russian government is trying to control all areas of activity, even those who are only getting worse from government control. Cryptocurrencies developed without control and this has both positive and negative sides. Cryptocurrencies will not be legalized in the Russian Federation as a means of payment for a very, very long time.

Maybe they have their own way too just like Thailand.

Cryptocurrencies may not be controlled but certainly the government can tax the users. Its going to be a hardwork but its doable. The Russians has started the best altcoins in crypto namely ETH and WAVES, I'm sure they got better ideas for these type things.

The government wants to receive taxes from crypto currency transactions, because in the Russian budget, a shortage of funds, this is the main reason. But I strongly doubt that this law will work correctly. Nevertheless, until July 1, there is very little time left, we will soon find out everything.

That is, the main goals of these laws will be the taxation of miners and the legal restriction of free movement of capital through crypto currencies from the Russian Federation and into the Russian Federation without the knowledge of the government and special services.

You're right. Perhaps these actions on the part of Russia will give some kind of positive note in this market. Perhaps other countries will reduce the pressure on this market and enable new players. If this happens, then we will be revived by the market.

I know that the Central Bank is against the legalization of this type of digital currency, because in this case, citizens can start actively investing in crypto-tools, not taking into account possible risks.

Looks like Eth will moon soon, it indicates that russia love eth and Vitalik Buterin. By implementing regulation in russia will make impact in CryptoWorld. A lot people in russia will adapt to it's new technology. Maybe they will lauch more ICO after that and those ICO mostly real. I will watch this and what happened after july 1.

When there's a certain country legalize cryptocurrency, it is a good result of cryptocurrency to be more popular and increase the total trust of people and also many people who wants to enter in cryptocurrency. I think this is difficult to achieve. Although Russia is a big market for cryptocurrency, Russia is still closely monitoring the ico industry. They have not prepared for the legalization of bitcoin. This is a long process and it is unlikely realized before July of this year.

I agree with you. I also think that there will not be anything good for people who deal with crypto-currencies after the government takes regulatory measures, because crypto-currencies are a large flow of money that the government can not regulate.
