Its SafeDice its nothing new. Like someone commented a few pages before, its called "Safe" because your funds really are safe from gambling because the site is either down or you can't withdraw anything.

Basically like I said before. The owner of the site is most likely doing this part-time and concentrating on his full time job during the week, that the support is very slow. I've mentioned numerious times for him to hire some support staff to help with the backlog.

Most likely the issue will get resolved, he will just need to be patient and wait.

I have observed their thread for a long time now, and I don't see any kind of response about technical support, except for the time when their site was down and SDmod has posted that their site is right back up. I always suggest that they go through the proper email they have provided in order for us to reach their technical support but even that I don't see any updates regarding the members with complains. It is either fixed or they run out of patience waiting for the problem to be solve.

not only tech support is not answering,people cannot get answers about their withdrawals
and you should always have 2fa on any accounts that have sums of money you consider big

It's been over a week since the 60 BTC win and there's still been no official word to confirm that the bet was legit and the player was paid. Can we please hear from the admin, a moderator, or the player himself

Not only 20 bitcoins but its 60 BTC which had been said on previous page. Hitting up x956 odds on 0.05 btc is no joke which do need extreme luck but i dont know if its being paid up. Most people do have the same question but still remain unanswered. Hopefully that guy would give up some words about that winning if its paid up or not.
This would really be a bad news for investors having up a huge winning a site will give negative profits into their investments thru the site. We dont even know if this is still alive or not.

Ahh, to be fair this website was amazing some time ago and was popular too but don't know what happened to it. Seems owner(s) really don't care about it like coinroll, that's very sad because I loved playing here.

Second, the max payout at the winning time was indeed high, 50btc last time I saw. Safedice was naive to allow such event (system halt, investor panic). For the sake of a healthy business, some restrictions must be applied:
(All the following suggestions won't affect the little guy, nor whales nor regular users; it would only affect god-like winners leading to the site shut down, and in the end they won't be sad with the winnings)
1) lower max profit (lower percentage of the bankroll and a 200k USD ceiling)
2) bankroll value increase delayed (a day or two)
3) limit winnings per day or similar
4) limit foldinding (200 or 400x seems healthy)
5) steeper variable edge slope
5) decreasing divest fee ( like cryptogames, but way lower )
6) investing dilution fee (like bustabit, but lower)
 - 5 and 6 inhibit investing, so discretion is advisable

Now, it is understandable SD needs some time to evaluate the situation, but we need some feedback.

I am a SD enthusiast and see its potential, let's see if the site meets our expectations.

You're looking at the max bet win right now, as of when he bet it wasn't that. The bankroll had been higher at the time (due to the fact that he hadn't won) and due to the fact that investors panicked after the site lost so much in a short amount of time -- leading to a good amount of people pulling their money ASAP.

So, the max bet wasn't that at the time -- only now.

no it doesn't work that way. the max win per bet cant exceed 20btc. well maybe I am wrong. but I am so happy to watch these rigged gamling sites go down

Sucks for those who invested in Safedice, this is going to hurt a good amount as the same guy that won that bet is now up 60 bitcoins or so.
