This is not the first time we are hearing story of such that satoshi identity have been reviewed or someone claiming to be satoshi, so for that seeing this one and claims makes no difference from the previous fuds around satoshi identity, why can't we just fuck it and move on with all the try and error attempts at uncovering satoshi real identity, because at some level this is going to remain a failed attempt all the way and I don't believe this one also.

Will Satoshi's identity be revealed or not;But why does discussions about his identity releases so much anxiety and impatience amongst these people.Satoshi identity could be simply and strictly impersonated but above all, satoshi will still remain Satoshi despite any false undercover and irrelevant dramatic conspiracies.

Guess who's back
back again

Will the real Satoshi please stand up, please stand up
Cause this here's a hoax, it's a parody,
And nobody really knows who the hell he be.

All you other Satoshis just imitating,
So won't the real one please start validating?
You all act like you know him, but you ain't seen,
The mastermind behind the coin, behind BTC,
They go, "I'm Satoshi! Yo, I'm him for real!"
If you him, sign a message and seal the deal.

So this looks like a job for me,
So everybody, don't follow me,
'Cause we need a real one, a true visionary,
Not another Faketoshi for BTC.

Hi, I'm Ramm Haftaci, this is my new pseudonym, and I'm a BS kid. I've been reminiscing about my past for about a year now. I'm currently finishing and editing a 78-page memoir about the founding and how I came up with the idea of a digital currency and internet banking. My father and I did some work on cryptocurrency after the global economic crash. I've been living my life in hiding, like a fool. I can almost explain what happened in 2010. You can follow me on Twitter and YouTube and send me a message. I was part of it. I don't know exactly how to explain it and on which platform to post it. Let's hug each other. I'm afraid of insecurity. Please guide me by private message. I'm like a cowardly ant in an ocean of characters right now. I've probably been behind the mask of John Dill. The meaning of this name is (my dear) (my dear heart). Please help me and guide me. [email protected]

I finally finished that HBO documentary last night. It started off pretty good really, and then half way through it’s like a completely different doc and turned in to complete shit. I found myself yelling at it often “that’s not true” “that was proven false” “ethereum is not bitcoins competition”  etc etc I guess that third one is debatable.

Seriously does no one do fact checking anymore? Or perhaps the doc lied about some stuff to spark controversy/interest.

Was cool to see all the bitcointalk screen shots.

I don't really know why you guys think it wouldn't change anything, but as far as I know there could be a threat to bitcoin if his identity is revealed, even though bitcoin doesn't directly being affected but I think there would be too much panicking or a form of trying to scare out investors because they will think price would eventually crashed or thinking is the end of bitcoin. I know this won't happen so easily or so sooner.
All are based on curiosity in the end because we must realize that even if Satoshi is revealed in the end, bitcoin will still not be controlled because since the creation of bitcoin it has been designed to be the same in terms of its path to be like that so that no one can stop bitcoin including Satoshi and surely everyone also knows that it's just that they are too curious about Satoshi which makes them try to continue to be able to be on the path they want, especially to claim to be Satoshi while hoping that the original Satoshi is known to satisfy their curiosity and try to benefit from it.

The focus is actually not on bitcoin but indeed the benefits that can be taken when they know Satoshi so until now do not be too surprised if someone claims that they are Satoshi or there are people who are considered Satoshi by some people with some data that they think can validate that it is genuine.

It is only those who do not really comprehend the real concept of Bitcoin that’ll panic when/if the creator of Bitcoin’s identity is being revealed, because if they really understand, then they’ll know that Bitcoin is designed to work in an automated manner, whereby it doesn’t require human or technical assistance for some kind of technical maintenance, thus, with or without him, Bitcoin will continue to work and function as it has always done. As long as there are miners to mine and investors to invest. Bitcoin is unstoppable.

I don't think you seems to have understand why people aren't much cared about his identity being revealed because if you do then you would probably be against someone or people talking about unveiling his identity. Bitcoin is still Young and hasn't come that extent where the creator would have to showcase themselves and I know it's not yet time to display himself maybe or after legalization then there will be call to that extent where he (they) will come to showcase as the real creators.
Perhaps you’re right!
Maybe I really don’t understand why the identity of Bitcoin creator would matter so much and to what extent would it have to influence or threaten the existence of Bitcoin. So hopefully you’d be kind enough to help clarify me on the implications of his identity being unveiled before Bitcoin finally reaches mainstream adoption because i honestly don’t get it and I’m pretty curious, ( not like I care that much) but it wouldn’t be too bad to at least know the reason why, at least for knowledge purposes. So please do let me know.
Government will be under and after him. Haven't you read about how government tried their possible best to have over bitcoin? And of course if his identity is reveal I don't think bitcoin will ever be a decentralized currency and as a matter of fact, the anonymity of Satoshi nakamoto is what makes bitcoin biding and solid till date and I believe he is looking for a better way to showcase himself and not now when everyone is trying to prove they are satoshi and why they are not.

Better yet just look at BTC itself and its future.
After all - Satoshi and his "reveal" wouldn't change things up for BTC in fact, and it would only be a headache for the man or the group itself if he were revealed eventually.

It's better to keep this "mystery" shut.
It's like a Pandora's box - nobody knows how it would affect the marker overall in the long run. But it definitely would cause harm to Satoshi himself.

I too don't see the implications for the BTC itself - it wouldn't change what BTC stands for and how it works. Nothing, in fact, besides the fact that would be forced for a day or a week and then eventually die down, changed with another, and then another.

You think this is possible to reveal his identity?
To me like I know, the creator of bitcoin can't just be revealed that way couples with the vision of bitcoin as a financial freedom, and a decentralized asset and if this is defeated then what more should we rely on knowing that bitcoin is pron and vulnerable to attack. I could have loved to click on the link but due to security reasons I wouldn't click to watch. But again don't you think the creator of that post is doing that to gain attention?
Why do people think that it’s impossible to unravel the mystery behind Satoshi’s disappearance or to reveal his identity? Yeah I’m grateful to the man, his extraordinarily smart brains and his tremendous and notable contribution to humanity which even in his absence we still enjoy, but this dude is only just human, so if he’s still alive somewhere and just taking up a fake identity or just hiding in the shadows then I see no reason why it seems impossible to reveal his identity.

Not that I care too much about really knowing who this man is (but it wouldn’t be bad to know though) or revealing his identity would change anything about the nature of bitcoin or maybe take down bitcoin’s firewalls (I stand to be corrected). Bitcoin has always been pron to attack, We’re all aware of the 2018 51% attack or is it the 2020 Blockchain Reorganization Attack, The Dusting Attacks and several others. There have been so many unsuccessful attacks even without Satoshi’s identity being revealed, so why should there be a difference if/when the man’s identity is finally revealed?

Let's face it - Satoshi is dead!
Mexico has created an alter dedicated to the creator of Bitcoin in a sort of Day of the Dead celebration for BTC's 16th Birthday:

The idea is very, very cool, and traditions from Mexico themselves are pretty interesting, in my opinion.
Let's hope it was done well and Satoshi wouldn't need to attend it to prove them all wrong  Grin

Yeah probably he was but unlike his death the controversy cant died out in the process. I think majority who are noisy about it can pass up the idea that Satoshi cant never be renamed again or identify.

As much as I wanted  to know too, but for the sake of the person/people invented it maybe it better be stay this way.

Dead or alive - he is safe and sound, and that is what matters the most.
