still missing 18.5 BTC.

i want to solve this matter, help me please.

Its either a bug that are hiding my coins or something corrupt happening, because they never got credited, so a withdrawel could never have been possible, thats what dont make any sense.

We see that your account first accessed the site with an anonymous proxy. There were then withdraw attempts from several IP numbers, including the ISP that appears to be your regular connection that withdraw the 2.39 amount successfully.

I'm just speculating here, but it's possible that the secret was stolen by a proxy operator if your personal URL was put in a bad web based proxy, or if you were using a proxy and accessing your account without putting https in front of your URL.

It's possible to password protect an account and this would block withdrawals even if the personal secret URL is compromised.

your first paragraph is correct.

however, if I never had access to the coins, how could anyone steal them? thats what baffles me. something I never had, cant be stolen from me..

You can follow the time line from Blockchain and follow my posting history, when I first posted here, the coins was intact in my account without being moved, after not getting a response i decided to transfer(2.39xx) hoping to push the first transaction through.

you can still see by the time line, that both transaction was in the Satoshi wallet provieded, together at the same time. why wouldnt the thief steal the coins?

Believe me, I checked a lot of time and refreshed the page, the coins never got updated/credited. Once I transfered 2.39xx BTC, those got credited normally, same with the withdraw.

Like I have mentioned, my first deposit (18.5btc) came from many outputs, due to Electrum wallet, im 100% sure the issue is in that regard and that my coins is not stolen but in your system somewhere.

even if the coins was stolen, I never had access to them, blaming me for stolen coins I never had access to is not something I consider professional.

I know this is a big amount for both parties, however, I have done nothing but send the coins to the correct address and them not being credited.

and btw: all my connection is through https, the link is just copied, which comes automatic with https in the beginning.

Missing more btc to your other site satoshicircle.com I made a deposit and it did not show up in the balance. So now I'm out more money with no answers. USERS BEWARE

This appears to be an issue of you being assigned new secrets, (effectively new accounts with zero balance). I'm responding to PM.

We're soon releasing an account system with password and password recovery over email in order to avoid this happening in the future.

my issue is still unresolved....

Yes I can confirm that deposits on Satoshi Circle appear not to get credited. Unfortunately I don't have access to that server (I only worked on the Dice site), but I have informed the person that is.

Edit: This probably only means that the Bitcoin software needs to rescan. I have deposited another 0.005 to your account that you will receive when we get it to work.

Edit 2: The issue is now resolved and the balance reflects in your account.

I lost 2.702 bit coins to satoshi coin, first I had deposited .02 into the account and the server then had a problem loading when it loaded back my account was gone and btc were gone as well.. I emailed satoshi support several times and have not heard back. I was stupid enough to gamble some more and upon winning 2.7 btc I tried to cash out and I was never credited anything! What a scam. I was paid out 1btc one time but now I lost the rest...

Sorry for the slow response, we are changing email server. Can you PM me your user hash and any deposit addresses or transaction IDs and I will help you to get your funds back.

I'm confirming that the SDice_CTO Bitcointalk account is us.

Something fishy is going on here, but I don't think SD is really part of it. If your account was used from several IPs, I say it could (not likely, though) be someone that happens to have the key from the SSL that SD is running (someone working at the company that provide their SSL) that also happens to run a honeypot proxy/tor node that you happened to connect to. Wait I forgot my tinfoil hat, brb.

OP must introduce automatic betting for dice game so that we can effortlessly roll and carry out longer term strategies without the tediousness of having to continuously clicking "roll dice". Also it would be awesome to introduce chat so that too much playing doesn't become boring in the end.

Yes, this and many more features are under development!

one of your deposits is still being treated as unconfirmed.

It's the first time this glitch happens

Can you be certain that this is not the cause of missing BTC for others, including user SamedamnBTC?

Other users may have had the same problem but it's now solved for all deposits. There were several accounts affected by the malleability attack a few weeks ago so that's why I (lazily) assumed this was also the problem with that account. Either way all deposit transactions are updated correctly now and we also verified that the balance is in fact available in SamedamnBTC's account.

Sorry about the slow responses, we're getting more people involved in support now.

So here's a thing...

Voiced my email for help to the provided support email under "contact us", yet not help.

So, it looks like I'm forced to post here.

Earlier today I deposited 0.1 BTC and it's yet to be confirmed.
Funny enough, after several hours, I deposited a smaller portion and that was confirmed before the previous 0.1BTC deposit.

Can I get some help???

hash: 389c76f324ea5d1903b5f75881d07b8a

Confirmations are handled by the Bitcoin network so there's nothing we can do to affect confirmation times or in which order they confirm. As far as I can see all your transactions are confirmed now. Sometimes transactions may take a long time for the Bitcoin network to confirm. It's possible to decrease the likelihood of this happening by paying a larger fee, but there's ultimately it's up to the miners to include the transaction in a block or not.

That's funny that you say that because I'm aware it's confirmed on Bitcoin's side, but the website continues to claim it was unconfirmed. This is ridiculous.

Yes you are correct, one of your deposits is still being treated as unconfirmed. I have found the problematic transaction but I can't debug the file now because of server security settings. I will correct it as soon as the person responsible for security becomes available. Sorry I didn't check properly the first time. It's the first time this glitch happens and I didn't check further than confirming that our bitcoin software considers it confirmed the first time so I thought the problem was already solved.

This has been corrected now and I see the balance being displayed correctly in your account. The issue may have happened because connectivity between our game server and Bitcoin software was lost for longer than expected. I have set a larger number of blocks that the script checks so that it is less likely to happen in the future. I also made it update transactions from the last 3 months in case it happened to someone else.
