We adjusted the internal balance so that you should now be able to withdraw properly. The 3.5 never disappeared from your balance, it just would let you withdraw 3.5 less than your real balance. The displayed negative balance after the failed withdrawal was probably only visible for a few seconds. However it appears you made bets in your account for these 3.5 that brought the balance to zero. If depositing into your account now, withdrawing should work properly. I was just trying to confirm this by actually testing it but it seems you places bets and lost the 0.1 that I just put there to test with

Can you test if withdrawing works correctly? I can test with your account but I would need you to not place bets for the balance I deposit.
