Still not fixed; I guess ASAP means something else for you guys then for me? The on chain game is probably not very important for you anymore so I can somewhat understand it but currently it is NOT PROVABLY FAIR and that is inexcusable imho. I expected better from such a reputable site.

I actually see them as updated. Maybe they were just being updated right before I checked. Anyway, it appears to be running correctly again now so bets can be verified. Thanks for pointing this out and you are right that we should have made a better job of making the hashes and secrets public in reasonable time.

OK, I apologise, seems like my firefox doesn't refresh right; had to open another window and refresh several times again to see the updated pages Embarrassed

One concern left though.... The updated pages I see only show hashes/secret till the 2nd of march. Do you see the same?? The hash obviously needs to be showing for today and the secret up untill yesterday.

I just wanted to try this site but then I see this post. And now I am not so sure if my bitcoins may be stuck in the void like that. Does this happen often?

No, it only happens if there's a crash or system failure when a roll or withdrawal is executing. It can also happen if a player uses software to place many simultaneous bets/withdrawals that get queued and eventually times out. If any of this happens, we reset the system state and the user can roll and withdraw again. I have only seen this problem being reported once and that player could continue to play/withdraw after we reset him.

If anyone is having this problem, please try again now, I just reset the system. Timmesen, sorry for the slow response, I gave you a 0.1 bonus and hope it compensates.

I actually see them as updated. Maybe they were just being updated right before I checked. Anyway, it appears to be running correctly again now so bets can be verified. We just had 15,000,000 bets on off chain game!

As the number of bets are into the millions and several bets being made every second, we are working on lag issues caused by previously unidentified bottlenecks in the database structure. Meanwhile, unconfirmed deposits are not shown. The fix is already written and is being tested right now.

Hello, only session game streaks that have at least 1mBTC (0.001 BTC) average bet aize are processed. We see that if the fourth bet in your streak would have been the first it would have been the longest winning streak, or if you made a bet that was a little bigger it would have brought the streak average bet size above 0.001 and it would have been inserted into the leader boards.

This was not properly described on the leader boards page so I have awarded your account the 0.1 and we have clarified how to make a streak qualify on the website.

Dear S.Dice,

I have played today for the leaderboard - username "Pirate07611" (for the "longest winning streak" category, specifically) and ~30 mins before the end of the server day I saw someone called "Hacker[...]" who took my place in the leaderboard, with a 101 win streak.
I then played again for some minutes and achieved a 194 win streak (with 0.001 bet each).

Happy that I achieved the 1st place, I went to that page to check again and surprise - I wasn't on the list with that streak.

Before the end of the server day (18 mins ago) I refreshed the page a couple of times, but still no sign of my win streak.
