Yes, but these cash outs appear to be made when withdrawals could be executed simultaneously under some circumstances. We're doing coin taint analysis and investigating the accounts that were reaching our site from Tor end points during this time. Sorry about the delay.
Didn't follow most of what you were saying here... but I was using the site as a wallet to send transactions and payments more than a gambling place and there was nothing against that. Also this is a confirmation that there is a non-credited deposit in my account?, I'll be waiting for the confirmation and for the deposit to be credited to me. Thanks.

Some of the recent cash outs were not included in the first block, so they took on average a few extra minutes to confirm. We're increasing the transaction fee temporarily (at our expense) to see if it will help.

I can see that there was several cashouts that took about an hour to confirm because they were not included in the first few blocks. We are considering including a bigger fee in order to make sure that cash outs are included in a block as soon as possible!
If a transaction doesn't appear when you look it up at for example blockchain.info or blockexplorer, it only means that it has not been successfully broadcasted or that they didn't receive the broadcast for some reason. Our software automatically tries to broadcast again if the Bitcoin network didn't pickup the transaction.

We are releasing new stuff soon! The release was delayed by the recent server issues. Everything is working properly now so we are focusing on finishing the new features!

We have just fixed an issue where cash outs were not being sent out. This has been corrected and cash outs are again processed instantly. We are sending out the delayed cash outs within the next hour!
