There is nothing going on besides bad luck. Sometimes you win 10 x2 bets in a row, sometimes you lose 30 x2 bets in a row, beauty of variance.

We had an issue with the Satoshi Circle game but the root cause has now been fixed.
I think you should really improve/remove stuffs like leaderboard,monthly draw. it's misleading since you're not running that promotion anymore.yes either fix so it works out or remove it, as it's just confusing and it can be enough to create anxiety among new players.

I think we are in agreement. My issue is with the decline in actual BTC wagered. I'm sure the downtime had a lot to do with it.
does the decline of wagered BTC follow the rise of exchange value? it could be an explanation in addition to down time.
