It's been many days since the hot wallet issues most recently surfaced.  Has *anyone* been able to withdraw over the last two days?

Yes, I could yesterday.

I'm still unable to withdraw, and I have been trying every day.  The prompt "Please wait, processing your request" is displayed indefinitely each time I try.  How have you circumvented this issue?

Satoshidice claims that one "can withdraw at any time and cashouts are processed immediately" but my bitcoins have been held in limbo for a week...  Being unable to withdraw is an unacceptable condition--especially when I have been trying daily, and am in a rush to take my bitcoins offline.

Satoshidice administration: please fix this ASAP and address what is causing the malfunctioning; I'm beginning to think that the problem isn't just an empty hot wallet

People have been withdrawing without any problems for several days now. We're filling up the hot wallet when it's needed. Did you succeed in withdrawing by now?

UPDATE: I have confirmed that withdrawals work and error reporting when hot wallet is too small works too. However ew're waiting for 210 BTC to confirm in order to be available in the hot wallet.

This use to be the best bitcoin gambling site, now just turned into a scam. I a not playing here anymore. I am sorry for the people that invested in the bankroll, I don't think they will be able to recover their investments.

The new ownership apparently cares more about short term gain than long lasting profits and customer retention. It's not just a technical problem.

I was analysing the recent bets data shown in the website and I've noticed some of the last rows are not being updated. The whole data is updated scrolling down bet by bet but sometimes last four or five rows stay the same. Randian, can you fix that?

Randian Hero does a great job, in my humble opinion.

It's just that 1 person can't provide 24/7/365 support. I expect there will be less issues in the long run, thanks to the new login system that includes password reset.
Also each iteration of DDoS attacks only hardens the site. I'm optimistic and reinvested BTC into SatoshiDice.
Place has been around for years. This is the long run.

Whatever you want, but if I deposited 0.15 BTC i cannot bet, invest or withdraw, where can I request a solution? I don't see any support service, and I pm Randian Hero, several times without receiving an anwer.

Yeah, don't stress about customer service too much - it eats into profits - but do come here to alert us at least, and make sure repeat customers don't get disgruntled!

My account is not working for 2 days. I have a 0.15 BTC balance, and I cannot place a bet, invest or withdraw. Why this site is having some many problems lately?

Argh my 1 btc isn't doing well in your investments. I've lost 0.05 *cries*

I might try moneypot. Any bonuses, SD? :D

Wow, today the software we've created had an outstanding day of tests in the automatic bet placing mode.

As people here are welcoming our company's software very badly, maybe we should just use it for our own sake.

Maybe you should.

What do you guys think?
I think you should be banned.

I concur. Though it does raise the question of whether or not there is some sort of Martingale that utilises the SD API, whether there should be one on the site proper to compete with other casinos that offer it, and whether such things are actually beneficial to the house?

He is, it was loaded as of 8:31PM EST (although i just emptied it). There's a lot of people trying to withdraw, just wait a few hours / tomorrow morning and its usually back up again. To be honest, its reasonable, you dont want too much money in the hot wallet to limit potential theft. Investors took about 1,000 BTC already, and that doesn't include the users which is a lot more, so you just gotta wait a bit.
Trying again today but to no avail.  Is there a way to check the hot wallet's balance before attempting withdrawal?  Right now I have no idea whether submitting the withdrawal every so often is productive or not..

The cold wallet addresses are:
1DmqFgYfKMT1F8B3tGhVMFf82vdgdSsjNV
18e5jpfn9zo9GQov1Ks9Pzh6Yam2SvFqqo

You can use https://btc-watch.warrenguy.me/ to monitor any Bitcoin addresses. The site will send you an e-mail when there are new transactions, i.e. when money is transferred to the hot wallet. Set the Watch to 3 or 6 confirmations.
