Now let's look at this.
Fabrizio Romano said that Pep Guardiola confirmed that De Bruyne will not go to the SPL this summer.
We can see the final word from what Pep Guardiola said and that means that SPL clubs can still get the opportunity to sign professional players but not this season or maybe next summer when De Bruyne's contract ends.

Unless Pep Guardiola says De Bruyne will never go to the SPL, maybe clubs in Saudi Arabia don't have any chance of bringing De Bruyne and with this news we shouldn't need to discuss or hope for De Bruyne's arrival in the SPL this season.
Pep Guardiola said it loudly because his players are always linked by rumors with Saudi pro league teams and I think his decision is very right to provide clear confirmation that his players will not be touched for now. On the other hand, we know that De Bruyne is still at the peak of his form and it would be a shame if he went to the Saudi pro league this summer.

Other news is that De Bruyne has also rejected a salary offer of £1m per week from Al-Ittihad and if we multiply this by one year then De Bruyne will earn £52m. We can see that that much money will not change De Bruyne's perception of leaving Manchester City and I think Al-Ittihad should try again in the next transfer market because it is clear that this time De Bruyne is not going anywhere.

Al Ittihad has officially brought in a young winger from Aston Villa with an agreed clause of 60 million euros, he has signed a contract for the next 5 years, Al Ittihad is very lucky to get this player, usually it is rare for young European players under 30 years to want to join the club Saudi Arabia unless they just want a higher salary.

Even though the statistics so far are not that bad but it seems like this player is tired of the European League and wants to experience a new challenge in a different league but at least he joined a top club in the Saudi League and will be teammates with Karim Benzema, hopefully he can adapt quickly here.

Congratulations to Al-ittihad who have once again succeeded in bringing in quality players from Europe who are still quite young. Moussa Diaby is still 25 years old, which means this player can become a mainstay midfielder at Al-ittihad for the long term. But in this transfer market, it seems like many young players from Europe are joining SPL clubs. And this makes us realize that the SPL is now not only being looked at by players who are no longer young from Europe, but young players are also starting to look at it and are even interested when big offers come to them. For example, Al-Nassr has also succeeded in bringing in a young goalkeeper from Brazil, namely Bento Matheus Krepski, who is also 25 years old. And I remember there was another young player who also joined an Arab club but I forgot the name of the player and the club who managed to get him.
Al Ittihad continues to try to strengthen their squad in order to compete next season, currently Al Ittihad have only brought in one player but reportedly Moussa Diaby is not the last player they will recruit, Moussa Diaby has impressive statistics with Aston Villa so far and he continues to be able to make a contribution which is very big for all of Aston Villa achievements last season to penetrate the Champions League next season, it is reported that currently Aston Villa is actually using the money from the current sale of Moussa Diaby to get Joao Felix, whose price is cheaper than Moussa Diaby, all this time we have always thought that the Arab League has become the goal of old footballers, but now the Arab League is starting to attract the attention of young players, it is recorded that currently many star and young players have joined Arab clubs, I think the main factor in the current move of European players to the Arab League is still money regardless of their age whether young or old.

Neymar has spent most of his career plagued by injuries so we can call Neymar an unlucky player. He had to move from PSG to Saudi only because of his injury problems. Knowing that Neymar may be injured, the Saudi club Al Hilal has signed this star with their club for a large sum of money, but the Brazilian star has not had the opportunity to play many matches for his team.

After playing only a few matches, we saw him sidelined for a long time with injuries and he has not been able to recover himself till now. However, according to various action journalists, Neymar is going to return to the national team very soon, and he himself is going to return to the field for the club. We Neymar fans are definitely looking forward to this day.
Yes, Neymar's fate in the last few seasons has been very worrying, because he has always been plagued by injuries. So, Neymar's performance on the field is often hampered because of his condition. Apart from that, the injury Neymar is currently experiencing can be said to be the longest injury he has ever experienced. Because with the injury he is currently experiencing, it is estimated that it will take 10 to 11 months to recover. So from several media reports that I read, it is predicted that Neymar will not be able to join Al Hilal at the start of this season. Maybe if you look at these conditions, there is a possibility that Neymar can return to playing again in October or November with Al Hilal. But I also hope that Neymar can play football again as soon as possible. Because it's been a long time since I saw his appearance on the field.

But what's on my mind right now is whether Neymar still has his prowess in playing football. The reason is, in the last few seasons he has rested a lot and of course rarely trained due to the injury he suffered, so it is likely that he will be a little stiff again when playing football. So Neymar definitely needs more adaptation and training to be able to find his best performance again. Apart from that, Neymar also has to change his bad habits. Because from several media reports that I read, Neymar often lacks discipline.

And if Neymar can return to playing for Al Hilal, his attack line will definitely be sharper. So clubs in the Saudi Arabian league definitely have to be aware of this. The point is that the clubs in the Saudi Arabian league must really prepare their respective teams better, so that next season Al Hilal will have equal opponents. Because as we know, this season Al Hilal has not been defeated by any team in the Saudi Arabian League.
We have heard rumors that Al Hilal will cancel Neymar's contract and replace him with another player but we have not seen the truth of those rumours. Saudi club Al Hilal may still be waiting for Neymar to return to his formidable form.
Neymar is definitely a talented footballer but injuries have ended his career.  But every time Neymar has been injured, he has come back more dangerous than before, and we expect the same this time.

Every Brazilian fan knows Neymar will play one more World Cup. If Neymar is to stay fit for another World Cup, he must be regular and fit for the Saudi League. Since Neymar has been injured several times and has been sidelined for long periods of time, he must play carefully when he recovers so that he does not get injured again soon after he recovers.

~Snip
In my opinion, these rumors are not true, because if for example Al Hilal takes out Neymar, then what is clear is that Al Hilal will suffer double loss. So with this, Neymar will definitely be retained. The reason is, this season Neymar only appeared in a few matches and after injured he has been absent until now. However, Neymar's big name still has a positive impact on Al Hilal, because the name Al Hilal remains popular in the world of football. Therefore, I think it is very likely that Al Hilal will not drop Neymar. The reason is that Fabrizio Romano also said that Neymar would remain with Al Hilal. So this news further strengthens the fact that Neymar will really stay with Al Hilal, at least until his contract expires.

Apart from that, if you look at Neymar's current age (32 years), it may be true that the World Cup held in 2026 will be his last world cup. In fact, if Neymar had excellent life discipline like Ronaldo, Neymar could have played in two more editions of the world cup. However, it seems that this is quite impossible for Neymar to do because he often lacks discipline in maintaining his lifestyle. So at the age of 36 and above I am sure Neymar's performance will not be as strong as Ronaldo's. Therefore, the upcoming world cup will probably be Neymar's last world cup.

And yes, this can happen if Neymar doesn't get injured again, so hopefully Neymar can keep himself from getting injured again. Because if Neymar gets injured again, afraid that something bad will happen to Neymar, for example retiring early. Because, if for example Neymar gets injured too often, it will definitely have fatal consequences for his body. And if Neymar suffers another serious injury, I'm sure his career in football will not be good. So Neymar really has to be careful when he returns to the field again. The point is, don't suffer another serious injury.

If this rumor becomes a reality then it will actually be very good news for Al-ittihad. But unfortunately the news I read is that these rumors are just rumors. Because it seems like the Man City coach, Pep Guardiola, is still making De Bruyne the most needed player in the Man City squad for the upcoming season. But there is no certainty regarding this issue. This rumor also emerged because until now De Bruyne does not seem to have had any discussions with the club regarding a contract extension at Man City. Meanwhile, De Bruyne only has one season left on his contract. And I think that if this season De Bruyne stays at Man City, it doesn't rule out the possibility that next season De Bruyne will come to an SPL club.

It's true that De Bruyne's contract at Manchester City only has one season remaining, but of course the rumors about De Bruyne moving to Saudi Arabia are endless, so maybe we'll see how it goes.

Good signed of Al Ittihad after success recruiting Moussa Diaby from Aston Villa although have spent more than 60 million euro as fees transfer and will extend until five years later. Last season, Moussa Diaby played all matches in Premier League with 38 appearances success scoring 6 goal and contribution 8 assists.
Its helpful for Karim Benzema need great service from winger such as Moussa Diaby will break more than 8 assists his contribution this season for Aston Villa. Usually any Saudi Pro League teams signed the European players have over 30 years old but this time Al Ittihad success signing Moussa Diaby still on the golden age 25 years old.

The Saudi Pro League season 2024/25 seems most excited with many teams have signed any top European players, not only dominance by Al Nassr or Al Hilal but the promotion team Al Qadsiah have signed Nacho and Aubameyang for their performance next season keep in the domestic league winner race.

There is only one season left for De Bruyne to spend his career with Manchester City and there is no real certainty yet even though there are many rumors circulating about his move to enter the SPL.
Several rumors have surfaced stating that De Bruyne has personal agreement with Al Ittihad, clearly this will be big opportunity for De Bruyne to be able to make more money and really prepare everything in the final days of his career which may not be long before pension.
But all of this is just rumor because in reality Pep as Manchester City coach has stated that De Bruyne will not leave Manchester City this summer.
With Pep denial regarding De Bruyne departure, it can also be concluded that we will not see De Bruyne in the SPL in the near future, but that could possibly happen in the next season when his contract expires.

I also read the news about De Bruyne and in the news the point is that De Bruyne is not certain yet and in my opinion it seems very likely that De Bruyne will not move to Ittihad. Yes, if for example De Bruyne moves to Ittihad, of course this will make the SPL even more popular and what is certain is that Ittihad will be very lucky if such a good midfielder helps Ittihad and of course Ittihad will be ready to compete fiercely in the coming season.

I agree with you that there is certainly a possibility that after his contract in Manchester city expires, there will certainly be potential for him to follow in Cristiano Ronaldo's footsteps to the SPL, but of course we will not know what actions De Bruyne will take when his contract expires at Manchester City, however, Of course it's certainly not easy to play in the SPL because of course the rules in Saudi, customs and culture may be different there so there will definitely be obstacles, but of course if want a lot of money, that's the place to be.

In the future, Manchester City can do perfectly fine without most of their key players because the head coach is ensuring he knot all ties in Etihad stadium, always coming up with brilliant formations and priorities that will lead to big winnings. Kelvin De Bruyne have completed his time with Manchester City, he won significant titles with the club and have been on the top lists for instrumental objects for Pep Guardiola. He was ruled out from the top positions due to injuries sustained.

Kelvin De Bruyn is a good player but he is getting old and he is a player who helped Manchester City a lot. Kelvin De Bruyn was a key player for his team but now since he is getting old, Manchester City wants to let him go and fill his place with younger players.
Saudis will get what they want to get and they will be able to buy Kelvin De Bruyn but they won't have this player in his best form yet. Also, Kelvin De Bruyn can end his career in the Saudi League and earn more money there which is a win-win deal.

Richarlison would be quite good for Saudi level, I mean we are talking about a player who was much better than what Spurs could provide, he was suppose to be a world class player, but then he started to be much worse, something happened along the line and he started to not do that well, and started to miss many games, and things didn't go that well.

I guess that Richarlison at Saudi Arabia would be a lot better, it could definitely do some serious damage, he could definitely end up with some great results. I am just guessing what he will do of course, I do not have any idea what will happen, but I am guessing that 20+ goals this season seems like a seriously doable thing for him, if he plays of course.

Benzema was a great striker too when he came to Ittihad, but he didn't play many games and that is why he failed to score many goals, same could happen with Richarlison too. What I am saying with that 20+ goal is only if he takes it seriously, and he doesn't look like the type of player that takes it seriously, he looks like he rather have fun and because of that SA situation may not go as well as he hopes for.

In the end, who would say no to that much money, so I am sure he will be happy with his payments at least.
Talking about Richarlison, of course he is a quality player who continues to show good development in his second season with Tottenham. I think Al Ahli is the frontrunner to get Richarlison because Tottenham plan to sell him if potential suitors can afford to pay what they are asking. On the one hand I think if tottenham are willing to let him go then they are getting big money to sign another striker.

But looking at Richarlison's age, who is 27 years old, of course he will consider his decision to leave Europe as possible. Because football players who want to build their careers for the better of course want to stay in Europe to win prestigious trophies in their careers. But if they are after money then the only option is to accept an offer from a Saudi Arabian league team. As happened last season, of course there were many obstacles for European players competing in the Saudi Arabian league because some of them were unable to maintain their best quality, such as Benzema, Firmino and several others.

Manchester city has alot of money to buy any current in form player that they want to and the player will volunteering come as he knows that with Manchester city, he can win trophies and still getting paid a lot of money.  The old players in the team can leave and the team will not be affected. Just as Real Madrid are letting go of their old players and signing news and promising ones, Manchester city can do the same and be very fine too as they have a very good coach that knows how to buy players and develop them into superstars. If any Saudi Arabia clubs are interested in Manchester city players, they should let him go and use the money for new recruits.

Rumors were still circulating before the start of the season and this time it was Al-Ahli's turn to express their interest in bringing Richarlison from Spurs. Previously we knew that Richarlison himself was also unable to provide more expectations with Spurs and sometimes coach Ange also often put him on the bench. With this interest, Spurs owner Daniel Levy has set a fee of £60m for Richarlison.

In fact, that's a very expensive cost, especially considering Richarlison's current performance doesn't really deserve to be valued that high. But Spurs are indeed taking advantage of this moment to gain large amounts of money. On the other hand, it is reported that not only Richarlison is Al-Ahli's target but Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal will also be his target.

How do you see Al-Ahli's movements this summer? Will they get both or even one of them?

Richarlison to Al-Ahli? Bold move, man. Dude's got potential, but he's been slacking at Spurs. Saudi league could be his redemption arc. Less pressure, more goals? Maybe. If he gets his head out of his ass and focuses. 60 million pounds though? That's insane. Spurs are ripping them off. Al-Ahli is swinging for the fences, but this ain't the MLB, and Richarlison ain't no home run hitter lately. They're banking on potential, not performance. Risky move, but hey, high risk, high reward
Richarlison has a remaining contract valid until 2027 with Tottenham, so the decision about his future is currently in the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, last season he was unable to show good performance with Tottenham so it not closes the possibility that Tottenham might sell him now if any a team dares Paying £60 million, Al Ahli seems to be the leading club to get him after Saudi media, Al-Riyadiyah, said that Al Ahli is now starting to target two English Premier League strikers, namely Richarlison and Jesus, to add depth to their attack line after Saint-Maximin was loaned to Fenerbache at this time.
As a striker, Richarlison is not a good enough finisher but he is often the difference in matches when Tottenham play him in the league. Compared to being in the striker position, it seems that Richarlison has played better as a left winger so far, so I think he might be a better choicefor Al Ahli to fill the their left wing position next season.

With Pep denial regarding De Bruyne departure, it can also be concluded that we will not see De Bruyne in the SPL in the near future, but that could possibly happen in the next season when his contract expires.
I would guess that City would love to sell him, instead of losing him for free, that would not make any sense at all. It's obvious that he can be offered something insane, like 100 million a year, at Saudi Arabia, and it would be insane not to accept that offer. He also already talked about how he is not closed to the idea, he is very open to it and he could make that work. I am guessing that we are going to end up with something that will take a while, but I do not think that it is going to be that easy, we should be considering how things could change.

I think the best thing to do right now would be City to sell him, they could get some good amount of money for him, and they could replace him. Not that you can find someone better than Prime KDB, but this dude is aging and he is leaving when his contract is over anyway, so while it will not be someone who is as good, it is a thing they are required to do. Otherwise, the alternative to that would be keeping KDB for one more season, and lose him for free, and then go find someone else anyway. Remember, these players have age, so even though you may love them, eventually your team must part ways with your favourite player with time.

I don't have much new information regarding one of the Brazilian international players. If this Spurs striker is indeed rumored, I doubt that Richarlison will be willing to leave for the Saudi League in the near future. It is true that Richarlison's performance is not very impressive, but my question is, is Richarlison willing to leave for the Saudi Pro League at his age when he can still play for big European clubs? Moreover, he is still under contract until June 2027. It is unlikely that the Spurt striker will leave for the Saudi League, although it is possible that Richarlison could be interested if he was offered a fantastic salary.

Talking about the Al-Ahli team squad, the truth is that this team needs several newcomers who can be relied on in the team. Not only do they need stickers, but also Al-Ahli needs several newcomers in various positions. As for Richarlison's colleague in the Brazilian national team, Firmino had already joined this club last season. However, his performance was not very effective when he was placed as a center forward. It could be that Firmino doesn't get good support from his teammates. if you only rely on Mahrez, that's no more ideal. At the very least, Al-Ahli needs several wingers whose performance can be relied on. or, they bring in another striker for their squad next season. The reason is, if Al-Ahli does not deepen their squad then they will have difficulty singing Al Hilal and Al Nassr in the new season.

These are just rumors that De Bruyne generated, but I can say that since he spoke about it, it means he thought about it, and does not rule out that this could happen in the future. In the meantime, he remains at City, at least until next summer, then his contract expires and he will have a choice whether to stay and continue his contract with City, or go to another club, perhaps to another championship. Yes, Guardiola said that before leaving the team the players discuss this with him, De Bruyne did not discuss anything, which means that he remains at City.
In an interview, he also spoke or once said that he would be open to offers from the Saudi Arabian League. But maybe what he means is not now but someday when he feels too old to play European football. But now he is 33 years old and actually that is not old enough but he is also not young anymore. So we might still see him at Manchester City in a few seasons or for another season. After that, maybe he will really be open to every offer that comes from Saudi Arabian League clubs.
Currently, De Bruyne may be waiting for talks regarding his contract extension with Manchester City to resume. Because previously it had been delayed because he was injured. And then Manchester City postponed it again until the season ended. And now we are in the transfer market but there is no news regarding this. And speculation about De Bruyne emerged. And this is discussed quite a lot in almost all football news media.
