Didnt expect that Al Ahli would win the match and with this win they have made things a lot complicated in the league. Also didnt expect Al Nassr to drop 2:0 so easily against such a weak team and if they want to win the title they cannot drop points like this.

In this week, we are going to have Al Ahli against Al Etihad and both teams spent lots of money to hire superstar players like Benzema from the top European teams. I think predicting this match can be a little bit hard but since Benzema is still getting injured time after time and he is not in his good form and Al Etihad is not in the good form compared to Al Ahli and according to the past results of both teams, I think Al Ahli got more chance for this match against Al Etihad.

Benzema needs time to return to his best performance. Injured always becomes an obstacle to maintain good performance. It is not only Benzema who experience difficulty to play again with best performance, Pogba and other players also experienced this. However, I'm sure Benzema is likely to play again in his top level after the next few matches. It is not the first time he got injured.

Yes, Al Ahli defeated Al Ittihad, they won and got full points.

As a result, Al Nassr had to share the same points with the Abha team.

Tomorrow, Al Hilal will play a match against Al Akhdood. On paper, Jorge Jesus' squad should easily overthrow their opposing team. although, this match is an away match. ideally, Al Hilal will score at least 2 goals in this match. The extra time in this match is a little longer than usual. But that's a natural right because a lot of time was wasted during the match due to several rest breaks and so on in this match. I really applaud Al-Ahli for being able to continue to maintain their 1 goal lead in this match. Al-Ittihad really looked frustrated in this match. Because Al-ittihad actually played very well. It's just that Al-ittihad really created too many opportunities.

I think this week Al-Hilal will succeed in returning to first place in the standings. Even though Al-Taawoun is currently ranked at the top. But if Al-Hilal can win the match tomorrow. So Al-Hilal will get a total of 23 points and take first place from Al-Taawoun.

The current point difference in the top ranking of the Saudi Pro League is really not much different. So one defeat can change the standings quickly.

Well, it is quite surprising to see a draw got by Al Nassr. They are on fire, they got good results in the last few matches. Actually, they started the match against Abha perfectly but they failed to get full points at the end of the match. I don't understand why they were too difficult to score in second half. I assume Al Nassr players lost focus, they were too hurry to get more goals as well. Finally, they even got conceded goal in minute 90+2, it ruined their leading.

Anyway, Talisca and Otavio played well. Meanwhile Ronaldo couldn't score any goal in the match. Everyone must expect him to score, Al Nassr fans must unsatisfied with him.

You are right, friend, it looks like Al-Ahli will indeed remain the winners in this match and maintain the score at 0-1 due to their (Al-Ahli) advantage. But in my opinion, Al-Ittihad's performance is still the best in this match. It's just that Al-Ahli also has many quality players. It's only natural that this team can beat Al-ittihad.

Depends though, I mean if you offer someone 500 million guaranteed, with potential of 200+ million as a bonus, and that is ONE YEAR, that means even if they are young, they could still end up accepting. Not saying they will accept, just saying it wouldn't be the most stupid thing to do, it could still benefit them. Imagine getting paid just 100 million dollars a year, not what they would accept, but imagine it, they would make 1 billion dollars in 10 years, a lot more with bonuses and such.

Do you think they could make 1 billion dollars in 10 years in Europe? Of course not, the best they could hope for is about 60 million a year, which would be 600 but they would get less with age, however with inflation lets say just 600, that is 400 million difference. I feel like that is a good offer and should be considered as something that would make sense. I know that it is going to be something that will benefit everyone but at the time they are not looking like they would accept this deal.

Karim Benzema, who has just recovered, doesn't seem to be able to return to his maximum performance. And his presence in this match doesn't seem to have much effect. Currently the score is still 0-1 in favor of Al-Ahli. And the minute has entered the 90th minute. So I think Al-Ahli will indeed win this match. And the score looks like it will end with a 1-0 result due to Al-Ahli's advantage. So far Al-Taawoun is actually the most surprising. Because they didn't buy many top European players in the transfer market yesterday. But the quality they have in the game is truly extraordinary. Al-Taawoun continue their positive results in the League and they are now at the top of the standings.

But if Al-Ittihad can win today then Al-Taawoun will remain in 2nd place. But currently Al-ittihad is competing with Al-Ahli. And the score is still 1-0 on Al-Ahli's advantage. But there was still a lot of time remaining so Al-ittihad still had enough time to reply to the goal.

This was really disappointing for the punters and Al Nassr as well because both have the worst injury time which bring game on draw and things gone on wrong way in second half of the match Al Nassr was in completely control, and they try their best for exceeding their lead but sadly fail to have any goal which is surely poor from their standard.

Right now, we have another exciting match between defending champions Al Ittihad vs Al Ahli after 55 minute Al Ahli leading by 1 - 0 which is giving good hopes for the few teams to stay in better way for the top ranks even still we have 35 minutes in this game with one goal can bring them to second spot but Al Hilal can steal this spot as they have one match in hand and their difference of points is just 2 from the leaders Al Taawon.

Al Ettifaq which was doing good reasonable work for staying into top ranks but suddenly in last two games they lost five points which bring them down at seventh spot which is surely concern for the Steven Gerard which is doing good work for having good results in this season in this game against Al Fateh both teams were play on good level but in second half we have improvement from the Al Fateh as they have two hits on goals and both converted into goals which give them win and full three points with this win now they are at the fifth spot in league table.

Odds were reasonable for the Al Ettifaq which give good juice to punters, but sadly their performance was not as expected with things are still not consistent for few teams in this league.

Al-Nassr performed better in the game and deserved to win but were very unlucky to convert most of the chances they created to score more goals, their star player Cristiano Ronaldo couldn't do much to secure a victory, they're lucky it ended with a draw instead of a defeat against Abha, if they had won the game, they would had been in the 2nd place on the table but atleast they're in the 3rd position and still have chance to top the league but that's if they don't drop points.

 I'm suprised that Al-Ahli are currently beating Al-Ittihad 0-1 currently, it was a goal from the former Barcelona midfield Frank Kessie that's put them ahead of Al-Ittihad,  the home team are currently dominating but are finding it difficult to get a reply to the goal scored by Kessie, they're currently in the 2nd half of the game but i believe before the game ends one of their star players would help them get an equalizer.

The first half has just ended, currently Al-Ahli is leading 0-1. I hope Al-Ahli will add to their goals in the second half. Previously, I said that this match would be won by Al-Ahli. However, the opportunity to equalize is still wide open for the home team in the second half. In fact, it is not impossible that they will make a comeback for their victory. In this match, it turned out that Karim Benzema had played again. However, he has not shown his ability to bring his team to equalize and even turn it into a victory for Al Ittihad.

But because in this match I support Al-Ahli, I hope that Firmino can break his deadlock over his push to score a goal. Luckily, Al Ittihad's defense looked very loose so they allowed Kassie to stand free and have free space. In the end, he didn't waste the opportunity he had to score a goal. In this first half, the statistics of the two teams did not show any obvious differences. Likewise with the opportunities that both teams have, even tactically there is no significant difference. So, I'm waiting for the second round to start. and hopefully, Al-Ahli will be able to increase their number of goals and win this match. Well, the second round has begun.

Disappointments were part of every game. Today it has happened with Saudi Arabia Pro League, team Abha have drawn the match against Al-Nassr 2-2. First goal for Al-Nassr came in the 3^rd minute from Otavio and the second came by the 28^th minute from Talisca. Abha got a goal in the 36^th minute from Saad Bguir. The interesting part of the match is the additional time. Karl of Abha made a goal in the additional time and levelled the goal 2-2. Abha is at the lower order on points table and Al-Nassr have moved to 3^rd position with 19 points.

Match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli Saudi are going close as both the teams are equally strong. Al-Ahli player Kessie made a goal in the 31^st minute, end of first half Al-Ahli leads 1-0. Lets see if Al-Ittihad can have a comeback.

One of the ways of sustaining the momentum of current developmental pursuit of the Saudi Pro League is to groom local players. The league cannot depend on foreign players for it's growth. Developing local player will help the league to grow naturally and economically. SPL should grow to the point that European clubs will come to the league to scout for young players This is because I am afraid that these Saudi clubs might not be able to keep paying outrageous fees for players.  

Al Ettifaq was the favorite to win the game considering their past performance, quality player, and coach. The coach Steven Gerrard signed some new players from Europe to add class and quality to the team. While Al Fateh has spent less on players this season. The host team got their first goal in the 64th minute when Dembélé gave them the lead. It looked like the home team would maintain this only goal until they lost concentration and conceded a goal in the 85th minute when the visitors got the first goal by Zelarayán and Djaniny gave Al Fateh the winning goal during the extra time.
