Is Al Hilal the team with the best squad at the moment?
There are seven of Europe's best players coming here, the last being Neymar, Mitrovic and Bono.

Goalkeeper, Bono
At the back we have Koulibaly
Midfielders, Ruben Neves and Savic.
Strikers, Neymar, Mitrovic and Malcom

It's safe to say that this season's championship candidates for the SPL, of course the race will get even more interesting, some other teams can get players during the 10 days before the transfer window closes. Grin

For now we cannot decide which club deserves to win the title  as you said we don't know if any new players will come to this league before the transfer window closes, besides that the defeat of several favorite teams in the last matches can prove that the club with the best squad can be beaten I mean there is no guarantee of winning. so far I'm still monitoring how these teams play because there are some match results that don't make sense, is there any indication of score fixing like the rumors I saw on social media they say because 4 clubs are managed by the same company in one league so they can determine the winner in every match, of course this rumor cannot be confirmed but it is interesting to watch.

The Saudi Pro League is entering its 2nd week and we are already seeing some strange results like Al Nassr lost at home against a mediocre team or Al Hilal drew at their home a few hours ago, Indeed we cannot make a decision without evidence but I personally will be more careful in placing bets since seeing 2 bad results from Al Nassr. Week 3 will start on August 24th Al Ahli will be playing at home against another normal team let's see how the end result will be, hopefully no more surprises lol.

The Saudi league is back with the arrival of other European players and now it is Aleksander Mitrovic's turn to join Al-Hilal. It looks like the saudi league really wants to become one of the world's top leagues if this keeps happening and what they want will gradually be realized. The transfer fee totals over 50 million euros and Mitrovic will be under contract for 3 years. Now Al-Hilal's squad depth is evenly distributed with the presence of other European players, even though only yesterday they introduced Neymar as their star recruit. We will see a new trio from Al-Hillal namely Neymar, Malcom and Mitrovic for this season.

Whenever I see a team with many superstar players and the fans expect to see this team wins all the games in the season and take the championship of the league I can remember how PSG had many famous players in the past and they had the Neymar we are talking about, but in the end, they couldn't get good results that's why I think having superstar player is a good reason to say a team should achieve something.
I also see Al Hilal as one of the biggest spenders in this transfer market. They have spent nearly 200 million euros buying players, more than the top European clubs like Real Madrid, Chelsea, even PSG. Al-Hilal aims to conquer the Saudi Pro League 2023/24 with this lineup. I was also shocked when recently, they asked to buy names that are still at their peak, like Mbappe or Osimhen. Their bags can be called bottomless.

What a waste of a player Mitrovic, i think he can be much more player than he is, and with this movement its like his ended his career. I dont like this kind of transfers, and also come on Alhilal its gonna be a very serious contender with this transfers, Cristiano Ronaldo its not gonna be so happy.
The weirdest thing if fulham was rejecting a lucrative offer from al hilal to get mitrovic. Look at how big the price that offered by al hilal for him. It's very hard to say no or reject it. The main reason why fulham needs to sell him caused by the club needs money.
Fulham can buy another talent with money raised from selling him to the al hilal.

Soon the discussion could turn towards other teams as the performance from the much expected Al-Nassr isn't upto the level. The successive losses have made football fans with memes flowing on Al-Nassr.

Maybe Al-Hilal could be the best squad. We'll get to know better as matches go on. We're at the very beginning of the season. In my understanding some of the much focused teams could leave the race earlier if this is how they play.

What I like about all this is that the Arabs want to get to UEFA by stepping hard, they want to get into the UCL, for me it's not bad, it's super good, but even though it's almost something very impossible, the Arabs are giving a lot of what to speak, they already feel that their league is strong enough to compete against them, it would be great if they joined a championship like this, the truth would surprise me to see a CR7 fighting for a UCL again from a team where It is valued and even more to see Neymar Jr competing, in this case if it happens, I would love to see Al-HIlal vs PSG and Al Nassr vs Man United, how will the reactions be? Anyone who wins would be great, obviously Man United would have to qualify for this competition, for PSG I don't see any problem, because I think Ligue 1 can still be won without the majority of stars.

The Arabs can do a lot with their money, and if they are allowed to have a chance in this competition, I would really take my hat off, it would be something great and it gives it a spice that it should always have, this league is getting very strong, at least It is well above the MLS, where it is being highly criticized, where they say that they are giving everything to a Messi, which I am not aware of, because I don't see those games, I do see the Saudi League game, because there are many stars playing , and the truth is that I see a very good future for this.

I hope they can achieve it, for me it would be great, because the mere fact that they can do something great with the Arab teams would be of great Importance , it gave me a good impression of Qatar, when Saudi Arabia gave the big hit, where they beat them to the world champions, there many bets were lost, I even think that some Arabs bet against and lost, for that reason is that this football for me is one of the best, and in a short time its Level has Increased , Really  "  El Bicho" opened the Doors of this league to make it more Famous , there is already a Neymar Jr who will also put on a good show Without a Doubt.

It seems to me that if they are given an opening in the Champions League, a lot of people will immediately suspect something amiss. I mean that they will pay money. Not so long ago Guardiola spoke about the bad words towards the Saudi League and said, "Why are you all so negative, you say that the Saudis are killing football, but when they come to you with money, you politely roll out the red carpet for them?" I think it would be the same here if UEFA allowed them to play in such tournaments

I feel like they should just let the team play however they should play like Ronaldo is not even there, like there is some random striker there that any team could have. In that situation Ronaldo would shine a lot more. However, we need to remember that this team is doing badly right now with two losses in a row and they should be quite careful about it without a doubt. I am not saying that they are going to do terrible, but they are definitely not helping their case at all.

Ronaldo may not be the person responsible for this, but he is certainly not making it look good for them neither, thank God that they won that cup recently to show the world that they are not terrible, they still possess at least some talent, but they need to recover quickly.

Al Nassr were absolutely unfortunate in the game against Al Taawoun. It was a difficult and challenging time for the Knights of Najd. They dominated the game and had everything within their grasp, but they failed to capitalize on goal-scoring opportunities. Cristiano Ronaldo and some significant players returning to the club and starting gave gamblers complete hope, and the majority of them placed their bets in favor of the home team, only to wake up and discover that Al Nassr had lost 2 nil to Al Taawoun. Two games, two losses; it's a losing streak for them, but they'll try to recover in their next game, because fans have started complaining.

LOL.. I don't know what is going wrong with Al-Nassr FC. They have some of the best players in the world, but that is not being reflected in their performances. And this time, Al Nassr doesn't have any excuses. They had all of their regular players in the XI, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Talisca, Marcelo Brozović and Sadio Mané. And they lost to a team (Al-Taawoun) that finished much below them during the previous season. I have a feeling that the Al Nassr manager (Luís Castro) needs to work on improving team bonding and cohesion.

The answer is simple and Al Nasr just needs some time.
But the other possibility for Al Nasr is to have the same problem PSG had when they had players like Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe in their team.
Currently, the best they can do is to find weaknesses and give this team some time.

Sometimes it's not about having the best players in a team, it's about playing in with a good composure and team spirit and i feel they got carried away by their win against their arch rival Al-Hilal in the Asia Club championships trophy and the really need to bounce back sooner than later, because their rivals Al-Hilal are still in the process of strengthening their squad depth thereby making the competition more tough for Al-Nassr.
They need to start converting chances and quit depending on only Ronaldo for goals, yes the team is built around him but they've got quality players that could deliver when he's not featured in a match, anyways the transfer window is still on and since they're not affect by any FFP rule they still got time to discover their weaknesses and strengthen any area of the squad depth that needs to be strengthened, it's a good to dominate a game and it's another thing to score goals and win it, because when you fail to win the dominating the game is worthless, it's winning the game that matters more to get a point.

Currently Al Hilal is playing against Al Fehia. 45 minutes have been played. The score at the end of the first half is 1-1. Al Hilal has been the dominating team in terms of position in this match. They have 74% of possession. They have also been the dominating team overall in this match. I think at the end of the match, Al Hilal is going to be the winner. I am actually a little surprised to see the match being competitive in terms of goalscoring. I thought Al Hilal will win the match easily.

Al Ittihad is playing against Al Ta’ee. The match is goalless so far. The halftime break is also going on in this match. Al Ittihad should be able to be victorious at the end of the match. I also think that they are going to break the deadlock.
Al Hilal needs to keep their winning streaks this new season, they're keen on keeping good records this season. While watching Al Hilal's spectacular performances, it occasionally bothers me how the visitors first net a goal. Al Hilal continues to dominate the game in both the first and second halves. They have an excellent chance of winning, but let's fictitious that unfortunate circumstance is preventing them from scoring. In the game, Al Fayha maintains a defensive strategy toward Al Hilal. It's the 58th minute, and there's still time for us to comprehend a goal.

Today Al Hilal and Al Ittihad will play at home and of course, Al Hilal and Al Ittihad are very favorites to win and that is also reflected in the odds available to them which are very low at this moment. For me personally, maybe I will no longer make any predictions and analyzes for them, because of course they can be sure to get three points in this match.

But yeah, if I had to bet with an asian handicap option like -2.5, then maybe I'd be a little hesitant. Because yes, even though they can win for sure but still, to win 3-0 is probably not an easy result either. At least, that also happened in the Al Ahli match in last night match which only ended 3-1 and thus, winning 3-0 remains a result that is not easy to get for Al Hilal and Al Ittihad in today match, but even so at least the chance for them to win big is still there.

If it is measured by his performance and age today, Ronaldo is not worthy of getting that much salary, what you say is true about Ronaldo.
Like not paying for his abilities or games in Lapanagan but you pay the legendary main role activity, which has a lot of experience and popularity, that is what makes it expensive, because this is actually what is actually sought by the Saudi Arabian League.

Maybe after they have prestige and popularity that is equivalent to European leagues, they will think realistically to renew their more credible players and do not cost much for such people, we just watch it until when the teams who buy top players with Expensive prices will survive by paying players at fantastic prices, we just need to wait.
Of course they had done in-depth research before recruiting Ronaldo and paying him a fantastic salary. I think Ronaldo is the icon of their campaign to revive the popularity of the Saudi League. And maybe your opinion is right, that if the football magnet is directed towards Arabs then the clubs there will be more realistic.

It made no sense for Alexander Mitrovic to continue playing for Fulham. I thought he could sign for Chelsea or Liverpool but the big clubs in England were a bit indifferent to him. If you take Haaland out of the English Premier League, there was no other striker as productive as him last season (Playing for Fulham is not as easy as playing for better clubs). I think Al-Hilal are making a very good signing. Alexander Mitrovic is a great striker who can add depth to Al-Hilal's game plan. He has more than enough experience to keep Al-Hilal in the title race.

Al nassr was just facing back to back lost. It's a very hard situation for ronaldo. He feels so desperate about it. Al nassr probably got two chances for penalty, but the referee didn't care about that. The fans were going so crazy and they booed him during the match. We are still far away from the middle of season. I do believe al nassr will able to come back stronger. I didn't even expect how taawoun was able performing so well during the match.
Ronaldo has been trying so hard in scoring for nassr but i can understand if he is not lucky enough. It's so strange to see how the fans were not even supporting him.
Nassr will come back soon. The club needs to bounding.
The fans were disappointed with the performance that they were chanting the name of Messi. They know that this season in the Saudi League will be tougher due to how much the other clubs have invested in bringing top European players to their team. Al Nassr cannot continue to loose games, the pressure will be on Cristiano Ronaldo  to reassure the supporters of the club that he is capable of filling that position, or the club will look to bring in a player that they know can to join Ronaldo if the supporters continue to put pressure on them. Ronaldo has to justify the big paycheck he earns from Al Nassr.
That's how football goes, when players don't match what is expected then they will always criticize or even boo them, which is natural.
This is the beginning of their journey, 2 defeats are not good, but that does not mean they will not be able to rise in the next match. Especially now that the league is becoming more competitive, it will obviously be difficult to compete there.
This is the responsibility of all, do not make the defeat of a club to scapegoat one player alone. That's not good, and they must realize that.

This chanting of Messi gets even more intense when Messi scores goal after goal in the MLS while Ronaldo's club Al-Nassr loses games. It's funny because they know that this is the one thing that Ronaldo can't deny. Messi won the World Cup, Messi won the Ballon d’Or more often and Messi also won the Copa America, which is equal to the European Championship in a sense. If they now chant Messi's name it is kind of bad mannered, but I find it funny and a guy with the ego of Ronaldo should be able to cope with it.

Ronaldo's team lost 2-0 in this match against Al Nassr vs Al Taawoun. Al Nassr has been a strong team this season but their poor performance is really disappointing. The fact that they started losing matches like this at the beginning of the season is not a great sign for them at all. They lost two matches each and could not increase their points in the points table this season instead they are still at the bottom of the table with 0 points. But Al Nassr must prepare well otherwise they may not win the match, so all players must improve their game to win the match.

The world is watching as Ronaldo is playing for Al-Nassr. The league itself gained popularity in a much larger scale once after Ronaldo signed contract with Al-Nassr. Such a team with popular players experiencing consecutive loses were much into discussion. The blame for the loss is much upon Talisca for missing a much closer opportunity to make a goal. After the Arab Club Championship Trophy winning Al-Nassr could've got boost with the performance. Things weren't the same and Al-Nassr need to make something to win matches.

Tomorrow we will see a match Al Hilal vs Al Fayha, will Neymar will play in this match and become his first debut in Saudi Arabia? he's a midfielder according to Al Hilal's squad data. Sadly I can't view the line up, usually in top league the line up will shown up few days before the match happen.

I think it's exciting to see there's a match between teams that imported European players and meet each other.

As I said in the previous post, for the Saudi Pro League competition, it is quite difficult for us to see the line-up predictions for the teams that will play.  but when referring to other top European players, usually they will immediately be played as the main starter. so, I'm pretty sure that Neymar will immediately be played as a main starter.
referring to what you said, is it not wrong if Neymar is included in the midfielder category according to Al Hilal squad data. I think there was an error regarding the data, because if I refer to references that can be my reference, Neymar is included in the striker data.

Well, in this match it could be that Neymar will play as a center forward. because, in the previous match it seemed that Malcom suffered an injury. but if Malcom is not seriously injured, it means that the center forward position will be filled by him. while Neymar, can be played in various positions depending on the needs of his team. to find out more, we'll find out soon when the game starts.
Talking about the Al Hilal vs Al Fayha match, on paper Al Hilal will win this fight. after all, Al Fayha is not a strong team in this competition. but if you refer to the H2H meeting of the two teams, Al Fayha often provides resistance to Al Hilal. but in this fight, I'm pretty sure Al Hilal will overthrow his challenger team without difficulty. on condition, Malcom was not injured. because he only relies on Neymar, it is not certain that he can adapt well right away. the point is, Al Hilal will overthrow Al Fayha with a landslide score.

It's very strange they just got the Trophy in the Arab Cup a few weeks ago and now they also failed to win in the first two games of the season which cost them six points and now they are bottom of the table. Indeed, from this defeat we can conclude that there are still those who do not understand that a team must be balanced (there is no point in buying only strong strikers if they are weak in defense) and most importantly the key element is the coach, because if you buy a superstar and make him do what he wants, others will do the same.

Ronaldo should not be the only one who has the ambition to score goals. but the other front lines must also have the ambition to score goals as well. If only hoping for Ronaldo is indeed difficult, for defenders, Al Nassr is still not strong. Al Nasar must bring in a classy defender like Sergio Ramos, the front line is already good, only the back line remains and Al Nassr must buy goalkeeper David De Gea because he is currently a free agent.
