The league becomes more attractive with quick growth and more star players from Europe. However, it is not big like Premier League as Saudi Professional League still has less star players than Premier League. In addition, it is not only about player names but also more important about how they perform.

In reality, star players from Europe joined Saudi Professional League when they are older and about more than 30s. They are no longer able to play as same as years ago, before joining the league, when they were younger and could play better. It's very big difference if we consider their real contributions for clubs.
