Tuchel needs more than a striker and Kane only helps him to solve a lack of world class striker in Bayern Munich. In other positions in the squad, he can find a good piece to use Mane with it. He can if he want and Mane can do his tasks well if it is not a striker position.

There are many considerations and risks if the club wants to sign him as a player for example, performance decreases due to age and injury susceptibility obviously things like this are avoided by the club unless the club just wants to capitalize on his fame. Sadio Mane has taken the right steps in choosing a club in the Saudi Pro League and he still earns a decent salary for at least the next 3 years, not sure he would get the same wages if he joined another europa club.
