It seems that the goal of the wealthy club owners in the Saudi Pro League to make their league more famous, not better, will become a reality. After successfully bringing in Ronaldo, it has been confirmed that Karim Benzema will go to Al Ittihad and several other players who were also rumored a few months earlier to go to Saudo Pro Liga also seems to be following in Karim Benzema's footsteps, the money they are offering is quite fantastic so for the players it will be very nice to be able to play in a league whose competition schedule is not as busy as in Europe but the pay is bigger because many achievements have been achieved, it's time to start a career with a schedule that is not too tight because of course their energy is not what it used to be.
Of course the main reason for the rich club owners in the Saudi Pro League is to make the Arab league more famous by bringing in star players. It could be that not only two star players (Messi and Benzema) joined C. Ronaldo in the Arab League but it could even be five or six at once like (Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and even Neymar Jr or Sergio Ramos).

Obviously money is not an obstacle for the owners of big Saudi Arabian clubs to pay them-they are double their current salary in European clubs and that will be Saudi Arabia's efforts to promote and advance the football industry there. which indirectly will also make it easier for Saudi Arabia to become the bidding choice for the 2030 FIFA WORLD CUP Host along with Egypt and Greece.
Before Cristiano Ronaldo no one was talking about this Saudi Professional League but now suddenly one of the hottest topic in soccer industry is this league which is surely good for the soccer fans and players as well because Rich Arabs are now going to invest into their own leagues after having historic success in Qatar world cup 2022 with now many other Gulf region countries are working on their structure and wants to have the best facilities for the soccer players which attract them right now Saudi Arab is hottest in sports because they are trying to change their image and just because of this investing huge funds in sports.

Recently we have too many big names from the European clubs those are in list for joining Saudi league even mostly are near their retirement and also having their best but still this is good turn for them because from here players will be able to have their dream income and Saudis will be able to have good quality into their league for next few years.

I am sure that in the future there will be many star players who will join the Arab League because the offer of the salary they give is very difficult to refuse

CR7 is an opening for star players to play in the Saudi Arabian league, besides that if the Arab league continues to consistently carry out their plans then their target of making the Arab league one of the best leagues in the world will be achieved

It's not just the salary that matters. European clubs have a habit of mistreating their players. Cristiano Ronaldo was mistreated by Manchester United and now Lionel Messi is being mistreated by Paris Saint-Germain. Given this, it doesn't surprises me that a lot of these players are migrating to the Arab clubs. From what I heard, Al-Hilal has almost finalized their deal with Messi, which will be announced very shortly. There is no confirmation yet, as Messi's wife (Antonela Roccuzzo) is against the idea of shifting her residence to the Arab country.

Karim Benzema's Al Ittihad deal confirmed. The striker left Real Madrid and joined Al Ittihad of the Saudi League. Not only Karim Benzema has joined the Saudi league from Europe, there are also chances of several famous players. Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos are expected to join the Saudi league later on. Since Messi's situation is almost uncertain, but Sergio Ramos is very likely to join the Saudi league. So after Karim Benzema, maybe Sergio Ramos will be far ahead in the direction of the Saudi League.

I wasn't surprised hearing that Karim Benzema would be joining his former teammate at Saudi Arabia. The moment Ronaldo went to that league it was obvious other top stars would want to taste the fortune he's making at the league while just enjoying himself. What differentiates Ronaldo from the rest of the stars that'll be joining the league is that Ronaldo still wants to win titles and cups, he still wants to compete but this other players are just joining the Saudi Arabia league to retire from football and be on pension.

The league isn't competitive so it's the perfect retirement ground. But then many will be disappointed when they realize they've Ronaldo and they'll have to compete with him or it'll look bad for them because Ronaldo will always be on top of his game. Karim Benzema made the smart choice to choose Saudis league. He has won everything there's to win so there's no need playing at the top of the league but give room for younger generation to play.

Before Cristiano Ronaldo was signed to the Saudi Arabian League, the league had been very unpopular view from from world football audience who weren't from Saudi Arabia but because of Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival at the club in the country, millions people all of the word now watch the league and having seen the effect of bringing top players to the league weather young or old, Saudi clubs will continue to make such signings to boost the number of audience
The Saudi Arabian League currently seems to be an attraction for world star players to accept their offers because Teams from Saudi Arabia offer quite fantastic salaries and it is even difficult for players to refuse. Even Lionel Messi is very much associated with Al Hilal after Al Hilal offered a pretty fantastic salary for Lionel Messi, but for now there is no certainty whether he will accept or reject it.  well, recently benzema has officially accepted an offer from the saudi arabia club as currently reported but there has been no official announcement from the al ittihad club.

Well, more and more star players are joining the Saudi Arabian League, of course, the Saudi Arabian League will slowly be able to steal the attention of the football world the progress of the Saudi Arabian team in bringing in star players. I believe that next season the Saudi Arabian League competition will be even more competitive in the race for the title and I also hope that if Lionel Messi goes to Saudi Arabia maybe I will not miss a single match played by them next season.

Yep, I read on some top media that Benzema already accepted the offer from Al Ittihad. It means he will play in Saudi Pro League, he will compete for the title in the same league as Ronaldo. It will be interesting who will be the top scorer in Saudi Pro League in the next season. If Messi also moves to Saudi, there are 3 top players who will be the candidates for the top scorer (Ronaldo, Messi, Benzema).

By the way, I already heard the news that Ramos is likely to move to Saudi but I don't know in which team he will play. But for Messi, I assume it is too many rumors about him. So, it is unclear whether he really wants to move to Saudi or he will join another team in Europa. I also read the news that Messi is possible to return to Barcelona.

Here's list of players that have been linked to the arabian club

1. Benzema
2. Ramos
3. Messi
4. Busquets
5. Modric
6. Who's next?

Benzema has been deciding to follow ronaldo to go to the ittihad while modric has been also receiving very big contract from unnamed club. I hope that will be revealed soon like benzema which has been getting offer from ittihad.

So many players with big names come to the spl. That's good. Messi is likely the next one.

Messi moving to Saudi Arabia league will make football very interesting meeting  with Ronaldo that is already in the league,  it will just like the  days in Barcelona and Real Madrid when we had this two players. This fight again between this two players again in this their advance  era of  their career will be fun to see.

Regarding the Messi news, there is a lot of news that is confusing. in fact, we cannot confirm its validity. So, I'm only referring to the journalist Fabrizio Romano. he said in his tweet, Jorge Messi had met Barcelona President Laporta. "Leo wants to return to Barcelona and I want to see him return to Barca". "Barca's move was a definite choice" added Jorge Messi.

And the new tweet, Barcelona has not been able to make a formal offer to Messi in the meeting. whereas, both parties feel that time is running out.. but Laporta and Jorge Messi have decided to take a few hours to see if there is a "creative" solution in the meantime, Leo's decision-making process is already continuing.
So, will Messi return to Barcelona, or will he accept an offer from Al Hilal. so, all of this becomes very hot news even very later. if, Messi eventually moved to Al Hilal. that means, the competition for the top clubs of the Saudi Pro League will be even more exciting because there are three stars who are both having careers at top Saudi clubs. let's wait, because this is quite interesting.

Ramos and Messi makes sense, Ramos wasn't even wanted at PSG and Messi left the club, but Messi may end up at Barcelona too, they are trying to find the finances to handle it, if they can do that maybe he goes back to Barcelona, that would make more sense, if not then yeah sure he might leave too. But Modric doesn't seem like it would happen, he is still contracted to Madrid isn't he? He had his extension as far as I can remember, if not then maybe we will discuss but I have never seen that outside of here, first time I am hearing it. Saudi league could try to do all of this as much as they can, but with this much money spending, they would spend a billion dollars to build a team that would be old has beens and not really going to be that much talent. Not saying they would be bad, but even if not now, then in a few years these are going to be 40 year old players, that's not really going to be a good long term plan. If they want to attract these older big names first so they can get 25 year old good players, that's not really going to work, just because Benzema went there at 36, doesn't mean Mbappe will go there at 25, not possible.

Am I the only one who thinks that Saudi will likely one day if not in the nearest future shift big attention to themselves when it comes to football. Don't think it is difficult for them to do. If Messi by any chance joins Ronaldo there, you will not imagine what their viewing time or  watch hour will look like.
There television rights, market, tourism and many more will boost in the Saudi League.  Benzema is almost there, let's wait for the official announcement.

Nothing is impossible but it will take some time, maybe two to three decades for the Saudi League to get the desired attention. The political structure of every nation will always affect every aspect of the country including the sports sector. Football will not grow in an authoritarian political space where clubs and the football association will not be given the freedom to make viable policies and implement them without fear of sanctions or intimidation. Saudi Arabia has the money to promote the league to any level but the political, religious, and social conditions of the country will be the biggest barrier. The Chinese league also tried the same approach some years ago but it didn't prosper as expected because of unfavorable conditions.

I might be wrong but it seems the Real Madrid legend Luka Modric wants to end his career in the club. I think he is guided by passion and respect for the club. Even Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Luka will stay in Bernabeu till next year.

Saudis are doing few good things as they invested in UEFA clubs and now using their influence and sources for having quality in their own league which is surely going to have big impact in near future even still many are feeling conditions and quality is big problem but as they are invested hopefully all will be under control for them with this all their league surely going to have big impact in Asia as well which will encourage many other leagues to pay intention to their leagues for improvement as well.

Ronaldo, Benzema and Budquets are surely big players with many more are in talks and things could be clear in near future which will have good for the league and without any doubt huge funds for these players as well most chances this league could be improved their fanbase and their media rights could be also given them good money as they are invested for these players.

Yes, the Saudis are making smart steps (probably easy, with an infinite amount of money, but still). People love loud signs even without a big sporting background, as we see, for example, in absolutely moronic exhibition fights that have no sporting meaning, but at the same time gather a huge audience.
By the way, I would like to see how the world would react if the Saudis were able to lure the most prime players into their championship - for example, Mbape and Haaland. What would the Champions League and just Europe look like without these monsters?

It seems that Messi will represent the champion of this country next year. Then we are going to have another titanic battle between Messi and Ronaldo. But Ramos is also leaving PSG, I wouldn't be surprised if we see him back in a team from this country next season. But where? With Messi in a team or with Ronaldo? He has played with both for a while now, with Ronaldo longer. It takes some getting used to for Ronaldo that he has not become champion. Why don't they get more of these types of players in these countries?
Considering that the money he will spend on Messi will be high, I think Ramos is more likely to play with Ronaldo. Messi and Ronaldo can fight again in the best two teams in the Saudi Arabian league. If that happens, I remember the races of Real Madrid and Barcelona in the years. It can be a race that motivates each other. For both of them, next year may be a year of enjoyable matches.

Have you heard the latest rumors regarding Messi moving to Al Hilal the Saudi league? This rumor has not been confirmed by Messi however local news sites continue to publish about this, reportedly Messi was offered a contract 3x higher than what Ronaldo got and I can't imagine if this news actually happens next season, obviously this is  El Clasico saudi League version.
PSG star Lionel Messi has heard several information about his transfer this season, but so far no confirmed news has been received from Messi. PSG manager Christopher Galtier has confirmed that two-year signing Lionel Messi is likely to make a move within the next two months. In this case, Al Hilal, a top club in Saudi Arabia, raised the highest market price for his transfer. Al Hilal raised the market price of $1.2 billion for Messi, which is the highest market price ever recorded. Messi has so far not given any positive or negative answer to Al Hilal's offer.

If you think about it, Messi doesn't have much choice because in retirement, no European club wants to sign him because of financial constraints
So the saudi league should be the right solution moreover he has competitors there like Ronaldo and Benzema who are rumored to be moving to the saudi league
this month the transfer window will open we will see the news there, hoping for more surprises next season.
Messi visit to Saudia is surly having a purpose behind it he has not even taken permission for his club before going to saudia.

Saudi Arabia are doing well attracting these players to their country to play in their local league, if they continue like this, in a few years from now, their local league will become important and watched by people in other continents.

So many players with big names come to the spl. That's good. Messi is likely the next one.
First Cristiano Ronaldo moving to Saudi Arabia to play in their league greatly influenced how people viewed the league and increase the interest people had in the league. If Lionel Messi decides to join him in Saudi Arabia in another rival club it will further increase any interest people had in the league as it will attract the fans of Lionel Messi as it attracted the fans of Cristiano Ronaldo.
