Humans are just not that powerful. Any time puny humans think they are stronger than the planet, the planet sends a reminder of giving some natural calamities. So saving the planet can save your life too. Our planet is at breaking point but it is not too late to save it. A crash of natural systems is not something any central bank can easily fix. We have to fix it on it's own way not in our way.

I mean let's say that global warming is real (this is for the naive that actually think that global warming is myth). I would really think that saving the planet lies in the hands of everyone who actually live in it. We humans have become rampant in this planet and we abused her to the point that she is dying. We haphazardly produce things that create and add poison in the environment. We shouldn't rely on the government to clean up the planet, it's like assigning blame to someone else when we ourselves are the suspects.
Our planet must be save from green House gases.

Planet earth is the only planet that human can exist. It is very important to save planet for the better future.
Of course we need to save our planet because we are the one who destroy it and probably the one who will save it also. we need to think now not only for ourselves but also for the future..

Nothing is going to happen to the planet, but the living beings (especially the humans) may get affected adversely. Things can't go on like this forever. Sooner or later, we need to realize that we have exploited the planet beyond the tolerable threshold.

The enormity of global warming can be daunting and dispiriting. What can one person, or even one nation, do on their own to slow and reverse climate change? The first challenge is eliminating the burning of coal, oil and, eventually, natural gas.
Our best bet to remedy all these things is by going solar power in everything that uses power and to do that we need to maximize the efficiency of solar cells so that they can use a lot of sun's energy which is going to waste most of the time.
Yes we need to save the planet.we need to start saving our mother nature and mother nature can save the planet.

The undeniable truth is that we continue to do great damage to the planet and we haven’t learnt how to grow our economy without harming nature. In the past 50 years, truly a blink of an eye compared to the more than 2 million years of our species’ history, we have seen an exponential acceleration of the unsustainable and wasteful use of natural resources.

Until now, global warming and pollution's are the main problem not only in my country but also around the world. In my opinion, We must save it individually, belong with the government and many companies. We must took care our planet earth before its to late. Because this is the only thing we have and if we did not we can get through to many tragedy. We can save planet earth by doing a small things such as segregate biodegradable, non-biodegradable and plastic or maybe we can throw are garbage( candy wrapper, bubble gum, plastic bag etc) in a proper trash can. Maybe, if we have a lot time we can join in any organization promoting on saving our mother earth.
The question is not so much do we save the planet or not ...
Planet's been here before us and will (almost certainly) be there after us.
We dont have to be philatropist or generous people.

. I think basically if left to our own devices humans will destroy the environment completely including ourselves. However I do feel some optimism, because I think the exponential rates of change within certain technologies could be what saves us from completely making our own home uninhabitable. However it wouldn't surprise me to see many species die off and extreme changes and events. At this point that seems pretty much inevitable.
Other species will continue to become extinct, as long as the human population increases. The humans are pushing out the animals and birds from their habitat and converting the forests and grass-lands to plantations and agricultural croplands.
I am truly appreciate your site, This site features are very amazing.
People who said not our very selfish and stupid people. I love our habitat and that's why I don't burn plastics and I never throw garbages anywhere but only in the trash can. We can save the planet by just doing those small things so let us help each other.
