Yikes, good luck! There are probably a bunch of accounts watching you and trying to get you the last merits. Hopefully they don't accidentally ruin your scores.
Anyway, if someone ruins it, it's only 1111 merit for another cool record.
Chances are slim, but possible! A good dose of coordination/luck required to attain such.

However, I took previously another screenshot, which makes me feel even more happy: in that screenshot I captured the moment when I reached a number of merits greater than the number of posts

now only the goals to break/reach the respective thousand marks remain

So will try to be more active to save them here first before you also and flash @Ratimov who usually takes these chances when other misses.
