But you guys continue on with your witch hunt that after a year and a half has not done any favour to investors.
If this is a witch hunt, that makes you the witch.

The massive warnings on this forum made several of your latest scam-attempts fail, and stopped you from stealing much more than you did already.

Dean is worried as without too much effort I have 2 solid leads on his dox and a 3rf lead with multiple people who played poker with him, already discounted a further casino slightly further away from then genting, it won’t take long to get his full dox.

He also offered to meet me when I visit Edinburgh if I post a selfie outside the genting casino, so seems like he is willing to meet creditors, although I feel it’s a fake offer any UK or EU members PM dean and see if he is willing to make thinly veiled threats to you as well

 Grin Grin Grin

you are a idiot.

everyone will see on the 12th if you got me I guess eh.
I already know the address you think you have.
If I cared to I would be able to find you much faster than you could find me.

Dean,

You are responsible for the situation you're in right now.  Not JollyGood or TMAN or RHaver or the "hackers" or anyone else.  Just you.

If your goal is to make everyone whole, I suggest putting more time into that instead of trying to play the victim while being a dick all the time.  It's just not working.

Oh look, another retard in the forum that can't read. If you were an investor you would know all the effort. They all have been emaild and spoken to. This thread has no investors. Just idiots like you. That's why there's no apologies or showing next plans. You would all be trying to stop them before I can start anyway.
Token holders and people who had funds on BetKing have all been contacted and know what I'm doing to try and make things right.
Which again just for the people who fail to be able to read.....I have no debt to these people. I have no legal obligations to them.
But you guys continue on with your witch hunt that after a year and a half has not done any favour to investors.

You'll find that nearly all investors have been reluctant to come forward, partly from a false hope of being repaid someday but also the systematic way that Dean intimidates and silences anyone who has spoken up.
Could you elaborate a little more on that? I wonder what sort of power he uses to silence the people? Definitely sounds like a criminal to me.

Nearly every message and post on these forums is aimed towards gaslighting.

In no particular order, there's lying- reading back through these forums I've found cases where his private and public messages completely conflict (some even sent on the same day), meaning that both he and I know that he's not telling someone the truth.

Then there's blame-shifting- he has a long list of perceived enemies that he'll go on about in extended rants. Everyone is against him, primarily everyone on this forum, but also the investors who were too selfish to pour in more money after all their money disappeared.

He works hard at instilling a feeling of powerlessness- many people have tried to give him constructive suggestions which he quickly rejects ("wouldn't work/tried it before") and then turns back to his enemies list. Powerlessness also comes from the "nobody should sue me because others have tried and failed and there's no money". See also "If you come forward and seek help or speak the truth, I'll put you on the enemies list and you will never get repaid". The language he used in this forum was something like "you'll go to the back of the line" or the "end of the list".

He avoids responsibility for what he did but instead goes ballistic on anyone who even hints at "something's not right here". Even the bare minimum of an apology showing genuine remorse would have earned him so much goodwill because people are quick to forgive in my experience.

Yes... 1000% start making a concerted effort to not be a cunt, start making payments or build a small fund with a trusted escrow and I’ll leave you be. If not the TMAN will do all. In my power to make you unhappy

No not against the rules. Doesn't sound like a threat, they didn't post your Dox on a board outside of Scam accusations. Just sounds like a lunch date with Tman, lucky girl. He even gave you a nice little nickname, the flirt he is.

What is against forum rules is multi-posting. So your post may get deleted for that reason unless you feel like editing and merging. Proabably small on your list of things to not worry about.

I can save you time. There is no debt to be repaid. There's also a group who already tried to sue, a year ago, who gave up because their lawyers said there was no case, the same as my lawyers said a year ago too.

I would find it unlikely that a group "tied to sue", but didn't because "their lawyers said there was no case", and you, as a defendant would know these facts. A defendant would not typically be privy to conversations between someone who is suing you and their lawyers, and I cannot imagine a situation in which you would know that a group of people was considering suing you but ending up not doing so on the advice of their lawyers.

This sounds like you are blowing smoke to me.

I have telegram logs of it. I'm not going to post anything from it obviously I have proof of them taking legal action and I know it got nowhere. But keep speculating.

What would help all your guys case is to have someone post proof of being scammed.
Proof of purchase of BKB, proof of them owning tokens (get them to send you 1 token), proof of emails/telegram chat.
Where are all these guys supporting your claims? Why is there no token holders in here?
Jollygood has started 7+ threads in this forum in the past year and a half.
Not a single person has posted since then.

What's even better is all the claims and any questions non token holders had have all been answered by me in these threads many many times. But no one listens and then just posts to bury it deliberately.
You can easily search through them.

It would also help your case if you could actually read or do basic research too. Start with maybe the initial ICO thread, not some bums misquote of it.

Pretty sure this has to be against forum rules no?

If you asked my opinion, it sounds like you are trying to delay getting sued until after the statute of limitations on your debts expires.

I have no idea if what your various investors claim they are owed by you are debts that a court will enforce, but my belief is they would if a lawsuit is filed within the statute of limitations. Your apparent intimidation elsewhere in this thread, and other history makes me believe that it would probably be best for any potential creditors to file a lawsuit sooner rather than later regarding any debts you may have defaulted on.

The ridiculous "Many businesses fail every day. Don't invest what you can't afford to lose" line is not going to save him in any criminal or civil lawsuit. <>
Businesses do fail every day, and creditors often do not go after debts from failed businesses if there is no money to collect because it often is expensive to initiate a lawsuit to even attempt to collect.

If Dean were to make creditors believe there is no money to collect now, but there may be future income that will repay debts in the near future, creditors may not want to sue in court to try to collect. If there is money to be collected, it would be in creditors to file a lawsuit sooner rather than later to protect against the money being spent.

Regarding him hoping to delay any action against until a statutory time limit has expired, that will not apply to this situation because he is a UK citizen holding a British passport and there is no such statutory time related issues in UK law. The Proceed of Crime Act 2002 is the section of UK law (especially the money laundering part) which will most probably be used against him and a successful prosecution always leads to jail time.<>
I am not familiar with this law. If this is a law that may result in Dean being criminally charged, this will probably not help any of his creditors if he is charged many years from today.Criminal courts often also have a longer "reach" than civil courts, as a criminal court in a location may have jurisdiction over a case that a civil court does not.

If one of Dean's creditors were to sue him to enforce the debt, they need to sue in a specific jurisdiction that depends on potentially a number of factors. If the terms of the debt do not specify what jurisdiction's court can hear any disputes related to the debt, a court with jurisdiction over the location of which the debt was incurred can likely hear a case. However the "location" of where a debt was incurred is frequently a more difficult question than it sounds. Different jurisdictions have different statutes of limitations as to when creditors can be sued, and if you sue in the incorrect jurisdiction, the statute of limitations may have expired by the time you find out that court cannot hear your case.

My suggestion is for anyone owed a substantial amount of money to hire a lawyer ASAP to get advice regarding possibly suing to collect on what you are owed.

Everyone in any of these BK scam threads are totally clueless. I guess it's just a case of trying to make drama out of nothing and trolling out of boredom.

You are trying to extort me. Your 6 degrees also don't work in this case either. I know that for a fact.
I don't even owe money to Loyce (he also doesn't even have any tokens) so you just wasted 1 satoshi. I heard that could be worth $1 million some day.

Where's my lie?

I purchased a debt, there is no extortion.
6 degrees of separation does work

your lie - your contradiction -

You won't find an address for me on their system (or anywhere) Wink
??
But please please make sure you get my dox off that casino because I'll be able to sue them and refund people with the money from that.

Please catch up here Dean. As a gesture of goodwill I will sell the debt back to Loyce for the 1sat purchase price if the debt is made good with him in full.

how does that sound?

That's not a contradiction. Maybe I could have said it better. You won't get my address off them, or anyone. That is 100% fact.
But you might get an address and name off them which would be breaking the law, if it was the casino or staff members giving it.

Anyway. Done now. Got actual work to do.
