Game Protect was recently approached by an UK lawyer who is expert for Bitcoin enforcement and we likely can enforce the crypto currencies scam artist Dean Nolan has scammed!

Please elaborate. What is the latest with your UK lawyer?
I don't think you should be taking him seriously. Recently, he is spamming all the casino-related cases with the same UK lawyer stuff. I'm not sure if any of them are solved by Game-Protect. I'd be happy to see scammer Dean Nolan behind the bars but Game-Protect certainly isn't capable of doing that.

Now that serial scammer Dean Nolan has made a new "announcement" about the trash betking website, if anybody wants they can still contact me with any information that might help in bringing a police case against this serial scammer.

BetKing Investor Updates - BKB Staking and BKT changes

In February we released a new token on the EOS blockchain (BKT) and airdropped the tokens to thousands of EOS accounts.
The intention was to use this as marketing to bring many new players after seeing the, alleged, success that some new on chain betting platforms had.

The airdrop wasn't a success and we have had very few players deposit from the airdrop or even play using EOS resulting in old ICO investors having their token (BKB) value diluted.
The new updates to the website did see an increase of players using Bitcoin and Ethereum who had previously played on BetKing and the site is much better for players now.
However, there is the worry that BKB holders could have to wait a long time to see a return due to the amount of BKT tokens in airdropped accounts that could be dumped at a far lower price than what BKB was worth.

As a result we will be making changes to the BetKing website that will benefit BKB and BKT holders.

BKT (EOS BetKingToken) changes
From August the 1st we will disable deposits of the EOS BKT token to the BetKing website.
We will contact Newdex, Whaleex and Chaince exchanges and ask them to delist the token as soon as possible.

BKT can still be used to receive 50% discount on bankroll investment commission as well as pay for withdrawal fees. Players can also play with it.

Because there were some people who earned BKT in bet mining or bought BKT on exchanges to pay for commission or trade later we will still use 10% of the site profit to buy BKT on
the BetKing exchange. We will not buy on other exchanges.

BKB (ETH BetKing Bankroll Token) changes

30% of the site profit will be distributed proportionally to BKB holders who will be able to trade their tokens to a "stake".
This allows BKB holders to start seeing a return immediately.

BKB converted to a stake will be burned and cannot be refunded or traded.

Anyone who swapped BKB for BKT can swap the same amount back to BKB at the same 20:1 rate and then convert to a stake.
All BKT swapped back will be burned.
Extra BKT that was earned or bought cannot be converted to stake.

BKB not being staked that is held in ETH wallets off site will not receive any profit share.
BKB holders may need to show proof of purchase during the ICO before they can stake if they do not stake with the same account they bought with.
BKB deposits will be disabled in Feb 2020 and any BKB laying dormant in accounts for over a year will be confiscated and burned.

BetKing supports multiple currencies for players to play in. We will convert the profit of all currencies to Bitcoin before distributing to accounts staking either every 2 weeks or once a month.

Summary:

We want less confusion for players and keep BKT and BKB more behind the scenes. We will remove token and exchange links from the homepage.
The token page will be removed and have a much simpler display in a separate tab on the invest popup.
The staking feature will also be on the invest popup in it's own tab.
Bankroll investors will pay commission at the end of every week.

For investors profit will be split as follows
50% - Bankroll investors, though they may receive up to 75% if paying commission using BKT
30% - Distributed to staked accounts
10% - Used to buy BKT on the BetKing exchange
10% - Site profit

We will make a separate announcement detailing features and changes that are good for players including a rakeback model as well as replacing the BKT leaderboard.
The affiliate model will also change to pay affiliates in the currency their players bet in instead of BKT.

These changes will take place over the next week.

Serial scammer Dean Nolan is probably planning on trying to raise that $10 million for his bitsafe scam so he can siphon it off and rip-off investors.... again.

After trashing this forum and the people that use it, after saying he makes announcements to investors on the TG channel and to his investors via email - what on earth is this attention seeking imbecile serial scammer Dean Nolan doing by posting those "announcements" here?

It seems he showing everybody he is working "hard" on betking for a reason and that reason is because he will probably launch his next scam very soon!

If someone is too stupid to put "betking scam" into google, why should not he pay the price?

If you intentionally hold your hand into fire, you also have to pay the price and should not afterwards moan in forums.

However, as the identity of scam artist Dean Nolan is known, victims should submit proof of their losses, so we can hold this pig liable. Wink

My case file (which I intend to pass on to the UK Police (Scotland Sheriff) is missing some key information that the owner/operator of betking says he will only give to token holders.

When I have that information my file would ready to hand to the UK Police but even if that information is not forthcoming I suppose it would have to be sent as it is.

Could any token holder please ask the owner/operator of betking for a full audit of accounts from the day the 2017 ICO ended and up until today. I am fairly sure he will decline but the key is when he declines to give that information it is important to note the excuse for declining.

Other than that I invite the owner/operator of betking to kindly give a breakdown of income and expenditure of betking from the end of the 2017 ICO until now. If he does not want to post it openly here he can send me a Pm and failing that he should fulfill his obligations to any token holder that is asking for that information.

Thank you.

I have been given a document by a user here that wishes to remain anonymous, which the sender claims information and commitments from the 2017 ICO whitepaper. I need to cross reference this with another source before adding it to the case file.

If you are in possession of the 2017 ICO whitepaper please send it to me because this will be crucial evidence for the UK Police (Scotland Sheriff) to study when deciding whether to arrest and question this scammer Dean Nolan.

OK just confirmed from multiple sources that the Genting Club in Edinburgh, Scotland is indeed relevant to the case file being built against scammer Dean Nolan.

Any other information please keep sending them.

Thanks to another users I have received the ICO commitments that scammer Dean Nolan promised. I would like to have these compared against others that people might have. If you have it please send it to me so it can be confirmed as genuine and then added to the case file and forwarded to the Sheriff in Scotland.

We are getting there  Grin

Thanks to all those that have helped provide evidence and information which might help if a prosecution can be brought against scammer Dean Nolan because of his betking scam. Please continue sending anything you think might be of use.

I received information, actually lots of information regarding something called the:

Genting Club

It will take a couple of days to check and confirm if the information I received is correct but if it is, then it brings more information about the history of scammer Dean Nolan which will be added to the case file and give to the UK Police.

If you have any information that might help in bringing a police prosecution against scammer Dean Nolan because of his activities linked to the scam betking website then please send it to me in complete confidence. I will not release your name or to the UK Police and will not mention your information on this forum. It is in all our interests to see if there is enough evidence for the UK Police to investigate this scammer. Hopefully best case scenario he will end up in a jail and worst case scenario they will interview him at a Police station and let him know they are investigating even if they might be unable to get a jail sentence.

Many thanks for all the information slowly but surely being sent to me  Grin

Can you explain why you believe this person is a scammer? I read the OP of your thread, and it doesn't appear to articulate what you believe he did.

IIRC, he has had some problems and controversy in the past, I believe over affiliate payments, but if memory serves me correctly this was resolved.
It is explained here BetKing scam

BetKing scam part 5 of unjustifiably removing 20 BTC leaderboard prices has to be added.

No, removing the affiliate section of referred players was not solved!

Thank you for the link.

Let us hope the message you provided is clear.

I read the Trust and feedback for the above poster and decided to not respond to him for obvious reasons related to the serious allegations against him by senior members of this community and because of the poor disgraceful attitude he showed in the past which led to others leaving appropriately negative feedback, comments and Trust.

As of today it stands "-8176 Warning: Trade with extreme caution!"

Add to that his motives for getting involved here in which is a blatant scam by scammer Dean Nolan, it means adding him to my IGNORE list was the best option because maybe he is after the freebie useless tokens scammer Dean Nolan is offering.

The serious allegations made against him in his Trust by senior members of the community mean I would not respond to anybody with that sort of track record or with those sort of allegations against them but I have been advised by some very kind senior members of the community to list at least some of the allegations because not all people browsing this forum will be aware of exactly what the betking ICO scam was and how scammer Dean Nolan stole from players/users on his betking scam website even though plenty of information is out there.

I will post here with an update soon.

I am going to take your ad-hominem attack, non-answer to mean that you are unable to articulate why this person is a scammer.

I would let you know your statements potentially open you up to liability under libel laws if you are unable to prove what you are saying.

BEWARE

betking is a SCAM

Dean Nolan is a major SCAMMER

Now the owner/operator of this scam has resorted to using fake newbie accounts
and fake multi-accounts to support his betking scam

After the recent flurry of posting by scammer Dean Nolan and his aliases today, more people have come forward with information about this pathetic little scammer fool Dean Nolan and fast dying betking website.

Please note, after receiving very interesting information about activities related to the running of the website and use of funds from the ICO, several people have advised me to delay my case file submission to the UK Police for a few weeks to gather more evidence in the hope the latest information might be corroborated by several others. If it is true then this sick scamming thief will be interviewed by UK Police within a very short time.

It is about time we all worked together to protect us all from scammers.

If you any information (no matter how small or insignificant you might think it is) regarding criminal activity carried out by scammer Dean Nolan using his betking website as a vehicle to steal and scam then please continue to send your information in confidence please.

I will not reveal your name to anybody. Thank you.

Scammer Dean Nolan is trying to drum up business by attracting new users by saying he is applying for a gambling licence from the UK authorities  !

He wrote "we are working on it" but scammer Dean Nolan is a one-man-band that hires freelancers to modify the website because he is useless at coding.

There is no way they will give a licence to a scam outfit such as betking.

He is lying when he said  "we are working on it", that is an out-and-out lie because the UK authorities will never give a gaming licence to scam projects registered off-shore in Costa Rica.

His website footer shows 2013-2019 copyright but "betking.io" domain was created on 14th October 2015 so this fool is counting the other scam "pocketrocketcasino" a precursor to betking to make it look like beting has been trading for more years than it really has  Roll Eyes
