Dean Nolan got his start in professional poker a couple of years ago before joining the cryptocurrency craze.  The Scottish national launched BetKing in 2015, which paid out more than $15 million in Bitcoin that year.

You have no idea how much you have helped me out here. You have just confirmed some of the information I already had about this scammer.

I received lots of information from kind-hearted people who were either scammed by this serial scammer Dean Nolan or were not involved with him but had details about him but most of it could not be corroborated. All of it was sent privately in email or PM but you have openly added the above information here. Many thanks for your bold action, I am very grateful.

Now things will get interesting, scammer Dean Nolan is going to have to give answers to law enforcement officers. Let us see if that alleged army of accountants and lawyers (he mentioned to Game-Protect) that he uses actually exist because he will need a lot of help getting out of what the law officers will be asking him.

I am still looking for more email/skype correspondence screenshots and confirmation of any email other addresses this scammer has used in the past. This is quite important.

I have mentioned in the past your name will not be released in public, if you help out in any way your details will remain confidential or better still if you are bold please post openly here in this thread such as in the way tmfp did above.

Please help me in getting this scammer to be interviewed by law officers, hopefully he will be arrested then questioned and then charged with fraud or at the very least he might avoid jail but hopefully will be stripped of all his assets (wherever he tried to hide the siphoned ICO funds) and he will suffer in the same way innocent investors did when they were stripped of their funds after being duped in to sending their hard earned crypto to this serial scammer.

I received some information stating that scammer Dean Nolan is from Europe. If that is true it would be quite easy to locate the contact details of the legal authorities there to ask them to investigate this sick pathetic scammer.

Unfortunately I also received information that he is from another part of the world, I need confirmation from anybody who has any information which would help me report this scammer in the country of his residence for fraud.

Anybody who has any information that might be useful to take legal action against scammer Dean Nolan can please contact me, I will not reveal your name to anybody. Thank you.

Considering the feedback of this thread, it looks like scam artist Dean Nolan possiby found only 50 investors totaling maybe $500,000.- while claiming he received $6 million! Cheesy

I recently publicised this article BetKing scam and it already reached the 6th entry at google and will climb further. Smiley

Scammed investors or whistleblowers can post in the comment section or send a pm and we can merge the collected info.

I am curious about the moment when his separate fantasy dream world hits the real world! Cheesy

Many thanks for your post. Yes I saw you created that last week I think and I posted a big thank you when your page was up and running.

I hope somebody can tell me which country Dean Nolan is living in and which country he is a citizen of so I can report him to the legal authorities for the betking scam.

deanismean's claim that you need a subpoena to hold Dean Nolan responsible for his criminal offenses committed has nothing to do with the reality.

RHavar is the person that persistently attacks Game Protect and gave me a blatant lie feedback as DT2 member, means it is shown by default.

I think game-protect should clearly be banned, he just spews a ridiculous amount of bullshit to drum up his crappy site that does nothing other than ask people to sign up with his referral links. Almost all his posts are just shilling it, or directly linking to it.

He was the owner of a Costa Rica registered casino and there is a scam accusation against him. I will look for the thread.

Thar user posted 2 messages then vanished, deleted the posts with him. I do not know his motives but he cannot be taken seriously.

Thank you for your comments but right now I am just asking for users to help out with anything related to betking and its ICO scam and its owner Dean Nolan so I can make an official Police report against him.

Thank you for the post and thank you for wishing me success Smiley

-Please explain how you know Dean Nolan is from the UK
-Please can you be more specific about the city (London, Manchester etc)
-Please explain what the connection is between Haynie and RHavar
-You explained Haynie is Law Enforcer but who is RHavar? Please elaborate
-Is there any direct connection between the betking ICO scam with either Haynie or RHavar?
-The contact details you provided for "Jeremy Haynie" show he is in the USA, I am not sure how it would help contacting him if Dean Nolan is based in the UK?

My purpose for starting the thread was to forward the evidence I have to the appropriate law enforcement that covers the jurisdiction Dean Nolan lives in, that is still the aim.

I really appreciate your post but my concerns about Dean Nolan are based around the betking ICO scam. I had no idea money is being or was being laundered through betking but having said that I doubt very much Dean Nolan or any gambling/gaming site operator can filter through every addresses a deposit was received from. Even if it were possible how would Dean Nolan or another gambling/gaming site operator know what to look out for?

At the moment I prefer to focus on the aim of just collecting and collating evidence then submitting it to the relevant law enforcement agencies, after that if I have time I might look in to other things.

If you have any other information that can help please feel free to post here again or send a PM.

The betking website is legally owned by a company registered in Costa Rica (offshore company) but its owner Dean Nolan is a resident and citizen elsewhere. I would like to pass on some information to the legal authority of the country that Dean Nolan resides in or is a citizen of so they can start looking in to whether according to their legal jurisdiction a crime has been committed or not related to the betking (pre-ICO, during the ICO and post-ICO).

I have asked Dean Nolan several times to advise which country he lives in so I can contact the law enforcement agencies where he lives but he has ignored me.

If you have any information about Dean Nolan and betking that you feel might be useful when investigating further for evidence or for reporting to the law enforcement agencies in his country of residence, then please post here or if you prefer to remain anonymous please send a PM.

Thank You

United Kingdom.

When you bring your report to the proper authorities, make sure you explain that millions of dark web money was laundered through his site as well.   You can prove this by running Dean's wallets through https://www.chainalysis.com.  They have a great team and are more than willing to work with investigative forces.

You will need to subpoena the IP records of the bitcointalk accounts BetKing.io and PocketRocketsCasino to confirm the identity and whereabouts of 'Dean Nolan' and/or gain access to his wallet information.  Theymos has cooperated in the past and will continue to do so again.

After this, I suggest that you contact:

Jeremy Haynie
Special Agent
IRS-CI, Cyber Crimes Unit
517-324-7937

whom has an open case against RHavar and is familiar with the bitcoin gambling scene.

From there, you should probably be logging all actions that Dean has done including fraudulent claims, illegal securities with the guarantee of profit, and misappropriated funds.

This should get you off to a good start.

Good luck!

Law enforcement won't give a shit without the other crimes being  involved.

You won't be able to convince them to get a subpoena either.

Without the subpoena, you won't be able to legally gather enough evidence.

Either you're all in or your efforts will be worthless.

Why did you delete your previous post that I replied to? I guess I cannot take you seriously  Roll Eyes

TO ALL VICTIMS OF BETKING: Please do not allow this serial scammer Dean Nolan any more time. He will not return the 50+ BTC otherwise what would have been the point of him stealing them in the first place in the alleged hack that he claims took place in October 2019 which resulted in betking.io being closed down?

Updated on 8th November 2019

I am hoping any of the 20 investors and victims that are out of pocket to the tune of 50+ BTC will take legal action which is simply informing the police but in a well thought out manner in collaboration with other victims.

I think I know some of the reasons for reluctance on part of victims.

First it seems they have been told they will get back all their funds after the serial scammer starts his next venture though he never gave a time frame. The problem with this is it allows serial scammer Dean Nolan to start moving funds around in the hope of hiding them and I refer to specifically the 50+ BTC that should never have been in the hot wallet but were conveniently placed there just before the alleged hack. It also allows him to use those stolen funds along with whatever is left of the $3+ million he managed to steal from the $6.5 million that the ICO brought in to fund his next ICO scam.

Second it seems some of the investors (maybe all) may not want to tell the police because they might fear they will have to disclose how they funded their purchase of the BTC to invest in betking therefore might be worried about tax implications. This is something not to worry about and I will expand on this later. It seems serial scammer Dean Nolan has used that lie as manner in which to trick and fool some of his investor victims again.

Updated on 25th October 2019

On 14th October 2019 I noticed the betking,io website was offline. It has not been established exactly how many days the website was down for before I noticed it.

Since then investors have come forward and posted they received emails from serial scammer Dean Nolan claiming the betking server got hacked and ALL funds (even those he vigilantly, deliberately for safety reasons kept in a cold wallet) have somehow also been stolen. He claimed investor losses totalled around $400,00 which currently is equivalent to more than 50 BTC.

Since betking and betking.io is not a legal entity in its own right it means there is no distinction in legal terms between betking and serial scammer Dean Nolan.

If betking or betking.io were technically owned by a company then that company (an incorporation such as an LTD/LLC) would be responsible in legal terms and if a fraud was proven its directors could be taken to Court too. In this case, serial scammer Dean Nolan stopped using his Costa Rica based off-shore a long time ago and he has no protection to hide behind it in legal terms.

So what happens next?

I advise investors to work together as a unit. They should select one of them to represent them all and then to allow me to be of assistance. I will collate all the evidence I have and give to the victims representative. The victims must collate their own evidence such as blockchain transactions and dates/times of correspondence etc. After that the case file will be presented (either by myself or by the victims representative) to the UK Cyber Fraud Police Department (and Scotland Sheriff) all can be done online.

After their investigations and after they interview serial scammer Dean Nolan if the UK Cyber Fraud Police Department (and Scotland Sheriff) conclude a fraud took place they will take action against him. In that scenario there will be a Court case against him regardless of whether he pleads guilty or not guilty to the charges and after the Court case is over he will probably get jail time and his assets sold off to reimburse investors.

In the unlikely event the UK Cyber Fraud Police Department (and Scotland Sheriff) do not take action because they think the chances of a criminal prosecution are weak, then we still proceed with a civil case but more on that after the UK Cyber Fraud Police Department (and Scotland Sheriff) conclude their investigations.

My only interest in this matter is to see if funds can be recovered by the UK law enforcers so investors might be able to get some of their funds back.

I warned people from investing in the 2017 betking ICO for the very reasons unfolding before us right now.
