Give me a 24hours to talk to the executive team about compensation for the mishandling of your case.  However we will still need to solve these problems otherwise when you resume your play you will have the same headaches again because we haven't agreed on a solution to keep your account from being locked down for the various reasons you have experienced already.h

No you don't. I have used 0/unconfirmed transactions numberious times when betting on their site.

If I have unconfirmed deposits I should not be allowed to wager or withdraw - I am able to wager but not withdraw so their excuse of unconfirmed deposits is not valid - they don't show up in my deposit history and again, I would not be able to bet if I had unconfirmed deposits

My guess is nitro would lose quite a bit of business requiring confirmations before waging. Have you seen their chat? No patience, the type of members books love.

This is one big bs. Just pay him his money. Explain this to us: how can someone gamble if have unconfirmed deposit, and can't withdraw? 2 days and still unconfirmed? Why don't you pay him manually? I am sure you can do that. Its all clear here.

After all the proof I think Nitrogensports should do some manual work and stop putting the excuses in "tech team" or "security concerns"

Just pay what you owe the user, anyone could be sending random BTC to that address, but who cares. It should be possible to withdrawal at any time, no matter the amount.

Seems like Customer support in Nitrogen is pretty bad.

I don't see the problem here, Mike sounds like he is going to take care of things going forward and make the OP happy. He just needed a little VIP attention here to get this resolved which should have happened from the moment he started making large bets but sometimes things get overlooked. Glad to see this resolved.

The OP has shared a lot of details about his account, deposits, addresses, support tickets etc in his evidence he uploaded, which would allow someone to be a convincing imposter. So make sure you verify extremely well when someone adds you on skype or sends you an email...
