This is very poor from you nitrogensports. To keep your best customer in limbo like this is very bad. What hope is there for the rest of us, if big players are treated this way?

If you cannot pay the man now, how about working it out with him, instead of giving him the runaround, like you are obviously doing. Whatever rep and goodwill you have in these parts, is ebbing away. Sort this out fast.

no host and they REFUSE to answer my question - Nitrogen probably doesn't have the money, what I am hearing - I am also shocked they won't answer my basic question of why my account was locked or withdrawls frozen when I had no bonus - nobody gave me an answer then and nobody gave me an answer now

This certainly seems odd. These responses from the rep are not what I would expect. The OP is probably one of Nitrogens biggest players. Doesn't he have a dedicated host he can go to within the company to get assistance. He shouldn't have to be dealing with low-level support here. He appears to give a ton of action and thus should be treated as a VIP. Am I missing something here?

nitrogesports why does he need to open a new support ticket if the situation has been resolved as you claim. It obviously hasn't been solved since he still cannot withdraw the bitcoins

He posted a screenshot showing he couldn't withdraw, after NitrogenSports said he was free to withdraw his entire balance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they tell him to open another support ticket and wait a couple days for a response, a process it looks he has already tried and failed at several times.

OP is absolutely too hot-headed, and it's not helping the situation. However if you put yourself in his shoes, he's got hundreds of thousands of dollars on a site which hasn't been letting him withdraw for several days.

For what it's worth, I actually like NitrogenSports. It's the site I've universally recommended people on my site when they are looking for a bitcoin sportsbook, so it really sucks to see them like this. I'm hoping it's just an isolated problem that gets fixed quickly.

by the time Nitrogensports said "There appear to be no restrictions on your account at this time. You are welcome to email [email protected] or submit a ticket with any specific requests." i think there shouldnt be any more disputes. if jtp1109 still cant make withdrawal Nitrogensports certainly deserves negative trust.

I would settle just for an explanation about why my withdrawl was blocked before I got the bonus - you an see you we all agree the account was fine but a technical glitch prevented me from making the withdrawl

Leaving negative rep until NitrogenSports sorts this out. If jtp1109 can't withdraw because of dust that isn't confirming, I'm sure you will find the jtp1109 has no problem with it the couple of cents being deducted from his account. Leaving someone in limbo for so long, and taking so long to deal with his support tickets isn't acceptable imo

would you mind telling me what the tech problem was in the first place why i couldnt withdraw - as you can see from my posts - you guys told me there was no issue with my account but it wouldn't let me withdraw and it was a techichal glitch - you guys just cant keep your lies straight

your answers are not consistent and make no sense - this was before I asked for the bonus - also - you guys still wont let me withdraw or respond to me on my support ticket

The "dust deposit" is not nitrogen's fault, they're not doing that to your account. There's people on the bitcoin network who spray popular addresses with dust (probably for tracking, or advertising purposes). It is however nitrogen's fault they're blocking withdrawals when it happens, they should handle this more elegantly (like every other site I'm aware of).



According to NitrogenSport's reply you should be able to withdraw now:

At the time of this posting he has been notified via support and his account is open and unlocked and he is welcome to do as he wishes with his account and balance.


Is this not the case? If you're not able to withdraw, can you take a screenshot, and I'll leave their account negative trust until they fix it.

this is SIMPLY WRONG

I did not get the bonus by design until after I withdrew my coins for this purpose - my account was locked even though I did not get any bonus' - the support team told me my account was fine and I should be able to withdraw - again, I wans't able to - Nitrogen doesnt let you play until all trades have a confirm - they typicaly dont let you play until that happens as well, so my deposits were confirmed and the support told me I was good to go but would not let me withdraw - I had all deposits confirmed, no bonus and could not withdraw

this happend 4-5x the past 3 weeks - i still dont see how your response answers that - I received no bonus, all trades confirmed because I won the coins with the funds that were confirmed and my withdrawls blocked

It's not really a micro-deposit as much as a bit of automated dust transactions. You realize the user has absolutely no control over this?

 Common sense would dictate you don't let someone have hundreds of thousands of dollars (?!) being held up by a few cents. Either comp him a few cents, or just delete it from his account, or not let him withdraw the unconfirmed funds. There's a lot of ways to handle this better than letting your best customer get so desperate he has to create a scam accusation and offer 100 BTC for someone to help him get his money out of your site.
