Smart is not enough, there must be skills
~~
That is really shady mate thats why I don't trust small scale exchanges I always observed in user experience in their official tg group whenever I need to use this low volume exchanges when its the only exchange available just stay away from Hotbit next time and thanks for sharing to let others warn about this site.
I don't know why this could happen to you, but for sure I have never experienced the same thing as you, I remember when in late October 2020 I had made deposits and withdrawals to Hotbit there was no problem even I have never found it. But I use Hotbit exchange not very often just for once when something is needed to sell it.
I know this is indeed some shady opinion about this exchange so I don't use it often, but if you experience this kind of problem you need to avoid it too because you don't know this problem can happen to anyone, So it's better to investigate how shady this Hotbit exchange is.

So my friend wants to transfer his xrp from the exchange, the withrawal processed always says ''verifying not pass''.

Tried it my self using dogecoin and yes, the withrawal didnt came through even email and 2fa was successfull, even tried litecoin, same results.

Upon checking their telegram, all supports are not replying even active and saw our direct messages.

The only last announcement was dogecoin withrawal and deposits are disabled.

I know that hotbit is fishy, just want to remind you mates to avoid hotbit for exchanging and storing your crypto.

Try to contact the manager @Ortegaivan, he helped me back then where I also had problems. He solved everything very quickly, but that was a year ago, I don't know what it looks like now

Not defending Hotbit but they just processed my withdrawal last month.

OP's thread was January 31 so I don't think that it was the case for everyone.

There is also no update about the thread so maybe this was now resolved. OP seems active so he needs to give us an update here.
My queries did not resolved, they always refer me to a person about listing which I do not involved in. They found my account connected in API and I did not talk to whoever it is.

My 2nd inquiries still refer me to a person that they assume I talked about listing, same answer. My account is locked until I find that person which leads me to give up my withrawal and abandoned my account.

Is that guy is affiliated and working for hotbit? This is the telegram channel that shows in their exchange.
https://t.me/Hotbit_English
But that won't do, it isn't loading on me. And still there's no update from OP.  Undecided

I know there are many other threads about hotbit's issues in other boards, but I think here should be visible too as hotbit  is now listing  many new projects, which are only accesible via uniswap beside hotbit, and as uniswap is relatively difficult to use and expensive (fees) people are looking for easier and cheaper solutions, so it will be good that  people could see warnings in as many places as possible

I have used it many times and exchange many token here.
For me it ls working good. I withdraw trx and usdt. Ehuch processed fine. Bnb withdraw not working there. Giving error. Trx is best choice there to withdraw
I can say that the exchange has high commissions, very high even for such coins as XLM AVAX WAV, these blocky ones do not have a high commission, in this way they deceive users and get benefits. Yes, there you can find coins with low fees, but for this you have to find them. I found only 2 ways: TRX and TRC-20 USDT. 1TRX cost and 0.1 TRC-20 USDT.

I don't use them but if not only one has said to get trouble withdrawing their money on an exchange like hotbit, that's already enough to say that it's a very problematic exchange. Your experience way back is no longer valid because a lot of things have changed for the past years.
With their social media accounts, it's all dependent on op. He said that he's aware of the withdrawal disable on doge only.
Now I looked at my mail and the last time I performed operations was a year ago. Perhaps this is not enough because the amounts are small, perhaps for the last half of the year they began to suspend the withdrawal. Here are the screenshots of the output https://prnt.sc/ybgv50 https://prnt.sc/ybgynd
Thanks for those screenshots. I'm only waiting for OP to know what's the progress of his withdrawal. Whether you've got successful withdrawal a few years ago, that's still different in OPs case.
I wish that he's already reached the support and have exchanged replies for this matter.

I think I can say also that using hotbit before was no problem for me. But that was a long time ago, maybe couple of years back. So right now, I can't say anything about their service. If they have announcement regarding suspension of withdrawal, then maybe wait a lil bit more. And follow closely their social media channel so you know what to do. If they are still active in telegram for example, then, there's still hope.

Very strange, I used the exchange many times and everything was fine, maybe I was so lucky but this is the first time I hear about it. I will know now)
Is that real?
IIRC, this isn't the first time to see someone complain about that exchange. As posted above, they have a lot of scam accusations thrown by their former users.
I don’t say that the exchange is safe, I just never came across this. Yes, I see a lot of complaints and I read them, what does the exchange think about, it is losing confidence.
Yes, I know.
I'm only asking if your experience is legit and real. Because despite the others having trouble with them, there are still some other users like you which you've said that you're having no problem with them.

I’ve been through this, buddy, on hotbit. There is indeed trouble if we trade on hotbit. For now, we have to be careful and rethink to trade there.
I’ve been in trouble for days and I keep trying to find a way out. But maybe luck was still on my side at the time, and I could finally withdraw my coins.
I was relieved then. By the way one more thing, carefully trade in Bitcoin.com, my deposit has not entered almost 3 weeks.

Have you tried to contact the support team by email? Try to contact the team from here https://hotbit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  or https://hotbit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us . Hope it will help you. A few days ago one of my friends sold out his TWT at hotbit and withdraw USDT without any kind of problem. I don't know what is the current situation, But you can contact support and describe your problem. I hope it will be helpful for you. Also, don't forget to share your experience here.

For years now of visiting Reputation and scam accusation section i often see cases from this one and i Know that this is not a new case and claims about HOTBIT.

And you should visit sections such those to be updated in which are the safe or not in terms of services specially in withdrawals.

Very strange, I used the exchange many times and everything was fine, maybe I was so lucky but this is the first time I hear about it. I will know now)
YOU STUPID SPAMMER that only wanted to increase your Post counts. HOTBIT is almost same as YOBIT in which facing Tons of accusations now but they addressed nothing but continue to keep silence , in other words same action like what YOBIT is doing , Never answers issues instead just continue in their Scam operation.
