We can't get rid out from the scam projects, this is like a bad side of the crypto world. No security projects can remove scam totally from the ICOs or bounties. It's all about us. We have to be more conscious before participating in any projects in the crypto field. Scammers are very active to cheat you! So, Everyone needs to read and research as much as possible before making any step here.
Indeed, lately a lot of scam projects, which we can do must be more observant in choosing a project, learn in detail also the team involved in it, although this is difficult but must be done so that we do not get a scam project so that we don't get results anything
because see ICO and crypto are getting bigger and are the fields that produce then the scammer appears in this regard. they will assess the results can get a lot of scams they do in crypto. that's certainly the basis of the large number of ICO scam that continued and even many popping up in this years especially.
That's exactly my fear when it comes to cryptocurrency. There are lots of scam projects I've experienced this year. One just needs to study the project very seriously. Their whitepaper isn't something to joke with when it comes to investing in a particular project. One really needs to avoid investing in a project that appears to be too good to be true, which will only make us disappointed at the long run.
This year we have witnessed many scams projects that we have invest in more than others years. I think scamming activities is high this year more than others years and I will like to find out the way out of this. Are we going to find solutions for this by developing more security projects? I think we can kick scammers from icos market and if we can not do this governments should come in and help this market.
For me the only way we can eliminate scam projects is make a resolution for the government to implement a total regulation of ICO's. One thing is that ICO's that has shady activity will be banned from entering in forums or some sort of advertisement sites which is quiet hard as some site owners tend to accept payments from these fraudsters as bribe. That is the only thing that come into my mind that may stop scammers. This year we have witnessed many scams projects that we have invest in more than others years. I think we can kick scammers from icos market and if we can not do this governments should come in and help this market.
I think to be able to remove or at least reduce the potential of any scam project would be to make some kind of regulation for any new project that opening an ICO. That way the occurrence of any scam project can be minimized. 
In my opinion even government is involve in this situation there are still big possibilities that some projects will turned to be scam . Especially if people behind scam projects will be backed up by government . I am not saying all government but some people who has enough money to pay the government will surely do it to scam people .

Of course we can not completely get rid of fraudulent projects, but I think that all of us should more carefully choose the project in which you are going to invest, or just take part in the bounty company of such a project.
Do not feel there are more scam projects than last year, the difference is, that now their job is not that easy anymore. Bitconnect for example worked quite nicely for about a year, I think a situation like that is very unprobable now.
We should investigate the project before taking part in it. Just imagine, that 1000 bounty hunters are taking part without knowing anything about a project. It would affect thousands of people, that will lose their funds. Just be more careful and select legit projects.

We should avoid such projects, they only bring us disappointment and loss of money. For me it is uncool and not profitable so I think I will start to do something else and do without such projects
If governments are concerned about this, I am sure there will be very little ico accepted in the market. But it will ensure the safety of investors.

For me, ICO has always been not the best way to earn at least because I often faced with skam. I think that's the reason now of cryptography has left a lot of people who have so many here earn
for now all we can do is choose carefully, existing projects, choose projects that have products, at least projects that have products that are still in the alpha / beta stage because that is proof that the project has the possibility and worth to continue . besides, the team and partnership can also have a big influence in creating hype when selling
The best way to avoid fraud is to study the project closely. Only knowledge can give some degree of confidence in the project. However, it can never be one hundred percent.

Exactly, this market is about self responsibility, we must assume that every project out is a scam and only change our mind once we have done everything to prove it and we failed, I know this is not the most healthy attitude towards icos but it is an attitude that is going to protect you from losing your money to scammers, something that is incredibly painful once the price of bitcoin goes up. 
There are so many SCAM ICO this 2018, the worst year ever for ICO investors.

Scam projects start to amaze with their scale, because I haven’t seen such a number of scam projects for a long time, of course I can be wrong, but it seems to me that today out of 10 projects 5 projects will definitely be scam projects.
Yes, and i can say more - these 5 project who is not scam and have honest and skilled team, with real backgrounds, linkedin,
computer science degrees etc - they just can not do what they declare.
They sure wish develop a working product, which is make a revolution, become a new facebook or twitter, or new kind of internet,
but their goal just to high to reach. Only few of them can do this.
And, i think 95% of current crypto projects, just will wipe out from the market in the near 2-3 years.
