I will not argue with this, I think that here it is only necessary to agree with this, because most of the ETH coins that were earned by scammers today were simply sold and brought prices down.
Of course they can and not only Ethereum. Scammers can affect the price of any other token. That's because their acts cause a loss in the confidence of investors which in turn lead to withdrawal of investments and ultimately leading to a collapse in prices.
Sure, scammers really after anything good they lay their fingers on, scam has affected all crypto generally and not etherum only but the amount of etherum being accumulated as scam is quite wide than the rest because of the ico tied to it..
I agree to you. Because the stolen coins from the hackers, especially big amount of coins, they would exchange it immediately to a low price, causing more panic selling price on the exchange.

I think the effects of false news or promotion promotions that have taken the name of eth can affect this price because the holders and investors in the ethos may lose confidence but it depends if other people will or make a word that is not true of eth and one thing I know is why the fall and price of ethanol is in our mind that the bitcoi price increases all the coinmarket coin and when the price of bitcoin falls all the coinmarket coin prices and other people here believe in ethical news releases that have a new update eth it is eth v.2 called so many many wonder this new news so much The research and many reviews of this project and the review period on that project have discovered that the new update is a fake or scam.
Hello, You know guys most of reason why ETH falls down because of a lot of scammers used the smart contract and make a bright idea about for the future but its only fake. They always convince the investor using their good marketing strategy and once the investors are convinced so they invest their money. And once the scammers has a lot of ETH accumulated from the investors the will sell immediately so they can affect the whole market cap of ETH. What do you think?

That is true.
There are two type of scammers.
1) ICOs that collected enough Ethers from investors and after fake ICO sale they dump their collected Ethers.
2) Scam forks, like Ethereum Nowa, Ethereum Classic Vision that are stealing private keys from Ether holders.
They have enough Ethers to dump the market. Drop from 14000USD to 100USD was caused mainly by ICOs

There are a lot of reasons behind etherum dump, but you are right about the scammers they are the major reasons behind the dumping started from last year. A lot of ico make a lot during the ico shit but hopping for a rise in price but their mate are busy dumping theirs so they joined them, hunters also dump same as investors and everyone who can't wait.
I think the rise and fall of ETH prices has a greater impact on demand in the market, if this scamer only affects investor confidence in the sense that when the ico project that uses the ETH platform ends with this SCAM that makes investor confidence lost.

I think scammers in a way affect the price of ETH but not by selling the accumulated funds generated from the scam ICO. The investors who are scammed tend to fear investing in crypto again which decreases their demand and hence causes a dump in it's price.
